The hotel is stunning in every way. All the public areas; lobby, restaurants, pool areas, pathways etc are so clean and beautifully maintained. The room itself was large and clean with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. The bathroom was spacious with a freestanding bath. The walk in shower was huge! Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly whilst being highly efficient at their jobs. For such a big hotel it never seemed to be over busy. There were rarely any queues to either be seated at breakfast or for any of the food stations. Similarly at the pools. We went to both the adult infinity pool and the main pool. Occasionslly there were no available loungers at the adult pool around lunchtime / early afternoon but we never had any problem finding chairs around the main pool. Food was excellent throughout the resort. Not the cheapest but excellent quality and well worth the price. Around the pools orders were taken from and brought to you at your loungers by numerous and highly attentive staff. The staff especially Overall a superb hotel and wonderfully relaxing experience.

This is an amazing resort! From check in to check out, it was awesome. The buffet breakfast provides incredible options- pretty much anything you could imagine over a number of cuisines. Through out the resort the incredible staff are excellent and accommodating. There are so many activities (yoga- wonderful, archery, table tennis, tennis), pools and eateries that you don’t even need to leave the premises. The Spa services are fantastic and the infinity pool is relaxing and over looks the sea. And the gardens are magnificent! There’s turtles, ducks, koi, squirrels and bird life throughout the property along with some beautiful sculptures and a temple. It’s also within walking distance of some great bars, eateries and shopping. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice property with well kept gardens. Has a good buffet breakfast set-up but it was hard to escape the constant noise and music. Adult pool was the saving grace for our stay and they actually enforced it, though again couldn't escape the piped music. Seriously, if people need to listen to music all the time, they should use their own personal devices and not subject the rest of us to it!

This hotel was amazing, the room was big, the bed was super soft and comfortable, the staff super helpful. 4 pools all beautifully maintained, pool bars were staffed well so not waiting long for drinks. Breakfast is huge with everything you could want or ask for, we ate dinner at the main restaurant that included the full moon ceremonial dance which was worth the money. Overall you definitely get what you pay for.

Stayed here few times and love the Padma would have to say the buffet breakfast is not as good as I recall with designated seating and extremely hot . And no real adult area so smokers and vapers even though there is one spot at the infinity pool to smoke you have to be sitting in the water at the swim up bar and one side only so extremely limited area . The area should be strictly for adults as there were a lot of kids everywhere despite it not being school holidays ????

Such a great family friendly resort. Padma exceeded our expectations on all front. The service is excellent and the facilities were amazing. The kids pool had 3 slides, there were 4 different adult pools with swim up bars. Resort is very clean and not overrun. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will return again. We stayed in a deluxe chalet which had enough room to fit a baby cot in and was very modern

Felt totally pampered from the moment we arrived. Staff very well trained and really take pride in their work. Breakfast was busy but it never felt like that affected the service or the excellent quality of food. Our deluxe bungalow had everything to accommodate us comfortably and was squeaky clean. The bedding was heavenly, we regularly slept for 9 hours!

The Padma is amazing. Huge hotel, not crowded despite being full, amazing food, service and beautiful rooms. Most importantly for me- pool is not crowded and they display their pool test results! No Bali belly for us as the pool is well looked after. Despite being 35 years old, you do not feel the age of this hotel. LOVE LOVE, cannot wait to go back.

We've stayed at the Padma in their beautiful garden club chalets four or five times, and every time, we've been impressed with the service and the staff. The gardens are fantastic, filled with frangipani trees and fish ponds stocked with koi (and some turtles). The sculptures in the gardens are also amazing.

loved our room very spacious, our patio with own private garden was awsome. the staff were amazing. Disliked the prices of all drinks, very expensive no matter what you drank. the cocktails came with no ice and even when asking for ice no matter how many times you didnt get it. The beers were not cold, the fridge in our room did not get beers cold either. Great place place if you have kids and great location, but I would not return here. Being on the bottom floor you hear everything coming from the top floor, so being woken up at at 5am on holiday every morning is not nice.

We would stay at the Padma in a heartbeat if we went back to Bali. My only complaint is the constant upselling to eat at their restaurants while walking around the resort and the interruption when relaxing by the pool to join in their happy hour when you just have to raise a flag if you want anything.

Always a favourite with Australian families. Lots of kids and breakfast is chaotic and no air conditioning. My favourite place with a group of friends was the Skai Pool (make a booking when you first arrive). The bungalows were lovely and cocktails & pool smoothies delicious. The only thing is there is no personalised service here, you are just another number.

Great resort in a perfect location with bars,shops and beach all within walking distance. All the staff are so friendly and attentive and go above and beyond to offer great service! This hotel has the best breakfast ever !The staff are so friendly and really will do anything for you to help .We booked a couple of trips through the hotel all arranged picked up dropped off amazing .You can walk to Beachwalk mall and other bars and resturants perfectly safe .The only thing we didn’t like was leaving the resort it’s paradise .We will be back.

I've been to Bali many times, but this is one of my favorite hotels. The hospitality was excellent and they responded to our requests with a smile. It's one of the hotels I'd like to stay at again with my family. Breakfast was a buffet, but there was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious. It was also ideal because you could access the ocean directly from the main pool. This is a hotel I would recommend. I'd like to stay at again with my family.

I’ve stayed here 6 times. It’s always been really good. Try and get to breakfast before 9am otherwise you’ll need to queue. Staff are always friendly. I’ll be back again later in the year.

Large resort close to everything. You can go out into the hustle and bustle or stay in the resort and relax. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Kids pools and adult pools. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend for families.

The property is just amazing, pools and restaurants, the staff is just amazing, very friendly and helpful, fast service everyware, the themed buffet in the main restaurant is a nice idea, Italian, or Bali or Japnese night, may choices for food. all the waiters and staff, room cleaning are just amazing.i would give 6 starts if possible
