Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about.

Stunning well being hotel with amazing staff. Quiet haven despite the hustle and bustle outside which you can’t hear em when inside. Staff are aching friendly and attentive, they could do nothing more for you. Very proactive.

All staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. Nothing was too much to ask for. From the moment we checked in, Marvella who greeted us, we were welcomed with Balinese fine hospitality and her service was exceptional. Food presentation 5star and delicious, especially fluffy pancakes of a morning! Cynthia and team brilliant at service. Our massages with Rusma & Devi memorable and great at their art. Meeting Dewa was very informative and a bonus! Terima Kasih Amala Staff & Management 🙏 Cheers Lavenia & Lucia

The service by the staff was excellent. They also offered a free drop-off only shuttle to nearby places. The condition of the villa was a bit dated. There were some paint chips and it could use some updating or renovations. The kitchens were also very tiny and didn’t have much facilities. Overall it was good, but for the high price, we were expecting something better
