Even though its called Truckers Inn, doesnt mean there is parking for semi trucks and 53' trailers. I was able to pull in and turn around but my truck and trailer took up about 8parking spots. Everything else was nice.

The check in was good but we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. The room was sub par. The sheets did not fit the bed and just looked like sheets bought at a discount store. They did not even fit the bed. I've stayed in extended stY hotels that were taken care of and furnished better than this place. We definitely will not be staying there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are trying to pinch a penny its the place to go. Had to return to the front desk after getting my room due to only having a bath towel in my room. The counter tops were all dirty and the next morning a roach crawled across the top of the tv table top. The work out room and business room are both closed and the breakfst is bare minimum. Wil not be staying there again.

We stayed here due to the storm we had in Louisiana for a few days. The staff was excellent and so kind, caring, concerned and the best I’ve meet in years! They all went over and beyond to make sure me and my 2 children was taken care of. Only disadvantages are me as a disabled woman they didn’t have a elevator only 2 flights of stairs! But, I did book and request a down stairs room on Expedia and once we arrived it was only upstairs available. We were thankful to have that room and the housekeepers offered to assist us with getting me and our luggage up stairs! We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the bottle of cold juice and water every morning. Thanks so much for the beautiful clerk that works the desk every morning she’s a sweetheart and went over and beyond to make sure we were ok everyday! First, the pics need to be updated to reflect what this motel's current condition is in! The room was run down, reeks of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean and shower curtain just dangling. The ladies in reception were incredibly awesome. They looked after me when i was not feeling well. So sweet. And the room was super clean. No carpet so you could see how clean the floor was. Even though i could not eat, beakfast looked very good. Real scrambled eggs. It was a warm, welcoming place.

Good economical room. cold A/C, Hot water with strong pressure. good wifi/ tv. Wife and I slept better than expected on the bed. Good pillows, sheets.... Staff very helpful to make your stay good. I spoke with them 2-3 times, always got what I wanted or asked for. I had my hands full once at my room door and was knocking on the door for my wife to open, staff was walking by and recognized me and my situation and opened the door for me. I appreciate that, wife did too! she stayed in bed. LOL...

Worst check in experience. The desk agent couldn’t find my reservation and I was told to “come back later” After traveling there, I didn’t want to find somewhere to hang out. I checked back and she still couldn’t help meI called Hotels.com and they me another place to stay. I understand things happen, maybe it was a training issue but the problem is the desk agent didn’t care. Customer service is a priority. The next person checking in had the same issue.

I was so upset my rooms heater would only blow fan out..had to go buy a floor heater just to sleep room was below 40° the whole night..the front desk at check in charged me 25 extra dollars and Expedia quoted me for $65 for the room she tried to charge me $85 and still didn't received $25 back to my card it was terrible

We pulled in late and there was a homeless man sitting by the front door who walked all the way to the back of the parking lot to watch us park and made us feel very uncomfortable as there was no reason for him to be watching us so closely (we had truck and trailer loaded) or to have walked all the way down there while we parked. We did not feel safe and left.
