Fint rum, fick rummet tidigare utan problem och fick välja våning. De hade ett fantastiskt lekrum för barn som sonen älskade. Vi åt även på hotellets restaurang(frukost och kvällsmat). All personal var tillmötesgående och supersnälla vid barnet som älskade dem allihopa!

Was disappointed when we checked in - I called the hotel twice and messaged them requesting a room on a high floor. When we checked in we were given a room on the 6th floor which was one floor higher than the lowest floor with rooms. Not that clean, tv didn’t work, no fridge , and no bottle opener in the room, the lock was broken so we couldn’t lock properly. On check in the receptionist and bartender was arguing and the receptionist bad talked the bartender which was very weird. But other than that the stay was alright. Close to the arena so took us 2 min to get back to the hotel. The lifts were SUPER slow.

Indtjekning var fin, første drink i baren og værelset var i orden, men derfra var det under al kritik. Da vi ankom til restauranten var der ikke styr på vores bordbestilling, vi sad og ventede 25 inden vi blev præsenteret for menuen, derefter ventede vi yderligere 25 på vores mad (som blot var en burger). Da maden kom havde vi endnu ikke fået vores drikkevarer (2 fadøl). Elendig betjening og uden nerve. Vi sov fint og der var roligt på værelset 👍 Morgenmadsbuffeen var totalt overrendt og det var ikke særligt appetitligt med halvtomme fade. Ingen ledige borde at sidde ved. Ingen på dette hotel gjorde sig umage og vi besøger det ikke igen.

Første værelse vi fik anvist ved indtjekning var ikke rengjort efter tidligere gæst. Efter noget diskussion omkring, at værelser slet ikke kunne vises i systemet, hvis ikke det var rengjort (receptionisten ville dog ikke sende nogen med op og se værelset, men blot diskutere), fik vi et andet værelse. I dette værelse opdagede vi morgenen efter, at der i vindueskarmen var fladmast tyggegummi og en brugt nikotinpose. Vi rejse med et barn på 8 måneder, og det kunne være gået helt galt, hvis han havde fået fat i nikotinposen. De skridsikre "dupper" i badekaret var også mørke og altså heller ikke ordentlig rengjorte. Alt i alt virkede det som om, at det slet ikke var styr på rengøringen på hotellet.

Virkelig god morgenmad. Dog var afløbet stoppet i badet så man kun kunne tænde bruseren i ca. 1-2min ad gangen, da der ellers svømmede vand ud på badeværelset. Der lå gamle vatpinde under sengen også var der en del røde/blod mærker på det lyse gardin. Ellers var resten pænt og rent.

The Good: The downstairs decor is great with plants and trees, and the check-in was easy and friendly. The growth areas: There were multiple areas of stained areas or dirty sports in the rooms on the chairs, counters, and walls. Although the front desk could be reached by phone, it felt like we had to walk down to speak with them before they took action to get things done. Last, the glass door in the shower is way too short. It's really diificult to keep water in the shower.

Very nice staff. It was warm while we were there and the huge building is not airconditioned and the windows don't open--- but there are so many spiders on the outside of the windows you would be afraid to open them. Hard to sleep when t is that hot. They have air circulation (fan) that circulates through a cooler area under the building-- but it was hot to sleep and they give you a huge duvet-- no sheets.

This is a "Green" hotel and boasts that they have the most solar panels of any hotel in Europe. The problem is, "Green" means NO Air Conditioning! And, the windows that once opened to allow a cool breeze in, have now been bolted shut for our safety and convenance. This is UNSATISFACTORY! Even with a fan, the room was almost too hot to go to sleep in. On a positive note, the staff are great customer service people, and the breakfast is delicious!

Fikk rom i 24.etg med storslått utsikt! Rommet var romslig og pent. Veldig god seng, men vanntemperaturen i dusjen var dessverre litt ustabil. Foretrekker å få luftet på rommet, men det var ikke mulig å åpne vinduet. Heldigvis ble det grei temperatur når vi justerte aircondition, men det var litt støy. Frokosten var upåklagelig! Skal du på konsert i Royal Arena, så er dette et perfekt utgangspunkt!

I would like a refund immediately and my card number deleted. One month after I checked out, the front desk fraudulently used my card and charged me without any consultation. A month after I checked out, they added something to my bill that wasn't mentioned at checkout. They charged me for laundry service, but we didn't request it. As for laundry service, my clothes were accidentally washed during my stay, and I complained and they were waived. Specifically, we requested a separate service called Laundry Heap, put our clothes in a Laundry Heap bag, and left them at the front desk. They washed them without our permission. We had already paid for Laundry Heap, and when we complained to the front desk on the day, the hotel's laundry service was waived. I don't understand why I was charged an additional fee more than a month after my stay and complaint.

Liegt außerhalb der Stadt im Gewerbegebiet. Gut mit Metro, Bahn und Bus angebunden. Perfekte Lage zur Royal Arena. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung aber nichts zu unternehmen. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, hatte aber Kantinenchrakter, Tische nicht gut gereinigt zwischen den Gästen. Personal für unseren Geschmack etwas zu aufdringlich nett, etwas mehr professionelle Distanz wäre gut. Zimmer gut, Fenster leider nicht zu öffnen.
