Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. At check-in,the front-desk employee was sitting behind a computer monitor that blocked her face.I am hard of hearing,so I had difficulty understanding her and politely asked her to repeat herself. She rolled her eyes at me.The first room had clearly not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the beds, stained sheets, and the beds appeared as though they had already been slept in.The room phone was unusable, the cord/plug had been cut,and the phone was covered in dust.We had to go back downstairs because we couldn’t even call the front desk.We were given another room.It was somewhat better, but there were still stains on the sheets, and the microwave and refrigerator were dirty. There was also no conditioner in the shower.Since it was late,we had been driving a long distance, and we were exhausted,we didn’t want to go through changing rooms again,so we stayed and tried to get some rest. The next morning,I reported everything to the front desk and asked that the manager contact me.I explained that I don’t like complaining or leaving negative reviews, but I felt these issues needed to be addressed.I was told the manager wasn’t there yet, and I asked for a call.It has now been two days, and I still haven’t received one.We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, just a clean, comfortable room and respectful service. Unfortunately, that is not what we received, and the lack of follow-up made the experience even more disappointing.
