The place is ok, the beds are comfy, the staff is friendly. Its super noisy, like i could hear the cars next to mr from outside and i was on a third level. There is a restaurant on the property only open for breakfast until 10 and dinner. You cant bring food from outside, so if you are tired and its lunch time, no one cares you gotta get up and find a restaurant. Water you had to pay for. It just seemed a little inconvenient for us (we are a family of 5)

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Tout se fait à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Seul bémol la chaleur. In ne faisait que 8° dehors, les radiateurs de la chambre étaient éteints et malgré tout il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. C'était un peu inconfortable pour le sommeil.

I was sold a large 4-person room. When I arrived, I was given a small 2-person room. There was bloodstains on the bedsheets in one end, and chocolatestains in the other end. The room was extremely warm throughout the night, because the heating on the floor under the bed was on, and no way to switch it off. Opening the window would only keep ud awake with the road noise. I arrived late, so understandably there was nothing to do about this. However, the day after, the reception added me on Whatsapp to resolve the issue. 3 days later they do still not respond, this says it all.

We opened the windows and that mainly solved the issue. The location is good, walking distance to the port and many restaurants and the staff was helpful

The place was very nice, especially for the price. A little away from the centre of town and up a bit of a hill, but not hard to get to and still walkable. We liked the property, the breakfast was good some days and not so good on others, we found the hotel as whole too hot but manageable by opening windows, this could be a good thing or bad depending on you. Overall friendly staff and helpful we would stay there again
