Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Courtesy bus to the airport efficient. I stayed here as I live in Antwerp, Belgium and I wasn't confident of getting a train in the morning before my flight so I booked here last minute to stay near the airport the night before my flight. Really a nice place, I'd stay here again.

Travelled with a little baby. Carpark on site was excellent. Crib was provided. Room was Huge with lots of space. Very quiet area, A/C excellent. Bar and restaurant on sight, the bar is good, the food not great, not terrible so 3.6 roentgen. Very comfortable rooms Smooth check in and check out. Has an airport bus which you can pay at reception. Free collection though from the airport (so you pay to go to the airport but it's free to come back).

Nice hotel, service was ok, room very comfortable. I didn’t like that the hotel charges 5 euros for the shuttle to the airport and most of the guests riding the shuttle were very unhappy about it.

The hotel has a free shuttle from airport to hotel which is very convenient and €5.00 for drop off from hotel to airport. It is walking distance to a bus stop. Entering the hotel, you will smell that ‘signature’ fragrant smell of Radisson. The reception has sweets which shows a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. They have 3 good working lifts. There is a goody and drink shop near to the lift. I’ve noticed big conference rooms. There is a bar and restaurant behind the reception. The bedroom has good space for two and it is clean including the toilet. The air conditioning is quiet. There is refrigerator, iron and iron board. As far as my experience goes, all Radissons are highly recommendable hotel to stay at anywhere in the world.

Great hotel to stay at when overnighting at Amsterdam Airport. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable, the gym was well equipped and the food (dinner & breakfast) was tasty with lots of choice. Oh, and the gym was well equipped with a great view of the airport. Most importantly you couldn’t hear anything noise from the airport.

a 10 min drive from the airport- shuttle runs every 30 min. mid day was once an hour, we waited almost 45 min for a shuttle. they charge 5 euros to return to the airport per person on the same shuttle.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff not interested in us. The cleanliness was appalling. Rooms were not cleaned. Old towels left and new dumped on sink. The outside was dirty not cleaned while we were there. No coffee/sugar/milk.

This hotel is roughly 10 minutes from the airport. We stayed here one night prior to catching an early morning flight. The hotel boosts an airport shuttle. But it only runs every 30 minutes. It is free from the airport to the hotel but back to the hotel is €5 per person The hotel was quiet despite being near the airport. Sadly the airport was not very clean. Elevator has trash in the corners. The duvet cover on the bed had stains. It was one of the farthest away hotels among the “airport” hotels. So make sure you account for the time and shuttle schedule.

The property was in a business area near the airport, and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. But it was not near any restaurants or stores. It was very isolating. The hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are out of date and the furniture old. The carpeting was not vacuumed very well with dirt and hair everywhere on it. The linens were good and the bed comfortable. The towels had stains in them so that was very off putting. I didn’t want to take a shower. It was good value for the money for one night. The staff was helpful at reception.

While the staff was very responsive and professional when it came to our complaints about cleaning policies, the fact is that we did not know the management had initiated a policy of not cleaning the rooms until the third day of a stay, unless we asked for a cleaning . We asked for one and still did not receive a cleaning. Only the trash cans were emptied and towels were sloppily placed on the edge of the sink. When we finally did get a cleaning the person assigned to our room was curt and rude and actually told us to leave the room . The carpet in the room and in the hallways was dingy, dirty and stained . We were very disappointed with the conditions . Also the shuttle from the airport , which is published to be running on the half hour , was more like an hour and with lots of luggage and being tired from a very long day of travel was irritating . We did very much appreciate the reception staff and managers , who always were professional and responsive . We would not stay there again unless there had been some major improvements and renovations

My overall experience with this property was pretty good. I did have several issues with our personal room as the thermostat did not seem to work. Also, the water temperature in the shower was not staying very hot for a certain period of time. The TV did not consistently stay on. It would cut off randomly due to loss of connection. The food and service throughout the stay was excellent. The shuttle was helpful and it was beneficial for the hotel to be close by to the airport.

Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. We prefer straight shower to tub shower combo but very nice and usable. Bus takes you from airport to hotel for free, 5euro to get a ride back to airport. Reasonable and reliable. Also very easy to get downtown with the use of airport bus and train, cheap and quick compared to taxi/uber.

This was a very disappointing stay. It started off with me spending 25 minutes trying to contact the hotel from the airport to find out when and where their hotel shuttle picks up. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes the first time, and then they never answered after a bunch of rings the next couple call attempts. I finally got ahold of someone who told me the shuttle would be there at 2:45, but it was already 2:50. When I pointed it out. I was told 3:45. Considering I had tried to contact them from before 2:30, waiting an hour and a half for a shuttle was not acceptable. I ended up taking a cab, which cost €47 for what should have been a free trip with their shuttle service. The room itself was extremely nice, but there was very little light in the room, and worse in the bathroom. If the shower curtain was closed, you could barely see to take a shower. Additionally, there were NO OUTLETS at the head of the bed! I have never stayed at a hotel without outlets at the head of the bed, and will never again. I use a CPAP machine and was unable to use it for two nights. I got almost no sleep either night because of this. This is also the only Radisson Blu that I've stayed at that did not actually stock the minibar fridge in the room. You have to go down to the front desk to buy drinks or snacks, and wait 10 minutes for everyone checking in. I would never stay at this location again.

Great hotel. Only complaint was I had a room with a door to the adjoining room and all the noise from my neighbor seemed to come right through. Had to be the same for them. Had to have the tv volume high enough to drown out the noise from their tv.

Well appointed hotel with a regular and quick shuttle from the airport at a reasonable price. Check in process was a bit slow and cumbersome. The room was spacious and comfortable and with a bathtub, but the room was cold and I couldn't get the temperature up.

The room (suite) was spacious and clean, but dated. The temperature is centrally regulated, the first evening it was freezing. The second receptionist I spoke to at the beginning of my stay was very friendly and helpful about it. The temperature got fixed the next day. The water temperature in both the shower and the bathtub remained cold during the entire stay. Breakfast has ample variety to choose from and is good quality. The hotel has shuttle service and is 7 minutes from the airport.

The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was of Bulgarian descent) was exceptionally helpful and provided a thorough overview of the hotel and its policies. It was my first time in Amsterdam, and after being treated quite poorly by the strict and highly unprofessional KLM staff, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the hotel team completely changed my experience for the better. The breakfast served in the morning is absolutely outstanding—truly to die for! And every member of the dining room staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I would definitely return!

I was robbed. I had one of my bags stolen from the lobby of the hotel when I checked in. I asked if they had security cameras and they said they did but could not access them or look at the footage. They said they would have a security man contact me when he got in in the morning. He did not contact me and when I went to the front desk later in the day, they said he had left for the day and since it was the weekend, there was nothing more they could do. At this point, they were adamantly refusing to help me. I told them they need to call someone, a manager or anyone who could help me. Eventually they did call someone. When I returned, they told me they did talk to someone and they reviewed the security footage and they could see my bag and that someone took it. I asked them what they were going to do about. Would they call the police or let me see the footage? They refused to let me see the footage and asked for my e-mail address so the manager could get in touch with me. The manager never got in touch with me. No one ever took responsibility for my bag being stolen. I would avoid this place.

I had booked 2 rooms via Hotels.com for a colleague and myself and received confirmation from them for the two rooms more than two weeks in advance. We arrived close to midnight. It turned out they had sold one of the rooms to someone else and the only option was to share my room with my colleague. The person at the front desk blamed Hotels.com, but she agreed to cancel the one room so we would not have to pay for it...As a compensation we received free breakfast. I will never stay at Radisson Blu again or use Hotels.com

I received a warm reception upon arrival. The receptionist was very nice. She checked me in and explained all the available amenities within 5 minutes. My check-out was the total opposite. The man at the check-out was rude and barely acknowledged me. It took him 15 minutes to check-out!

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel lobby and bar were clean. the room was a standard hotel room, nothing to set it apart and nothing to complain about. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was plenty of parking on site, for a charge. In all, it was a “nothing special” hotel, but a good location near the airport and a good price. Would stay here again.

Perfect location if you are getting on flight out ot airport. The facilities were nicer than the 4 star property we stayed at in downtown Amsterdam and priced much better. Highly recommended.

This hotel is near to the Schipol airport. I took a standard room which was spacious and had all necessary furniture. The bathroom was also big and had necessary toiletries. They also have a restaurant and a place to buy quick grabs (small bites). The only issue is commuting to the Amsterdam city. Every time one needs to come to the Airport to catch a bus/sprinter. The hotel offers a shuttle service in every 30 mins. Hotel to Airport charge is 5 EUR, whereas airport to hotel is free. I would suggest travellers to buy a ticket/pass as soon as they arrive in Amsterdam so that they can take buses from the stop that is 8-10 mins of walking from the hotel.

Shuttle service was great. Check in and receptionist were excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. The dining restaurant had a very limited menu and very expensive for what was on offer. One of the older waiters was not on his game. The pillows were tough to sleep on and left us with sore necks. we would also suggest cleaning the exterior walls as approaching the hotel oes not give a great first impression.

Overall a good choice for a quick stay while in Amsterdam. Breakfast seems a little over priced since there are not any other options, but food was very good. I would stay here again for a layover or quick stay near the airport.

Stayed for 2 nights, and overall it's a good place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room a good size and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very reliable, but there is also the possibility of local buses nearby. Couple of things just knocked this down to 4 stars - the food in the restaurant was very good, but the starters were very overpriced, even for an airport hotel. And the breakfast service, while excellent on day 1, was chaotic on day 2. All tables were full with dirty plates, etc, guests had to clean a table themselves before they could use it. I sat for half hour and none of the tables around me were cleared in that time.
