Club Rooms are only moderate and are of questionable value. The private club pool area is similar and lacks any lux. More disturbing were all the young families with kids incessant screaming and disruptions. Added to that kids in nappies should not be in the club pool in my opinion Will not be returning

Each and every member of staff were so friendly and helpful.In particular Dinar our room attendant did an excellent job and Dinda at the Sunset Restaurant was very helpful. Rooms were spacious. Only negatives were that if you get a sun lounger there are clearly not even parasols to go around.We were told they were " being repaired" however surely such a large company could purchase more given the demand. Second negative is that at breakfast that the restaurant in terms of capacity (not staff or food )simply cannot cope.They operate a queuing system in which you have to wait outside andare given a number and obviously when your number is called you get a table.This has never happened at any other hotel we have been to.

Hotel internal building layout design not customer friendly. From one area to another need to going around so many corner, very easy to get lose. For example: Even I can see the beach near my room, need to go around entire complex to get there. Suggest to put more sign and trail which can help a lot.

When we checked in they sat us at a dirty table that had not been cleaned after previous guests. Bottles and glasses still on the table and floor. Our room was adjacent to the service elevator and guest elevator, twin beds instead of the king I had requested, and one bed very lopsided! I requested another room and they apologized and accommodated us quickly. The rest of our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool side bar, beach and best of all breakfast was amazing and service excellent! We also loved the cooking class at the restaurant! The food was so delicious! The property grounds are very beautiful and we loved strolling around enjoying the relaxing inspiration of nature!

The properly was beautiful and staff was friendly but there are 2 things which disappointed me. 1. Check in waiting time. I arrived at the hotel 3pm and waited more than 1 hour to check in which I never experienced with 5 starts hotel. I spoke to staff and manager but nothing was expedited and ended up waiting more than 1 hour. I saw many of customers were also frustrated with the slowness or check in. 2. Cleanliness in the room. I stayed at the first floor and I saw at least 3 bugs in my room. The worst experience I had was that I found a caterpillar warm under a pillow before going to bed. I never had such an experience with any 5 star hotels. The properly is beautiful but if they cannot manage the properly then that is a big issue..

Wir waren leider nur ein paar Stunden da, da wir trotz 3 mal Zimmertausch immer wieder feuchte Zimmer bekommen haben. Die Bettdecken und das Bett war komplett feucht, durch die fehlende Belüftung und durch die Feuchtigkeit der Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer haben auch alle sehr nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Die Anlage ist schön und direkt am tollen Meer. Wir mussten trotzdem auschecken und uns ein anderes Hotel suchen.

昔からある古いホテルなので、正直いうと、お部屋はそこまで綺麗ではなかったなというのが正直な感想です。お風呂場に黒い足跡がついていたり、歯磨きセットが入っている小さいボックスが開けづらかったり、歯磨きセットの包装が汚れていたり、細かいところが気になりました。ただ、サービスはピカイチです。滞在中、スパを利用しましたが、スパのサービスとマッサージが最高でした。バリ島で10件以上マッサージ店に行きましたが、ここのスパが技術もサービスも1番良かったです。プールエリアは広く、ビーチまで直接アクセスできる点が嬉しかったです。

抵達時給我們的第一間房間是充滿很重油漆味的房間，反應之後說要幫我們換房，經過一段時間的等待，第二間房間換到霉味很重的房間，又是一段時間的等待，一直到第三間才比較可以接受，過程中耗費了我們許多的時間，覺得五星級的飯店應該要有更好的住宿品質，怎麼會把有油漆味的房間排放給旅客入住，這點真的很需要改善其他部分員工很友善、早餐普通、網站上寫有中文服務，但是實際現場是沒有中文服務人員，App上的對話也是用翻譯回覆，關於這點應該標示清楚優點-地理位置很好，走出去周邊就有很多不錯的餐廳，叫車到金巴蘭吃海鮮也很方便

Beautiful hotel kept very clean and tidy at all times. Their biggest asset being their staff who were always warm and friendly and anxious to make sure we had a wonderful time. No request was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Only one criticism would be décor of room was a little dated and worn. Overall a great experience and we would love to return someday

広々とした部屋で、お風呂もトイレも綺麗です。ただ全体的に照明が暗めで、薄暗く感じました。エアコンからの水漏れもありました。朝食はメニュー豊かでパンを除き、味は美味しかったです。ホテル自体広く、プールも大きいのでここだけで1日ゆっくり過ごせました。エレベーターが少ないので、足の悪い妻にはちょっとしんどかったようですが。また温泉卓球ではないですが、ここで卓球ができたのはうれしかったです。スタッフの方も親切で英語が苦手な私達でも安心して宿泊できるホテルです。飛行場から近い場所にあるのもグッドです。

エアコンが効きすぎて、OFFにしたくてもならず、フロントに連絡して担当者に来てもらいました。窓が開いているとセンサーが働き、エアコンの操作ができないとのこと。やっとの思いでエアコンをOFFにしましたが、空調設備の関係で、また電源が入り寒いの繰り返しでした。スタッフに日本語を話せる人はいませんでしたが、キチンと対応されていて楽しく滞在できました。

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are large and beautiful. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the bathroom was really lovely. The staff were exceptional. The food and drinks were very high standard. We ate here 7 nights and tried all the restaurants. Plenty of sunbeds. The grounds are superb and the hotel location was beautiful. We loved sitting at the sunset bar in the evenings. The views are fantastic. I would love to return and would recommend this hotel. It is a big hotel but never seems busy anywhere. It was very peaceful.

My only complaint was that the hotel provided blow drier couldn’t be plugged into an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Nor would the outlet work at the desk/mirror or in the hallway at the mirror. The only electrical outlet that worked for the blow drier was the one beside the bed.

It has a beautiful lobby and amazing grounds and pool area's, and easy access to a lovely stretch of white sandy beach. The staff were friendly and attentive. As a couple we found the hotel felt a bit impersonal, but probably due to it's shear size. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated, and could do with an upgrade. I would recommend this resort to those that prefer a quieter and cleaner beach than Kuta or Seminyak area.

The place was very aged and they couldn’t really change our room so we had to walk so so far from the beach to get to our room. The place is really big and old and really needs refurbishing. The restaurant was good.

The property is very beautiful. Its right on the beach, with a beachside bar and grill, and the pool and other things overlook the water. its a great resort for a family or friends group with plenty of spaces to hang out, a great swim up bar, the beach bar, outdoor and indoor restaurants. the rooms are large and spacious and the resort feels complete with little need to even leave the hotel. The staff do need some upgrades though; it took us over an hour to check in, no information regarding the hotel was provided to us, no map, no guidance on how to move around this huge property. The staff seemed largely uninformed about restaurant and pool timings and we kept getting wrong information or no information, which was very annoying. we were there over NYE and even the "travel desk" lady had nothing to say, which is strange because she had a bunch of brochures on her desk. So i guess she was just unwilling to tell me anything. we found similar attitudes in the restaurant as well. Which is unfortunate, because it was a great hotel but the staff really brought it down.

The best staff I have seen in around 50 visits to Bali. The breakfast restaurant staff in particular were just amazing. They quickly learned what we liked and made sure it was available. Sliced mangoes, sushi, and a particular type of dim sim were placed on the table without our having requested them. Staff of this calibre are a direct reflection of management, so congratulations to everyone involved in this area of the hotel.

The property was beautiful. Ocean view restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet had so many choices. Room was in great condition. Couple other restaurants options in the resort. The resort was not located in tourism area, therefore was not very good looking area for walk around the resort. Just driving around the resort, didn’t see any nice restaurants or shopping places. So, we had to get taxi to go to other areas.

The resort property is beautiful and a traditional Balinese style. Jimbaran beach is simply amazing, quite clean , and super smooth sand all the way into the ocean which makes entry and swimming fantastic. Very good dining options and quality of food. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The location is quiet and less tourist crowded compared to Kuta, Sanur and Ubod areas. It’s safe to walk outside at night. The property itself feels you’re in the middle of the forest next to the beach. Sunsets were wonderful and stunning! Family friendly and costumer service was top notch!

Der Strand ist voller Müll, der vom Meer angespült wird. Eine echte Umwelt Katastrophe!! Baden im Meer oder liegen am Strand war nicht möglich. Das Hotel selbst ist toll, sehr gepflegt, sauber. Essen ist hervorragend. Strandurlaub, wie geplant aber leider nicht möglich.

Der Strand ist voller Plastik Müll. Dort ist soviel Müll am Strand, dass er mit großen Baggern auf Lastwagen zum Abtransport geladen wird. Täglich wird mehr Müll vom Meer angespült. Sehr traurig!! Das Hotel ist toll, das Personal freundlich, das Essen hervorragend. Aber ein Strandurlaub und Baden im Meer sind nicht möglich

Beautiful property! The amount of dining options was wonderful. Loved the location to the airport. The beach water is rough swimmers beware. Myself and my husband are pretty good swimmers and even we had some difficulty. I wouldn't allow my kids to swim in those waters. The room was beautifully appointed. We were given a beach facing room which was lovely. The amenities were nice. For Bali the price is pretty high considering but worth the pricetag due to location and amenities. The pools were beautiful and plentiful. They do not have enough chairs to lounge poolside or beach side. I noticed they would bring out beanbag like chairs to accommodate guests. It's a family resort so expect kids running around and occupying the pool bar. All in all I highly recommend this resort.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! Despite the very rainy weather, we had the best time in this beautiful hotel, with exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with lots of choice. We also had lunch/dinner in various restaurants within the hotel, which were all good quality and value for money. I would definitely stay again, hopefully when the weather was better!

The property itself is beautiful. It was very busy when we stayed there so most of the day beds were taken but we were able to pull some together. We loved watching the sunset and walking to get massages and kids hair braided. Good dining options and great to walk on the beach for a meal too. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Unfortunately I got sick the first night after eating a Greek salad but besides that we loved our stay. Room was excellent!! Perfect for families. Very memorable stay, thank you

We felt the food was poor. I had a Nasi Goreng in the Jimbaran Gardens on night at was terrible. The next morning we ate a La carte in the breakfast room. Eggs Benedict poor with soggy muffin and tiny slices of salmon. My wife had mushy pancakes. We then dined at Balique just down the road which was very good. We breakfasted at Bull Coffee in the other direction with delicious bagels and so so coffee. Brilliant fruit stall next door. We had a small ceiling leak in the dressing area. Not a big deal but surprising. Great room for size but some tarting up required.

Easy check in with courteous staff, welcome drink on arrival and escorted to our room promptly. Our garden view room was well appointed and very quiet. Dining options were varied and meals were well sized and delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive and eager to please - they made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed. The hotel is a beautiful place to spend time in Jimbaran Bay.
