Older motel was very clean. At first we did notice an odour in our room but didn’t notice after a bit. We were on second floor and had luggage that was heavy and there was no elevator which made the stair climb difficult on arrival and departure It was nice though to sit outside our room at patio table with umbrella Also our bill was not correct Glad I had printed receipt. It was corrected

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite recently for a weekend. The suite was clean, and really spacious, it’s basically an apartment. We enjoyed the private balcony. It’s the only room in the whole hotel that has its own balcony. We noticed in the kitchen that baking sheets are not provided, so we had nothing in the kitchen to cook appies in the oven on. We had to go across the road to the grocery store and grab disposable tin baking sheets. Our main issue was parking. Each hotel room is allowed only one parking spot. Considering we booked the largest suite that slept 6 people, it seems ridiculous that our suite still only allowed for 1 vehicle. Unfortunately our party arrived in two vehicles and after talking to the man at the front desk a couple times, he still refused to give us an extra parking pass for our 2nd vehicle, and told us we can find somewhere to park on the road. We were not comfortable parking our truck on the road, so we ended up just keeping our 2nd vehicle in the parking lot at the hotel, despite not having a 2nd parking pass. I believe the hotel was sold out, but at midnight I counted 19 free stalls in the parking lot, so didn’t think it would be an issue to leave it parked there. I understand only allowing one vehicle per room because of of how many stalls are only available in the parking lots, but maybe some future consideration could be granted to allow for room #200 to have 2 parking spots if needed. Other than the parking issue, everything else was good.

Great facility. Clean and we had a good rest. I like the pool outside. Just continue to warn people / guest in the pool to be cautious when bringing drinks especially if it's with glass.

Nice clean rooms. Wonderful swimming pools, and hot tub. A lovely bbq area for dining in options. Nice clean laundry facilities available to guests. Beds are very comfortable. Close to everything you may need. Just a short walk to a lovely beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug store, and a variety of dining out options. We very much enjoyed our stay at Siesta Suites! If I may make a small suggestion, some grab bars inside the shower/tub area in the room would be helpful and appreciated. We have stayed before, and will stay at Siesta Suites again!!!!

This hotel is definitely a great deal. Giant rooms, tv, fridge, stove and microwave. The pool was a great size and the hot tub was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in town

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Everything was very clean, and restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. A big bonus is having both indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, which is quite rare. The sauna and gym were also great. Our expectations were low at first, but the experience turned out to be the opposite – everything exceeded them.

This was our second time staying here. We stayed for 8 days and again enjoyed our stay. The property and rooms are clean, the pool and hot tubs are amazing and great place to relax at the end of the day. Gyro beach is within walking distance with lots of restaurants and even a couple grocery stores right across the street.

Second time staying here. It's a great location and a good property for the price. It's just too bad their amenities aren't open earlier in the morning.

Very clean friendly staff and excellent location

Very clean and well maintained

Easy access to shopping etc., but cleaning staff of rooms is off one day it would be decent the next horrible, one day all they did was bring clean towels and make the bed did not clean the bathroom or clean the floors.

We have stayed at this hotel previously and was acceptable to go back ! This time the experience was different! The 1st room they gave me keys for smelled very musty! I would not have stayed in that room! It smelled wet and musty! Ugh 😩 The staircase going up definitely needs repair ! They indicated the only room they could offer me was if course an upgrade by 30+ plus taxes ! It was much better however my price was almost 200 now ( 196.00 ) and for 200 I could have had a much nicer hotel in the area ! Not sure I would go back! Not the best experience for sure!

This place is a solid 2-3 stars. It is clean enough, but smelled very very musty. It was also very noisy. Sound proofing between rooms was non-existentent. It is good for a quick stay.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean, however the rooms are stuffy, with an odor, and lack airflow, bathroom fans didnt work in removing humidity. First room smelled of smoke, the front desk provided us with a new room. We were very grateful for that. As the second room did not have a smoke odour

Room was smelling not good at all

We booked the family suite and had large space in addition to a private bedroom. Staff was friendly. Right across the street from coffee and grocery stores! Worked very well for our group!

The road noise in my room was really bad. My room had two doors so the noise came through both and was extra loud. The breakfast was not very good. The bed was comfortable though!

The room was super clean, very spacious, tons of storage for an extended stay! I would definitely stay again. Two things that would greatly improve on the stay, a large sectional in the living room and change the bathroom fan to a whisper fan.

Nice area of town and close to amenities. Room could use updating with the carpet.

Rooms were clean and well appointed however the pool was just in front of them and the noise was really bothering almost all day long.

Our room was very large and well equipped. We have stayed here many times and are always happy with the hotel.

My only complaint would be the beds! The mattresses were a little firm but also bouncy and the pillows were very uncomfortable as well.

I got a one-bedroom suite. The A/C was in the main area but not in the room. If the room door is closed, then the room gets really hot.

This stay was in advance of a friend doing his post-surgical recovery from Kelowna Hospital (so that I was in town for the morning for his release). The check-in went very smoothly. No pets allowed at this property.... The property has no food options, which is strange because it is a BC Medical post-surgical recovery motel. The room, was a floor level corner unit with large window in front of room (as each room opens into outside courtyard/parking) along with a tiny window high up in the back. The room was okay in size, table with two chair was tiny only suitable for one and not useful for doing any work from. TV was a small 32 inch, with the savor being that the cable network was Shaw with access to free movie channels (not new releases, but instead new to TV releases). Wifi was easy to access with the lobby's provided password. The internet speed was very, very slow (about 2-10 mbps), but it did not drop and did allow us to use our mobile Roku stick, which the TV accepted (mind you, the TV is an older model and did not support powered USB jack—but always travel with USB AC and cable just in case). Bed comfort was ok, average. Noise from adjoining is okay as long as no one moves around. The bathroom is so tiny that you can barely close the door. There is an electric baseboard heater with dirty splatter under the sink (how can that be safe?). The water pressure is okay, and the hot water is okay. Half-size paper cups, no cup in the bathroom.

Good property to stay in Kelowna, there was lots of shops for groceries and such within walking distance and also a short walk to the lake. The property itself seemed older but seemed maintained, we had the two bedroom suite and it was modern and clean. Only downside is the traffic is loud as it is on a major road (not the hotels faults obviously). Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was excellent, for medical reasons I needed a ground floor room and even as busy as they were were able to accommodate me.

Constant loud humming, window above kitchen, heater under curtains blows curtains up in the air? microwave shining bright light into room non stop. Rude checkout staff

The staff were awesome, had a late request and they were able to accommodate us.

It was great stay and Mr Mitesh was very helpful receptionist!!

The desk clerk at checkin was curt and less than helpful. She was not happy that we had used Expedia to book, instead of booking directly with the Hotel. Fortunately the interaction was short lived.

Staff was very good and were able to set me up with the room I wanted.

The property was fine, in fact quite nice The problem was the staff/service when I called regarding neighbours noise/loud music/profanities. I called 5x to complain, these guests were sitting on patio outside my window. They were loud & drinking til 0230am. The staff did nothing. These guests should not be allowed to gather outside in chairs outside our doors! I paid $400 for no sleep! The did not even apologize when I checked out. Just excuses

Short distance walk to the lake. Lots of food options available. Nice area, will stay there again.

A great spot to stay . Easy to get around Kelowna. Easy access to get to area we wanted to visit surrounding Kelowna Great to have a kitchenette and good value for a stay in Kelowna. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel with everything so handy for us to walk to. Medical appointment was near and within a 5 min walk.

If you’re looking for lots of amenities, this is not the place. But if you want a clean, well equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals, clean and quiet, this is it.

Très bien situé. Belles piscines, spas et BBQ disponibles. Tout près d’épiceries, pharmacies, restaurants et autres. On peut se rendre à la plage à pied. Chambre tranquille, nous étions au 2e. Lits confortables. Pourrait par contre avoir plus d’ustensiles/plaques et instruments de cuisine.

Very good location. Our room had a very well equipped kitchenette including dish rags and soap for dishes.

Nice, newly renovated rooms. Enjoyed our stay here but thought their note to charge a minimum of $15 if you didn't wash your dishes was a little much. We only used a glass and coffee cup and you can bet I washed them! Never seen that before in a hotel and think that would not be very sanitary (as opposed to a dishwasher that uses very high temps).

Weather was incredible, the people and biking was superb. Walking distance to the beach and so many grocery stores, restaurants and more. Will definitely be back. Bbqs on site. Very clean.

Close to lake, shopping, hospital. Parking available. Kitchenette was great. Clean with the basics for cooking

There are flatware, tableware, pans, frying pan, even the wineglass in the room. It’s very convenient. There were also dish soap, sponge and drainer basket.
