Güzel bir yer, tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Odamız denizi görüyordu çok güzel kullanışlıydı. Sadece çarşaflarda az az ufak lekeler vardı ve kahvaltısı biraz zayıf onun dışında çok güzeldi. Konumu odaları ve havuzu da oldukça iyiydi. Fiyatına göre çok yüksek bir kalite beklemezseniz mutlu olursunuz.

This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

Genel temizlik iyi, kahvaltısı fena değil. Ulaşım ve şehir işindeki konumu çok iyi. Otopark sorunu vardı sadece. On üzerinden 7 verebilirim. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

A nice hotel, a few maintenance issues highlighted and need addrsding but staff were excellent in resolving, nice pool area but in the shade during afternoons, in general room including a good choice of breakfast choices was excellent value.

Best location, 3 mns walking distance to Marmaris beach. Shops, Restaurant's, cafe, Shopping mall & Bars Surrounding area. Rooms, bathroom enough space & also clean. No wifi in room only lobby area. Small Swimming pool get crowded easily. No tea & coffee facilities in room. Breakfast not enough choices need to be improve. All inclusive not worth.

Son derece temiz bir oda da sıkıntısız bir konaklama yaptık, kızım var ben cok memnun kaldık, fiyat performans ve konum itibarı ile gönül rahatlığı ile tekrar tercih ederim.

The staff were all amazing. Reception were always there to help and the lady was very smiley which is very beautiful. The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. I would return

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms. However, this hotel is in the perfect location of Marmaris. You can’t beat that convenience. Also, front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I called her a couple times prior to our stay and she blocked the perfect rooms for us with the right bedding configuration. Elevator is a plus as well as a variety of breakfast items and finally, A/C and wifi worked great which is something I have to have anywhere I stay. Overall, we would stay here again in the future but I would demand better cleaning and better pillows at least.

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde sahile alış veriş yerlerine çok yakın.personel yardımcı fakat en büyük sorun hijyen. Otel eski bir otel, odalar kanalizasyon kokuyor, mobilyalar çarşaflar eski,havlular deforme yıkanmış ama lekeli. Bir gece konaklamayacak olsak kesin değiştirirdik oteli. Kahvaltı alanı vıngır vıngır kedi dolu, masaya mı çıktı, yemeklere mi değdi belli değil. Tabağımızı alıp otel içerisinde lobide koltukta yemek durumunda kaldık.

1 gece konakladık sadece odalar temiz ve düzenliydi kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Sadece bir gece yatmak için tercih etmiştik ama yazın gidip 3 4 günde kalınır merkeze denize yakın.

Arrived at Cihanturk greeted by filiz and erdogan who welcomed me very friendly and professional stayed at Cihanturk several times before and and highly recommend here close to the blueport and beachfront perfect location staff all lovely showers powerful and spacious room was immaculate big comfortable double bed and a seaview breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs boiled eggs toast all jams fruit cereal and salad Turkish breakfast served 8-10 will return here again in 2026 thanks to the staff for welcoming me and treating me like family here

Hotel was dirty. Got given the wrong room. Towels ripped, toilet flush broken and matress stained. No amenities at all in the room apart from fridge. Air con on its last stages of life. When complained hotel does not care. Do not book and stay away.

Eşim ve 20 aylık çocuğumla geleceğimi söylemem rağmen en dar ve en basık odayı bize verdiler. Odanın tavan yüksekliği 1,78cm boyumla ayaktayken elimi kaldırdığımda değebileceğim yükseklikte idi. Balkonumuz yoktu. Odanın camı otelin reklam tabelasını kirli üst tarafını görüyordu. Oda değişimi rica ettim fakat dolu olduğunu söylediler. Oysaki otele giriş yaptığımızda otel girişinde boş oda var yazısı vardı. Araç duracak yer olmadığı için bavulları indirmek için otobüs durağında durakladım. Bavullara yarım edecek çalışan yokmuş başka bir çalışandan rica ederek bavulların bir kısmını taşıyıp asansörün önüne bıraktılar. Genel olarak ilgi alaka gerçekten kötüydü.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you have restaurants and shops right at your fingertips. The minibus to Marmaris stops right by the hotel. Personally, I preferred to walk into central Marmaris along the seaside promenade – it's a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll. I had a spacious room on the 5th floor. Even though it was the end of September, the weather was quite hot, so I had to sleep with the AC on. It was a bit noisy, but I got used to it. I slept under the blanket; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable! The breakfasts were OKish: there were always fresh vegetables, eggs, 4 types of cheese, and yogurt.

Perfect stay for our first time to Marmaris very central,clean & lovely staff.. Room was a good size & very quiet with perfect WiFi. Our room was upgraded to a seaview which we enjoyed thank you Phyllis👌

The staff were all amazing. Reception were always there to help and the lady was very smiley which is very beautiful. The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. Hotel was dirty. Got given the wrong room. Towels ripped, toilet flush broken and matress stained. No amenities at all in the room apart from fridge. Air con on its last stages of life. When complained hotel does not care. Do not book and stay away.

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms. However, this hotel is in the perfect location of Marmaris. You can’t beat that convenience. Also, front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I called her a couple times prior to our stay and she blocked the perfect rooms for us with the right bedding configuration. Elevator is a plus as well as a variety of breakfast items and finally, A/C and wifi worked great which is something I have to have anywhere I stay. Overall, we would stay here again in the future but I would demand better cleaning and better pillows at least.

This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you have restaurants and shops right at your fingertips. The minibus to Marmaris stops right by the hotel. Personally, I preferred to walk into central Marmaris along the seaside promenade – it's a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll. I had a spacious room on the 5th floor. Even though it was the end of September, the weather was quite hot, so I had to sleep with the AC on. It was a bit noisy, but I got used to it. I slept under the blanket; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable! The breakfasts were OKish: there were always fresh vegetables, eggs, 4 types of cheese, and yogurt.

Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good However the food/drink needs to be improved, I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.
