Hotel en la playa muy confortable y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y bien dotadas. Restaurante muy bueno. Por la noche lo organizan en la arena de la playa, lo cual es una experiencia muy agradable. Instalaciones óptimas con buen spa. Como siempre en el país, personal muy amable.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms were authentic, but with all modern needs. We stayed in a normal room and it was huge. The breakfast was good quality but the buffet area seemed a bit claustrophobic. Having the hotel on the beach is a great perk. With beach bar having great food and the staff are very attentive.

Pour notre 4 ème sejour en 7 ans.. Nous retrouvons cet établissement dans son jus. Toujours bien accueilli, ( plus de petites fleurs au poignet en arrivant et aucune faveur pour notre 4 eme sejours de 10 a 12 nuits )pas grave Le bâtiment extérieurement reste très entretenu par contre je l avait déjà signalé lors de l avant covid, un rafraîchissement intérieur devrait être mis au goût du jour. L impérial boat a côté qui était très en dessous à profiter de ces quelques années pour devenir un hotel supérieur "le melia"et qui a inversé la tendance. On est encore dans un bon rapport qualité prix mais pour combien de temps ? Personne dans les resto?? Pourquoi ? Vraiment un manque de créativité dans les plats... Reviendrons nous ? La piscine et les gens de plage sont parfait.

Reception staff very accommodating. Breakfast very poor and staff not the best. Not much choice. Best thing was the fresh juice. Croissants and pastries stale. Rooms very large but also very dated. Upon arrival , no greeting. We had to bring our own bags to reception. Only 5 parking spaces. Certainly not 5*. Good location, nice beach and spa.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its is an older resort but is very well maintained, more traditional Thai. Comfortable bed, Staff fantastic, good selection at breakfast the fresh juice was great. We had our own pool which was nice to cool off in after being at the beach all day, just needs some kind of rail to make it easier to get in and out of. The beach area is very clean with lovely soft sand but easy for walking. Close to other restaurants and bars. After check out we were able to spend more time at the beach they provide toilet and showers where we could shower and change before moving on to our next hotel. We would stay here again. Value for money.

Hier kann man sehr gut entspannen und den Strand genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und haben eine tolle Atmosphäre mit dem dunklen Holz und den hohen Decken und dem Patio. Das Frǔhstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.

Really nice hotel. Great and attentive staff. Large rooms with plenty of space. We had a pool room but only used the private pool once since we thought the larger pool area and the beach was much more us. Really, really fairly priced food and beverage. There are a 7-eleven, pharmacy, bars and restaurants in the street outside the hotel.

The Good first , very friendly staff, Big pool with waterfall, onsite massage, and bar, big spacious rooms. The ugly they had no water in our wing or several rooms for almost 2 days mainy during the day due to onsite pipe or maintenance issues ,the guest should of had a choice to get a full refund and check out or free stay especially without running water or shower usage. But after letting it go for a full day we had to ask for a credit the second day which we only got one day credit after a hassle , but the manager seemed to be in a rock and a hard place so to speak and was Professional to deal with. Also the rooms and resort is a little dated, maybe things will improve as the revenue come back or if things get done , you decide just trying to give our experience at that time.

Nice landscaping, quiet villas among lush greenery, lots of food and massage options nearby. We booked a suite with private pool, garden view, and had the feeling of complete privacy. Breakfast and service very nice.Only downsides were unreluable Wifi and moody AC. Room was spacious enough but wardrobe, shower, bathtub and toilet are all within the same space, no doors between them, and poorly isolated from rest of the room.

Sødt og serviceminded personale Indrettet som et typisk Thai hotel, hvilket har sin charme Ligger fint midt i hovedgaden Morgenmadsbuffet indeholder lidt for mange asiatiske retter for mig, men da der er mange gæster fra de asiatiske lande, så giver det jo mening Hotellet svarer til fire stjerner

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its is an older resort but is very well maintained, more traditional Thai. We had a really good time at the hotel. Room was great, we had a pool room which was ideal with the kids. Pool big enough to actually swim rather than just have a dip. The hotel pool was excellent and very convenient to go straight into the beach . The hotel is classed as 5 star but this is Thai 5 star. This is not the 4 Seasons. The beach was good and the sea great nice and shallow for the kids. The hotel is getting a little tired in places and the beach could’ve been cleaner. On some days.

Rigtig godt hotel. Vil varmt anbefale det. Det eneste man skal være forberedt på er at det er lidt slidt. Men grundstenen i hotellet er der, beliggenheden er i orden. De er igang med at renovere hotellet så det er et stort plus. Servicen på hotellet er os super, og deres app er bare et pluds.

Check in takes to long, after 12 hours of flights we had nearly an hour after we arrived at hotel till we had our bags delivered to our room so we could relax. We then found we had no hot water. We then went to swim in our splash pool - spa jets were broken. Had a swim anyway - nearly cut my foot open on a broken filter grate on the bottom of the pool. Floor boards in bathroom area moved which caused a nail to rise up - put a bandaid over it so we didn't cut our feet. Room safe didn't work properly, had to enter code around 10 times each way to lock or unlock. A burger ring under our desk from a previous guest still there when we left. Rock slabs used for pathways near beach would move when stepped on, warned about them by a staff member but never fixed the issue. On the 5th day our pool went a shade of green, I assume as we had not seen any filters had come on for a couple of days. Then for a grand finale, on our last day we went for swim after lunch, shortly after going back into our room there was a loud crash outside. Upon investigating we found a lump of CONCRETE the size of a loaf of bread had broken off the second floor villa. It hit the tiled awning above our pool then landed on the edge our pool and exploded sending pieces of tile and concrete into and around our pool, the largest was about the size of a rock melon which landed in the pool where my wife and I had been swimming. Staff called, looked, said sorry and blamed a squirrel. Overpriced, dangerous, rundown

Outstanding hotel with very warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful setting on the beach with great bar and pool. Food in the beach restaurant is quite standard, there are better options in the area, but the setting is perfect. Installations excellent and well maintained. The only thing we found was our clothes/towels did not dry in the room so maybe the AC needed some work (it was also too loud but didn’t stop us sleeping). Well recommended vs more expensive options in Koh Samui.

We had a pool room but only used the private pool once since we thought the larger pool area and the beach was much more us. Really, really fairly priced food and beverage. We had a really good time at the hotel. Room was great, we had a pool room which was ideal with the kids. Pool big enough to actually swim rather than just have a dip. The hotel pool was excellent and very convenient to go straight into the beach . The hotel is classed as 5 star but this is Thai 5 star. This is not the 4 Seasons. The beach was good and the sea great nice and shallow for the kids. The hotel is getting a little tired in places and the beach could’ve been cleaner. On some days.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Muang Villas for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. From the spacious room and comfortable bed, to the accommodating and friendly staff, great pool and beach area and a lot of food options, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The resort was even better than in looked in the photos in our opinion. Highly recommend

Nice landscaping, quiet villas among lush greenery, lots of food and massage options nearby. We booked a suite with private pool, garden view, and had the feeling of complete privacy. Breakfast and service very nice.Only downsides were unreluable Wifi and moody AC. Room was spacious enough but wardrobe, shower, bathtub and toilet are all within the same space, no doors between them, and poorly isolated from rest of the room.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms were authentic, but with all modern needs. We stayed in a normal room and it was huge. The breakfast was good quality but the buffet area seemed a bit claustrophobic. Having the hotel on the beach is a great perk. With beach bar having great food and the staff are very attentive.

Reception staff very accommodating. Breakfast very poor and staff not the best. Not much choice. Best thing was the fresh juice. Croissants and pastries stale. Rooms very large but also very dated. Upon arrival , no greeting. We had to bring our own bags to reception. Only 5 parking spaces. Certainly not 5*. Good location, nice beach and spa.

The Good first , very friendly staff, Big pool with waterfall, onsite massage, and bar, big spacious rooms. The ugly they had no water in our wing or several rooms for almost 2 days mainy during the day due to onsite pipe or maintenance issues ,the guest should of had a choice to get a full refund and check out or free stay especially without running water or shower usage. But after letting it go for a full day we had to ask for a credit the second day which we only got one day credit after a hassle , but the manager seemed to be in a rock and a hard place so to speak and was Professional to deal with. Also the rooms and resort is a little dated, maybe things will improve as the revenue come back or if things get done , you decide just trying to give our experience at that time.

Check in takes to long, after 12 hours of flights we had nearly an hour after we arrived at hotel till we had our bags delivered to our room so we could relax. We then found we had no hot water. We then went to swim in our splash pool - spa jets were broken. Had a swim anyway - nearly cut my foot open on a broken filter grate on the bottom of the pool. Floor boards in bathroom area moved which caused a nail to rise up - put a bandaid over it so we didn't cut our feet. Room safe didn't work properly, had to enter code around 10 times each way to lock or unlock. A burger ring under our desk from a previous guest still there when we left. Rock slabs used for pathways near beach would move when stepped on, warned about them by a staff member but never fixed the issue. On the 5th day our pool went a shade of green, I assume as we had not seen any filters had come on for a couple of days. Then for a grand finale, on our last day we went for swim after lunch, shortly after going back into our room there was a loud crash outside. Upon investigating we found a lump of CONCRETE the size of a loaf of bread had broken off the second floor villa. It hit the tiled awning above our pool then landed on the edge our pool and exploded sending pieces of tile and concrete into and around our pool, the largest was about the size of a rock melon which landed in the pool where my wife and I had been swimming. Staff called, looked, said sorry and blamed a squirrel. Overpriced, dangerous, rundown

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its is an older resort but is very well maintained, more traditional Thai. Comfortable bed, Staff fantastic, good selection at breakfast the fresh juice was great. We had our own pool which was nice to cool off in after being at the beach all day, just needs some kind of rail to make it easier to get in and out of. The beach area is very clean with lovely soft sand but easy for walking. Close to other restaurants and bars. After check out we were able to spend more time at the beach they provide toilet and showers where we could shower and change before moving on to our next hotel. We would stay here again. Value for money.

Pour notre 4 ème sejour en 7 ans.. Nous retrouvons cet établissement dans son jus. Toujours bien accueilli, ( plus de petites fleurs au poignet en arrivant et aucune faveur pour notre 4 eme sejours de 10 a 12 nuits )pas grave Le bâtiment extérieurement reste très entretenu par contre je l avait déjà signalé lors de l avant covid, un rafraîchissement intérieur devrait être mis au goût du jour. L impérial boat a côté qui était très en dessous à profiter de ces quelques années pour devenir un hotel supérieur "le melia"et qui a inversé la tendance. On est encore dans un bon rapport qualité prix mais pour combien de temps ? Personne dans les resto?? Pourquoi ? Vraiment un manque de créativité dans les plats... Reviendrons nous ? La piscine et les gens de plage sont parfait.

Outstanding hotel with very warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful setting on the beach with great bar and pool. Food in the beach restaurant is quite standard, there are better options in the area, but the setting is perfect. Installations excellent and well maintained. The only thing we found was our clothes/towels did not dry in the room so maybe the AC needed some work (it was also too loud but didn’t stop us sleeping). Well recommended vs more expensive options in Koh Samui.

Really nice hotel. Great and attentive staff. Large rooms with plenty of space. We had a pool room but only used the private pool once since we thought the larger pool area and the beach was much more us. Really, really fairly priced food and beverage. There are a 7-eleven, pharmacy, bars and restaurants in the street outside the hotel.

Nice landscaping, quiet villas among lush greenery, lots of food and massage options nearby. We booked a suite with private pool, garden view, and had the feeling of complete privacy. Breakfast and service very nice.Only downsides were unreluable Wifi and moody AC. Room was spacious enough but wardrobe, shower, bathtub and toilet are all within the same space, no doors between them, and poorly isolated from rest of the room.

When arriving at the hotel the lobby and reception area was beautiful. We were greeted with a cold towel and a refreshing little beverage. This was well needed after the travel. Our room and the outdoor facilities were amazing. The staff made the stay extremely easy and were always 10/10 for service. The food and drink were second to none.

The service at this resort was wonderful- staff were always kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and had a good variety. The property grounds was very lush and green. With that said, I'd say this resort is more like a 4-star resort. We felt like a lot of details were overlooked or simply just not met- i.e. dirty/stained bedding that still persisted even after being replaced, beach towels that were falling apart. Still a great stay but for the price point, it felt a little short.
