Hôtel situé en plein Marina, zone accessible uniquement par les touristes et les employés des différents Hôtels/restaurants. Toutes les activités sont a proximités et l'hôtel propose lui même les activités en plus d'avoir piscine et jaccuzzi. Je recommande.

Oldukça yardımcı olan ilgili personelleri ile temiz bir otel. Biz sadece kahvaltı ile kaldık, çok doyurucu kahvaltı vardı. Check out yaptıktsn sonra bavullarımızı bırakmamızda yardımcı oldular. Havuz da vardı ama kullanmadık. Deniz/havuz için verilen havlular çok yumuşaktı ve günlük temizleniyordu

Fabulous location with lovely view over the Marina and beyond to the Red Sea. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Best of all, the restaurant on the roof of the Boutique Hotel. The menu offers an extensive choice & the food is delicious. Special mention must go to the cocktails. I cant think of a better way to unwind at the end of the day than sipping a cocktaiil overlooking the marina !

Hotellet er slidt og der er ting, som bare ikke virker. Regn ikke med et wifi. Utæt altandør, så der var meget lydt fra gaden og et håndtag der var ved at falde af. Strand og pool området var dog ret godt. Dog var musikken alt for høj. Massagen god og billig.

Blood stains on bed, stop in the clauset, water didn't Go down the pipes, the safety box was locked and they refill the mini shampoo bottles and they feel dirty. When complaining nicely they dont adress everything. Then just tells you its expedia and the managers just complain about fees and comissions and that they have no possibilities to compensate me. They also lie about that i could book through the front desk because I tried when I got here and was directed to expedia and booking. Wont come back

Fantastic location on the marina, close to all bars and restaurants, shops, boats, yachts etc. The Hotel Manager and all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, towels changed daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

The shower drainage was clogged and flooded during the shower. The drainage or sinks had unpleasant odour. The pillows were very thick and impossible to sleep. When we asked for a flat pillow, was told it was not available. The bed lines were frayed, though the room appeared to be quite clean.

Photos alléchantes mais prestations loin d'être à la hauteur du descritptif : plein de petits détails au niveau des finitions dans la chambre qui laissent à désirer ; salle de bain SALE (sol pas nettoyé avec traces de chaussures, cheveux, poussière), douche idem avec un pommeau quasi impossible à utiliser par exemple et une forte odeur de remontées de canalisation. Les points positifs : espace, armoire, lit confortable, clim et balcon agréable ainsi que l'accès à la plage privée. L'hôtel de façon générale se veut moderne, à la déco tendance etc mais décevant quand on y regarde de plus près. On a l'impression (mis à part l'accueil) que tout a été fait à la va-vite. Nous avons même eu droit à des travaux dans les 2 chambres faces à la nôtre avec odeurs de peinture +++ bruits etc sans avoir été prévenus ni qu'une solution de changement de chambre ne nous ait été proposé (2 jours de travaux sur un séjour de 3 jours...). Nous sommes loin d'être des clients qui chipotent mais au vu des tarifs pratiqués dans cet hôtel qui se veut à "l'européenne", nous aurions apprécié que les prestations suivent réellement, pas juste en surface pour le paraître. Attendez-vous aussi à vivre au rythme de la music du beach club jusqu'à 2h du mat (et pourtant j'aime la fête mais là..). La piscine ne nous a pas réellement donné confiance (eau trouble). Plage rien à dire avec bains de soleil au top. L'hôtel est bien situé à l'entrée de la Marina, c'est le gros +. Petit-déjeuner convenable.

Staðsetninginn var mjög góð. En hreinlæti á hotelinu var mjög ábótavant og herbergið sjúskað, en herbergi sem átti upphaflega vera í var í nýlegra ástandi en þar voru engar svalir. Keypti 3 nætur en dvaldi bara eina út af þessu. Strandaðstaðan var flott.

We only stayed one night, which we were glad. We booked the Economy Room, in which 2 from 3 power outlets didn’t work, the shower was dirty and the bedding was kinda weird and worn out, and the wifi didn’t really work that well. For the money we paid it was OK, and I dont think there is anything better in the Marina Area. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, so I can recommend it for a shorter stay or maybe a better room than we had.

Spacious room and comfy bed. The bathroom flooded from the shower thou and it was noisy at night from the ACs. The ladies at reception were very helpful and polite. The agreement with the beach club is good for pool and beach access and with Ollies restaurant to have a small discount. Good pricing for what it offers. I would recommend and go back.

Hôtel bien situé sur la marina mais attention bruyant le soir. J’ai été très déçu par la chambre. J’avais payé une chambre avec un balcon vue mer. J’ai une une chambre avec un balcon mais là vu sur la mer était partielle, rien a vois avec les photos. La chambre n’était pas propre et les draps vraiment inconfortables. J’ai signalé à la réception qui m’a proposé une autre chambre avec vue sur la mer mais sans balcon. J’ai refusé. Ils n’ont pas proposé d’autre solution, j’ai donc payé pour rien. La nourriture est passable.

Vi sov næsten slet ikke nogle af dagene pga alt den larm. Både fra medarbejderne og udenfor. Der blev larmet alt for meget af medarbejder og der blev nærmest ikke taget hensyn til om folk lå og sov. Der blev rykket på nogle møbler hele tiden. Alt kunne høres klart og tydeligt indee fra værelset

We arrived earlier than the check in time but the staff were very helpful and let us get the room. It is a boutique hotel so don’t expect the room is big. But it got everything it should have. Marina was beside the hotel so it s easy to join all kinds of water activity. Pretty good choice for us.

Balkonlu ve deniz manzaralı oda satın almamıza karşın bizi normal odaya aldılar. İtiraz edince balkonlu odaya geçiş sağladık. Deniz manzarasının yarısını karşıdaki binalar diğer yarısını tekneler kapatıyor. Kafanızı balkonun bir köşesinden uzattığınızda bir parça deniz göründüğü için deniz manzaralı olarak nitelendirilmiş. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendiden hiç hoşlanmadık. Suratı her zaman asık ve diğer otellerde karşılaştığımız insanlara göre kabaydı. Otelin Hemen altında bulunan restoranda yüksek sesli canlı müzik olması uyumanıza imkan vermiyor. Banyoda olması gereken lavabonun odanın ortasında olmasına da anlam veremedik. Marinada konaklayacaksanız lokasyon olarak güzel. Odaları temizdi. Minibar fiyatları uygun.

Was offered airport shuttle which I requested, but no sign of them at airport arrival so forced to take way more expensive cab. Not particularly helpful either with trying to get to El Gouna. Room safe instructions didn’t match the actual safe so unable to use. Very busy area so noisy until late.

Everything was perfect.. Staffs are very cool, kind and helpful. They were makysure that guest are happy and enjoyed their stay. Rooms are good and very well maintained. I checked out morning 8AM itself and went for one dirty Quad bike ride after storing my bag in the reception. After returning I was requesting them to use bath room to refresh myself, they checked any free rooms available and gave me room to refresh myself. Its Amazing. I am sure most of the hotels demands for some money, but they didn't. I forgot to ask her name in the reception. Thank you Only thing I didn't felt good was, blanket was so thick (too hot after covering)and all the 4 pillows was so big there is chance of neck pain. Other than that all good.

Better experience than the first visit. Staff more helpful and provided better service. Overall, good place to stay if visiting Hurghada for short stay. Great to have access to a Beach Club opposite with safe, secure beach and pool. If you request a shuttle from the airport, make sure you get confirmation as that was my main issue with the first visit! Otherwise getting from the airport a hassle! Rooms could use a bit of an update but clean and comfortable.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at the reception was constatly replying I'll ask the manager. Overall that person did not seem to understand or know what he was doing. The location at the marina is excellent where there's restaurants for every taste as well as everything you need on the strip (Sheration road) not too far by walking. You have access the the beach and the pool at the beach club however they do charge to use the towels. The breakfast was very good and the portions were good, however they do not do refills for coffee. The room was lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Overall this is a good despite the confused staff at a good location with a nice beach.

Fijn hotel op een gunstig gelegen locatie. Je loopt het hotel uit en vind talloze restaurants om goed te kunnen eten, ook ligt het hotel dichtbij Sheraton road. Iets minder is dat het hotel aan een kruising van een drukke straat zit en je veel getoeter hoort van auto’s. Ook was er één avond waarbij het tegenover gelegen restaurant karaoke organiseerde, dit was erg goed te horen in de kamer.

The rooftop terrace has a nice view and even though the room was basic it was clean. Service upon arrival was nice and if you like to stay in a touristy area this is a good spot. It was very loud during the night though, so it you have a though time sleeping this is not the hotel for you.

Fabulous location with lovely view over the Marina and beyond to the Red Sea. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Best of all, the restaurant on the roof of the Boutique Hotel. The menu offers an extensive choice & the food is delicious. Special mention must go to the cocktails. I cant think of a better way to unwind at the end of the day than sipping a cocktaiil overlooking the marina !

Photos alléchantes mais prestations loin d'être à la hauteur du descritptif : plein de petits détails au niveau des finitions dans la chambre qui laissent à désirer ; salle de bain SALE (sol pas nettoyé avec traces de chaussures, cheveux, poussière), douche idem avec un pommeau quasi impossible à utiliser par exemple et une forte odeur de remontées de canalisation. Les points positifs : espace, armoire, lit confortable, clim et balcon agréable ainsi que l'accès à la plage privée. L'hôtel de façon générale se veut moderne, à la déco tendance etc mais décevant quand on y regarde de plus près. On a l'impression (mis à part l'accueil) que tout a été fait à la va-vite. Nous avons même eu droit à des travaux dans les 2 chambres faces à la nôtre avec odeurs de peinture +++ bruits etc sans avoir été prévenus ni qu'une solution de changement de chambre ne nous ait été proposé (2 jours de travaux sur un séjour de 3 jours...). Nous sommes loin d'être des clients qui chipotent mais au vu des tarifs pratiqués dans cet hôtel qui se veut à "l'européenne", nous aurions apprécié que les prestations suivent réellement, pas juste en surface pour le paraître. Attendez-vous aussi à vivre au rythme de la music du beach club jusqu'à 2h du mat (et pourtant j'aime la fête mais là..). La piscine ne nous a pas réellement donné confiance (eau trouble). A great location spot. Super easy to get around. local shops nearby & supermarket. The breakfast was the best breakfast I had in Egypt. So much to choose from and delicious. Highly recommend getting breakfast included. Great laundry service too. Really quiet after 12am so you get a really good sleep, I was unwell so it helps that the beds are super comfortable too. The most comfortable beds out of all the Egyptian hotels we stayed at. No bed bugs. No mosquitos. The waiter at the rooftop restaurant is lovely. Mahmoud and Magdy at reception are also so helpful and friendly. The rooms have strong washing lines which is really cool. They let us leave luggage in storage until our flight. The blue beach club was alright, with easy water to swim in and friendly staff. The check-in was so bad & unorganised that it was like they weren’t expecting us. It was 2 am and we were exhausted from rough travels. They tried to put us into a 1-bed economy room. After complaining and putting our foot down we got two separate rooms just to sleep in. We successfully got the superior room we booked by midday. It was highly annoying that the room we booked wasn’t given to us on arrival, we had to fight for it. The shower tiles in the superior room were awful. the drains smelt strange

Above average modern hotel within Hurghada Marina complex - that's where posh boats anchor and tours sail from. Comfortable decent rooms with very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Also a huge number of restaurants nearby. All very 'Western' with prices to match (high for Egypt).

The hotel rooms were reasonably well appointed with comfortable bed and reasonably new looking bedding furniture which was all in vey good condition. The exception was the shower which looked a bit tired but functional. The staff were very helpful and the few issues that we had were generally promptly dealt with. The wifi was also surprisingly good within the room. On the downside the rooftop restaurant wasn't a great experience and we felt the service was very sub standard, which is a shame because it could be really great with better food and service. The hotel location is also quite noisy which is possibly ok if you intend to be out and about into late evening. The biggest downer for us was the Blue Beach Club which has free access for guests of the hotel. One of the main reasons for being there was to spend time on the Beach relaxing but the Blue Beach club staff insist on playing very loud club music which is not relaxing and despite requests to turn it down they refused. It was quite noticeable on our several visits that as the music volume went up the number of guests went down. There is another beach about 10 minutes walk away that charges 70Egyption for the day where the service and quality of food is far better and the general ambience is much more relaxing. In the scheme of things 70Egyption isn't very much and the food there is cheaper than at the Blue Beach club so it balances out in terms of cost and you get a better experience.
