The flower boxes need to be freshened...old plastic and dead plants aren't inviting. The toast for all the breakfast choices was way too hard to eat...like stone. Don't toast the bread!!! We stayed 6 nights and tried them all. Also, don't mix all the cereal and yogurt and fruit together in a big mess. All the ingredients should be separate. The ingredients for the breakfasts were nice quality otherwise.

Dès notre arrivée (un peu tardive) nous avons été super bien accueillis, notre habitation était propre avec le nécessaire pour se faire un café ou un thé, ou un verre d'eau. La nuit à été calme et la literie d'un grand confort. Le petit déjeuner servi au niveau inférieur, avec un choix assez varié de produits frais.

Personal, prácticamente no hay. Tan solo una joven preparando los desayunos con la que no interactúas. La habitación estupenda. El desayuno “de cortesia”: estupendo!!! Limpio, tranquilo, con posibilidad de aparcamiento, vamos, que si vuelvo por San Sebastián, espero que tengan habitación libre.

Ha sido una grata experiencia. Desde allí nos hemos movido para conocer la costa y S. Sebastián, una preciosidad. Se puede aparcar al aire libre en el entorno del hotel. Nos atendió muy bien María en los desayunos (nos daban a elegir 5 opciones). Todo servido con mucho detalle. Nos encantaría volver. La línea 46 de autobús queda al lado de la puerta del hotel, te deja en la Avenida de S. Sebastián. Pasa a cada hora y 10-15 minutos. Y a la vuelta, sale a cada hora en punto.

Het hotel was geweldig !! Kamer was zeer comfortabel en schoon!!Personeel zeer aardig en behulpzaam,Het ontbijt is uitstekend en vers. Het vervoer naar San Sabastian hebben wij met de bus gedaan , de bushalte is niet ver van het hotel.

Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct, chambre correcte mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation car la nuit étant très chaude nous avons du laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et le bruit de la route en contre bas est très gênant .

Very comfortable room, bit of road noise but very convenient for a slightly out of town location. Very good shower! Would certainly stay again. Easy to pick up and negotiate buses into town, but late night taxis were a bit tricky!

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre de saint Sebastian. Desservi par les transports en commun. Cependant l’insonorisation est à revoir.. le petit déjeuner est bon mais vraiment peu copieux..

Bon accueil belle hôte rien à dire là dessus. Le seul point négatif c’est qu’ils nous ont mis dans la première chambre au rez-de-chaussée et cette chambre est très mal isolée nous avons entendu toutes les clients de l’hôtel rentrer claqué la porte à toute les heures de la nuit nous avons très mal dormi à cause de ça .

Great value, onsite staff were excellent. There is a virtual checking in system that didn't seem to work well, it's seems this was due to the fact that I book within 24hrs of arrival. But all good in the end.

I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business.

Reservamos con Expedia y anuncian en su web que el hotel tiene 3 estrellas, imaginaros la sorpresa cuando vemos 1 estrella, miramos la web del hotel y pone 1 estrella, en el resto de web también 1 estrella, nos ponemos en contacto con Expedia y nos dicen que tenemos razón pero que no pueden hacer nada. Nos hemos sentido engañados por Expedia que solo nos ofrece puntos para seguir viajando con ellos. Nuestro enfado NO ES CON EL HOTEL pero si vais que no sea con Expedia.

The flower boxes need to be freshened...old plastic and dead plants aren't inviting. The toast for all the breakfast choices was way too hard to eat...like stone. Don't toast the bread!!! We stayed 6 nights and tried them all. Also, don't mix all the cereal and yogurt and fruit together in a big mess. All the ingredients should be separate. The ingredients for the breakfasts were nice quality otherwise.

Het hotel was geweldig !! Kamer was zeer comfortabel en schoon!!Personeel zeer aardig en behulpzaam,Het ontbijt is uitstekend en vers. Het vervoer naar San Sabastian hebben wij met de bus gedaan , de bushalte is niet ver van het hotel.

Gewoon een goed hotelletje. Jammer dat het personeel geen woord Engels spreekt. Verder is het ontbijt zeer (met een hele grote Z) zeer pover. Bijna tegen het armoedige af. Maar dit zou voor ons geen reden zijn om er niet meer heen te gaan. Nemen we ons eigen stokbroodje mee.

La formule petit déjeuner n’est pas géniale. Un croissant ( mauvais )avec une cuillère à café de confiture et une noix de beurre c’est un peu léger. Une petite dosette de café en poudre ……pas terrible !!!Dommage car la chambre était géniale….

Ha sido una grata experiencia. Desde allí nos hemos movido para conocer la costa y S. Sebastián, una preciosidad. Se puede aparcar al aire libre en el entorno del hotel. I would not recommend staying here. There are AC units in the rooms but they've been disabled. I did not feel comfortable with my window open on the first floor with no screens or security measures to keep anyone out. The window coverings were insufficient to keep any daylight out, and the walls are thin so you hear everything going on outside and in every room of the property.
