I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff was super nice and helpful. Bed slept great. Breakfast was awesome. We were there 5 nights and saw the slight menu changes and liked them all. The location is very safe and quiet—also convenient to interstate, dining options, and a convenience store. Nice outdoor spaces. Plenty of leisure space in lobby. The entire property was immaculately clean. You can tell much thought went into design of everything, resulting in great experience. I’d never stayed at a SpringHill Suites. After this stay, I will definitely look for these on every trip. We had an excellent experience!

Staff was friendly. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was great everyday. Not walkable to local stores. Felt safe at this location. Shower room sink water smelt gross. Shower and sink in bathroom however had fine water.

For a hotel that size there were only two elevators that seemed to be shared with cleaning staff and patrons and only one seemed to be working. This caused delay in being able to go or return from our room. Also. We did not see any mice but returning from our room we found evidence they were there in our absence. But the room and edifice was very clean and we did have food/snacks in the room that may have attracted them. But we always cleaned up after ourselves and put our snacks away.

Pet friendly but property was clean and the room was perfect for my family of 4. The only negative part was there was only one elevator that worked so it took forever anytime we needed to use it. Other than that would recommend, staff was very friendly and accommodating!!

Very quiet and relaxing. Parking was excellent, you did not have to park far away. The greeting you received by staff all around leaving and entering building made you feel special as a guest. What I did not like is how the pool requires maintenance. The pool edges structure cracking and peeling on inside edges. The breakfast eggs and sausages were just too watery. Oatmeal would have been good just to have plain and be able to use all the lovely toppings. Waffle making available would be good to have as the sugared waffles was just to much. Plain would have been good. Small signs labeling food to avoid opening all closed lids.

This motel is literally hidden in a business and gated community area, which is actually a nice feature. Had the BEST pull out sofa ever at any hotel we have stayed at, it was actually a sofa with a separate pullout trundle bed. Mattress and pillows were really soft, but okay. The downside of this location is that there was only one elevator working our entire stay. The breakfast area definitely needs to be enlarged, weird layout of the breakfast foods - need to upgrade to food stations like other hotels. The breakfast staff were really good and helpful.

This was my 2nd time staying here and will do again. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. The only thing I could complain about was the elevator. Only 2 and one was not functioning. It took a while but overall only complaint. Will stay again. Spacious rooms and good continental breakfast.

What I liked: This is a new and very conveniently located hotel. Close to the highway, good variety of dining options, and ample parking. What I didn't like: bathroom was filthy. I arrived late night and didn't want to replace room, I just cleaned it myself. I am a business traveler and needed to print, sign and scan one page. Front desk just refused to help.

The property was hard to find the area was dark, surrounded by woods and raccoons. The lobby, elevator area and hallway was very very hot on the ceiling and water damaged on the headboard wall. The second room they put us in has stains everywhere animal hair, and a filthy odor the third room they put us in was the fifth floor. It was much nicer. We didn’t have any issues with the room on the fifth floor other than the outlets were all upside down and the toilet ran all night the water.

There was a dirty towel On the sink and trash. The room was really nice though. They didn’t put the trash bags in the trash cans they left them hanging over the can. There was a brown stain on the comforter.

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet room. Friendly reception desk, convenient to I-75 but not an overly busy area. Toilet and shower are in different rooms which is nice. Only odd thing is the bathrooms have frosted glass doors, so the light brightens the room at night when others are sleeping. Also the bathroom / shower room doors don't lock, they're sliding doors. Aside from these features, the room was great.

Nice size room with sitting area separated from beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms: one with sink and shower and the other with toilet and sink. Decent breakfast with large selection of hot and cold items, prepared and make-yourself. Friendly staff including the front desk staff who accommodated our change in length of stay.

Nice location. No waffle iron for breakfast which is a big factor for me. Room was well kept, just a bit too dusty for my taste. The sofa bed was also not the traditional fold out sofa bed which made it uncomfortable for my son. Staff was friendly.

Location close to I-75 and restaurants around were convenient. The room we stayed in had a sofa that wasn't comfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable. The back was too far back on the sofa, thus most people couldn't reach it when leaning back. Even using a bed pillow wasn't sufficient.

The bed needed to be replaced the sheets and pad would not stay on got up three times during the night to fix. At 3:30 I went out to the Davenport and slept. We checked out a day early because we were not able to sleep we travel a lot and I would have to say this was the worst.

Nice property overall. Location is right next to I75 so you will hear it. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too soft for my liking. Good variety for breakfast, but unfortunately my croissant sandwich was cold. We will stay here again.

Our stay would have been great but the hotels “$20 damage deposit hold” on my debit magically turned into $540 out of my account, no one can help since it’s pending and hotel says they can’t find it in their system. 5 days later and it’s still pending. I don’t know about most, but $500 tied up in someone else’s error is super inconvenient while on vacation.

The hotel staff needs to address the security. Two NON-HOTEL/ homeless individuals were allowed to enter the building, use the elevator, and access a floor where our female volleyball team was staying. The individuals attempted to access the coach's room and fled the hotel when they were confronted by THE COACH. The hotel staff's indifference and lackadaisical response was very concerning.

Jerry was very nice at check in. Was always greeted when walking in/out. Only question is about housekeeping…on multi night stays is there no housekeeping during the days? No one came to my room and checked towels or made bed. Was a little disappointed to come back after a long day and see the unmade bed.

One, there was no communication on the incidental charges. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was asking why a charge was put through on my card before I even checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable however I left 2 days early due to almost the entire floor being rented out to high school kids and the noise / large gatherings in the hallways at midnight were not being addressed. The front desk clerk apologized but calls to the parties' chaperones should have been made. There was nothing done to attempt to resolve the issue or adjust for the shortened stay. I ended up checking out of the property early and went to another hotel. This was my first and final stay at this Marriot property.

A quick Midweek trip to Tampa, the Hotel is right off the Highway so You do hear traffic all day/night. No big deal, the area around it is kinda ugly. Hotel front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful also the Breakfast lady was awesome. Room was good , neat and clean. I would recommend and stay again. We heard no noise in the hallways, always could get the elevator, and breakfast was good.

Staff was really great, hotel was very clean, bad choices for breakfast unfortunately. My daughter and I are lactose intolerant and only had the option of bread and meat, all the eggs had a various types of cheese.

We stayed there for 4 nights we were not informed that they only service the rooms after the third night. We only found out because we asked why our room was not serviced. The other issue is the free breakfast is only for two hours ends at 9 on weekdays and 930 weekends. Will not stay here again.

Great experience overall. Breakfast would be best until 10am, also at 9:15 there was nothing left and not replenished which makes no sense, we wanted to sleep to the last minute to wake up later and have no breakfast but cereal and bars and fruits.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. THAT FOOD WAS FAKE. THE EGGS GET CHOPPED UP TO LOOK LIKE SCRAMBLED EGGS. A PREMADE OMLER OUT A BOX, PAPER BACON, AND A HAM FAKE EGG AND CHESSE CROISSANT. THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASED TO SERVE SUCH TRASH. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST.
