Booked cheap room, small but comfortable. However, had sloped ceilings, incl in the shower. Most likely a converted attic. Clean but outdated. Nice property. Breakfast is incl and was good, made to order, not continental. Short drive to downtown strip.

Beautiful place with nice gardens, dining rooms and big beautiful bedrooms with a balcony. The TV was great! Well located between sandbanks park and Picton. The breakfast was so...so. The people welcoming us at the reception were not super friendly. But we had a bulb problem and the manager of the place came immediately to fix it and was very sympathetic. It was the second time that we stayed in this place and we really liked it. A plus would be to have a pool and to be able to check out at noon instead of 11.
