This hotel had more amenities than i expected. There is a great workout room and an inside pool, plus good choices for their breakfast. The only downside is having one elevator. It was at the opposite end of our room, so we made adjustments and used the stairs. Everything else was perfect and i would definitely stay again

The in door pool area was EXTREMELY slippery. The pool water was clean, and a little to warm. But the edge around the pool and all of the walk area were so slippery several children and adults fell

Noisy guests that I didn't expect at this type of hotel... My biggest issue, though, was I jumped into the pool and just about died ... I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but the pool temperature was probably somewhere around sixty degrees and was absolutely too cold for any type of enjoyment. I've been to Barton Springs near Austin, and that water is absolutely frigid, but this was colder.

No coffee in dining room for breakfast, not enough food to serve guests, no one putting out fresh food once something runs out, no coffee, not enough parking, no extra toweld for guest. I wad told the cleaning crew had noy cleaned new towels. Pool is green and out of service. Elevator has stains and needs to be mopped

My kids and i booked the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub specifically. We get there the hot tub has been bricked over... NOT as discribed in the pictures of the property. The staff were also VERY rude to myself and my kids irritated that my son got water on the lobby floor in going to the restroom from the pool. #1 dont have an indoor pool if your mad about water #2 maybe dont have tile floors all the way thru the 1st floor if thats an issue #3 dont gripe af me because you didnt design the pool room with a restroom in it. Both employees were so rude i will never stay again. And btw i worked in ihg hotels for 6 years and never teated my guests ths way i was treated

The room was clean, but in need of professional repairs in the bathroom. Appeared to be a previous water leak near the shower, looks like someone attempted to do a quick repair. It was a poor repair job. Glass shade missing on bathroom light fixture. The landscaping at the front of the hotel was in bad shape. The flowerbed plantings looked unkept and dying. All of these negatives makes the hotel look tired.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. There was dirt around the shower handle and behind the bathroom door. Someone above us ran back and forth until after midnight.

It was close to where we needed to go. Allegedly, we stayed in a refurbished room and i felt it was similar to a motel 6....not too impressed. There was a stain on the sheets. Not sure if it was a poop stain. in the other room we had, there were wires coming out of the wall where the thermostat was. Their tvs are small 32 inch. I was not impressed and probably recommend another hotel than here.

Clean, modern renovations, staff & very close to Christus Mother Frances hospital is 5 stars for the hotel. Guests letting their room doors slam & t.v. playing late at night was disturbing, however, I was too tired to request a new room. I suggest bringing ear plugs & a white noise app.

We came here to visit family and this hotel was really nice. The AC was cool and everything was quiet and they are remodeling everything so this is good. I have only one complaint and everybody thinks differently about these things but to me the bed was a little bit firm for me. I'd still stay there again, though.

The hotel could not find our reservation for the itinerary number. We had to reserve another room so I would appreciate this being refunded back to the card or at least credit my account. It was ridiculous. We had business people in town and they couldn’t even check in and the staff at the hotel was not helpful at all

The checkin was terrible. The clerk laughed when we came back down and said we had a double instead of king room. He said it was only a request, and he couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate us in a king. Dirty,!!

The property has really gone down hill since I last visited. The beds are terrible and not comfortable. They were already knocking at 9 am, 3 hours before check out, when I was still sleeping so I felt rushed out. To add to it, I was also trying to pack and load my items and I come back and there is already someone IN the room, with items I still had in there. I never told them I was checked out so it was very frustrating coming back to someone in there when I was still trying to pack. The breakfast looked unappatising and it was the same menu all weekend. This was always my go to hotel in Jacksonville but not anymore unfortunately.

The staff at the front desk and overall was nice and friendly. However they are under staffed. I stayed there for 5 days not one time did they come and cleaned the room. I had to keep trying to get fresh towels by going to the front desk. One time they brought it to the room while we waited and just sat it in front of the door and didn't knock while we sat there and waited. Finally when I got tired of waiting, I went to go to the front desk that is when I discovered the towels. Also I had to change my own trash and sit it outside the door.

The property was decorated beautifully, there was a xmas party going on in the eating area, lots of laughs. We were processed quickly, the room smelled clean and looked clean. Driving was easy and safe ti drive in and out of the property considering its off a highway. The bed was great slept so good! Facility was very nice!

A sub par hotel. The guy at the front desk was awesome but the breakfast SUCKED!! No coffee, No eggs, Rancid sausage and no service. All we got were excuses, which were useless to us. We WON’T ever stay there again!!!
