We stayed in the annex building. Sink was completely clogged in the bathroom. My husband had to unclog it with a butter knife. On the windows were live flies with wings. Husband also had to kill them and clean up. Cups were dirty and coffee cups had coffee rings on them. DO NOT go the lounge. It was absolutely disgusting with fruit flies everywhere. The "bartender" was a server from the restaurant and made me a drink from where the flies were coming from. I had ordered a Cesear, and the flies came off the Worcestershire lid and lemons that she PUT IN MY DRINK!! She asked if we wanted to move down the bar 2 seats until the flies " CALMED DOWN"!!!! She walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and gave us the bill. We paid and left. We didn't want to cause a scene. When I checked out the lady at the counter was annoyed. Asked me what room I was in and took the keys. Said if I wanted a receipt (which I didn't even ask for) told me to contact my booking agent.... I have stayed here once before and was not as disappointed as I was this go. It's a shame.

The Hotel might be a bit dated it it is fairly well maintained a affordable. Bedrooms and living room are sizeable with ample closet space. Some of the bathroom has been refitted and is well lit. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and an Infrared 4 burner stove. Full set of dishes for four and a dineette and 3 chairs but I am sure one can request a 4th chair when needed. Living room can entertain 4, seating 3 one hidebed the fourth on a arm chair with Ottoman. I forget what bedding is on the hidebed but I believe it could sleep 2. Both rooms have cable TV screens but I would have liked screen casting ability. Also both rooms had air conditioning. The in-house restaurant is very handy for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can be ordered for room service. The lounge offered alcoholic beverages and has 5 gambling machines for your entertainment. Free open parking is attached to the property. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the loony looks great and the common area are clean and looked after. I hadn't have a peek but there is also a banquet hall for special events. Overall you get a very good value for your money

Would not recommend staying here. We had to switch rooms because our carpet was so dirty and there was hair in our bed. The furniture in the room was sooo dirty. When I called down, they got a cleaning staff to come and inspect the room. We checked in at night and Letting a stranger into the room made me feel uncomfortable. He agreed it wasn’t clean and we switched rooms. The next room was a tiny bit cleaner. Still found hair on the bed but Atleast the carpet was a bit cleaner and the furniture didn’t look as bad. The annex building also smelled and the carpet in the hallway was dirty. Was not worth the money.

Well after a 3 day stay we found coach roaches in by our room and were moved to another room and was given a whole $26 dollars off. Will not ever stay there again and will for sure be telling friends about the coach roach issue! We were also told this has been an issue for a year now.

The hotel was unfortunately disgusting. The bed sheets where stained when we got into our ro. Turns out it wasn't even cleaned when the last person checked put so they had to change our bedding. The toilet bowl was disgusting and do get me started on the carpet. Absolutely do not recommend

Room was decent and clean. Parking situation was good. Only complaint is the staff. When checking in the lady seemed very rushed to get me to pay, I was trying to fill out the forms necessary for the stay while she kept pushing the machine to me in order to pay. It timed out because I wanted to get the paperwork done first and she seemed rather annoyed. Then when I was checking out, once again the staff member helping me seemed rather rude and annoyed, even going as far as rolling her eyes when I asked for a receipt. Hotel itself was good for the price, but staff not so good.

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was really nice and easy .loved the fact that there was room service. The second day we tried room service only to find out you have to pay extra for it. Would have been nice to know this upon check in. The phone in the room did not work,so we had to use our cell phones to call the front desk. The tv did not work….had a guy come to fix it and he said yeah there’s a few problems with the tvs. Just unplug it to re set tv and it should work for a while..I also told him about phone in room being broken. His reply was yeah they knew about it ..did not offer to replace it . The bed in room definitely needs to be replaced.The Mattress had a big sag in the middle. When we checked out the person at front desk asked how the stay was. I told her about the phone and tv. She said you should have called we would have fixed them. I said I did and nothing was done to fix . She just rolled her eyes saying nothing further about it. So I assume this is an ongoing problem with maintenance on the rooms .

The staff was very accomodating for the family emergency I was experiencing. They upgraded my room because I needed 2 beds and accidentally booked 1. No problems at all. They let keep my daughter's vehicle on site while she was in the hospital. Its little things like this that make a huge difference. They Ladies at the front desk were amazing and so kind. Thank you

Check in was kind of painful. I was standing in line to check in was told it would take a few minutes and to have a seat on the couch so I did. Got ignored had to re line up. What I’m guessing was the manager eventually called me to the desk ask how she could help. I said I needed to check in and she found my reservation paper than told me I had to wait AGAIN for the one desk clerk and the “manager” walked away. Took me nearly 30 minutes from the time I arrived just to get checked in. Was told the front doors LOCK at 5pm and you need to have you room key to get back into the hotel. Wasn’t told why they lock them especially so early. Rooms are outdated. My room was clean however the bathroom vanity had little chips in the counter top. The door in the bathroom looked like the paint has been scratched off or not completely painted all the way. Couldn’t control the heater/ac in my room and it ran ALL NIGHT. Not sure if it was just the air in the room from the heater/ac running all night (was on when I arrived too) or what but my throat kept becoming super dry in the night.

There was a lot of confusion with our booking and the type of room we were advised to book, and the front desk staff was not very helpful with sorting that out. Once we arrived from our outing there was a “guest” which was lingering in the lobby. The front desk agent advised us that she didn’t know if the guest was even staying there and thought maybe they were just warming up. We felt unsafe as this person would have access to all floors and didn’t seem to be staying. The elevator did not require you to use your key card to go up the floors, the doors on the rooms also didn’t have the extra lock to lock yourself inside. Only the dead bolt (which any staff can open). This did not make us feel very secure in our room. Was an ok stay for what we needed in town, but probably wouldn’t stay again or alone.

Okay stay, was convenient to hospital. Our room had super wrinkled carpet a bit of a tripping hazard, needs to be restretched. Toilet didnt flush properly but they came and fixed it quickly. Small tvs, could use a refresh. Ate at restaurant, food was mediocre but servicd was great.
