The air conditioner was so terrible when the outside temperature is becoming low with raining going on, the a/c changed automatically to Warm room mode that the room temperature rose up to 30 “c. You cannot change to cool mode anymore. No way but you cannot only open the window even outside is heavily raining with strong wind.

The room and the whole hotel was really clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! We really enjoyed our stay for two whole weeks. When we return, this is the hotel we will choose again.
