Internet was really bad, room was nice down the back in bungalow a long walk to pool and restaurant . Breakfast was the usual buffet, 2 pools couldn’t get a chair by mid morning at either, ppl leaving towels on chairs all day and leaving area, staff never policed it. In a good location. Not worth the money. Tv never worked. Stayed 11 nights Would’nt go back.

Beautiful settings and on the edge of the ocean. Easy to access many bars and restaurants. Hotel has great facilities and well tendered gardens. We really enjoyed the adults only pool and the cocktail bar.

Great for families. Not a lot of food options inside the hotel but a lot just outside. Staff were amazing. We did not get exactly the same room that was on the Expedia website for the family room when we booke. The hotel said it was Expedia fault. Great slide in the pool for the kids and a great little pool for the younger ones. A bit more expensive not sure we would stay again as plenty more affordable options.

Great location. Walking distance to garlic lane and plenty of stalls and shopping, beach front, lots of great dining options, trustworthy money changer across the road. Bungalows are great. The beds are very comfortable. Fantastic adults only pool with swim up bar. Full buffet breakfast included.

I would strongly advise a non garden room over the garden rooms even though they are cheaper. The building is newer and nicer. The fitness centre was terrible, running machines rusty and unsafe to use. I was scared to use them. Staff and ground were five star.

When we checked in there was feces on our toilet seat, the floor had sand and dirt and the sheets were wet. No apology and I had to be persistent to get a new room. Not the thing you want at 2am after 36 hours travelling. Issue was reported to the manager and not once in our stay did we get a sorry or hear anything at all. Not acceptable!

Staff are all amazing, friendly and so helpful. Our pool Villa was cleaned immaculately each day. The best laundry service we have ever had. Dining within Hotel was brilliant. It is our 3 rd year in a row. We will be returning next year.

Looks & feels Balinese. Great location right on the beach. Rooms are always very clean & comfortable and gardens are delightful. Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Both pools are always well maintained and plenty of shade.

There were bed bugs in the bed. When we provided evidence to the reception staff they didn't seem to know what to do about it. At our insistence the bed and bedding was replaced. When the bed was pulled away from the walk it was evident from the dust and dirt that no deep cleaning of the rooms is happening. The air conditioning unit rattled badly - which we rectified by packing the bottom edges with cardboard.

The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The pool areas were so beautiful and very relaxing. The location was absolutely perfect and beach right on your doorstep. The food in the hotel was lovely and so affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not really worth the price you pay. A/c didn’t work well, had a bung tile in the shower covered in mould, fair bit of mould around the place in the wet areas. Exhaust fan didn’t suck out the moisture. The staff were really nice , buffet was really good. You could just get a lot better for what you pay for in the area. Had a few friends staying in the area for substantially cheaper and the rooms were much better.

As returning guests to the Legian Beach Hotel multiple previous times and emailing a request to advise of a significant birthday, we were very dissapointed with the first room given, which was the furtherest room away from anywhere, up stairs and ramps through corridors, no balcony and only a small window. We requested a change and was given room alot smaller than any room weve previously had, a covered balcony with vine so no view of anything. We unpacked our bags. Every evening the music played until late and to make matters worse at approx 3am every morning a rooster crowed continously. Surely management are aware of this. A very disappointing and very unpleasant stay. This has changed our view of the Legian Beach Hotel.

Legian Beach Hotel is in a good location and not far from restaurants and opposite the beach. The main pool is lovely and deep. We looked at the adult pool but didn't get the chance to swim in it. The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refurb especially in the family rooms. The family rooms are located towards the front of the property and quite a distance from the main pool. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was great and provided a lot of options.

Property is central to all the action in Legian. Easy to beach, shopping and dining. Property is a little older with gardens needing a bit more TLC, but it's clean and easy. Our room was upgraded (new paint and furniture). The Noise from the main road was excessive on most nights. Scooters and motorcycles. Ear plugs are highly recommended. The noise in the resort is minimal, it's just the road noise from outside.

I have stayed here before and this was my 5th and last hotel for my month stay in Bali. The check in was a bit disappointing due to having to make to bookings as I extended my stay. This was done over 2 months in advance. I was asked to check out and wait 3 hours to check back in. I offered to pay extra but they said no. Besides that the staff were amazing and I had a pleasant stay as a sole female traveller. I will definitely return.

The room they put us in originally had dirty sheets that were damp and ripped. The room also smelled weird. However, when I explained, they upgraded me to a better room. Not worth the money at all. The breakfast is nice and the grounds are pretty, but you have to pay for the most expensive room for the stay to be nice.

Our stay was good but marred by the fact that I was advised )by letter) our late checkout was complimentary. However I was charged half of room rate for a 6pm checkout. On providing letter I was told it was a mistake and I would not receive a refund. Thoroughly disappointed and totally wrong. Will not go back to this hotel.

The resort and staff were excellent. Nothing was an issue, if we asked for anything they obliged. Even gave us late checkout for free, didn't have to leave till 7pm as our flight was 11.30pm. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many different dishes. Will stay here again.

Upgraded from garden view room to a villa, was not satisfied with the state of villa and being on the ground floor so requested my original room. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant reception was rude when trying to book benihana dinner, decided to eat nearby instead. Location is good but rennovation is a must, many newer hotels near by at similar rates

Wow, what an amazing experience staying at the Legian. Highly recommend that you stay here, nothing is too much trouble for the staff & management. We went with friends to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, management arranged things like flowers & cake. Highly recommend that you stay here, we will certainly stay here again. Appalling stay there. Front reception staff so rude. Months prior requested 3 rooms on same level only to have one in shocking room. On day of check out, painters were in our room before we had left when we came back from breakfast. I had a bad electrical zap from the main PowerPoint - staff did not care nor see the urgency. Buffet breakfast constantly running out of food, staff unwilling to help. Poolside cocktails in adult bar disgusting, literally like petrol. Will never stay there again and have warned so many people of this accom on the travel pages. Staff were made aware of the issues immediately and a pathetic sorry is all that was said. I had to have 2 days off work unpin return due to pain in arm from the shock

We had this beautiful little villa surrounded by lovely gardens and squirrels. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The location is on the beach in Legian. This is truly one of the better places we have stayed with beautiful tradition grounds. While you’re inside the hotel area, it is peaceful and quiet.

We loved our stay at Legian Beach Hotel. The buffet breakfast was incredible, and the pools so beautiful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, spas and sightseeing. The pools are close to the road but you hear absolutely no street noise. Perfection. This was my 3rd stay and I hope to be back for a 4th!

Great Location, Staff and Rooms. Very Clean Drinks were expensive, and they removed the happy hours from the pool and bars 2 days after we got there. Alot of people ended up going outside the resort to have a drink as it didn't fit into their budget. They only had left happy hour to the restaurant to get people to eat there.

This hotel is excellent in most respects, staff are exceptional, cleanliness is great, a few minor problems. Most food in warming trays is cold, seems hard to get boiling water for tea. Food served poolside is usually cold. My favourite band has been limited to three or four nights.

My boyfriend and I had an anniversary during our stay and the hotel so kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony and view into the garden! This was such a nice touch and we were so happy with the room. The staff was always pleasant, helpful and friendly! Additionally, the breakfast was very tasty and reliable each day! The pricing of drinks and food at the hotel was the one downfall, as many other bars and restaurants in the area were much cheaper! Thanks for a lovely stay- will be returning
