The room was nice, with good air conditioner and a good shower and bed. The hotel doesn't have parking place, so it's not recommended if you come by car. We found a parking place, asked the staff at the reception if we can park there and they said that it's ok, and after a few hours we found a parking ticket on the window. Very disappointing.

Habe die Unterkunft vor über einem Jahr gebucht. Queen-Bett. Bei Ankunft nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches gebucht war. Zimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Per Telefon mit einem Herrn gesprochen. Wollte uns ein "kostenloses Upgrade" andrehen, welches daraus bestand, ein Zimmer mit einem kleinerem Bett zu bekommen. Mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen. Nur nach längeren Diskussionen konnten wir als Entschuldigung ein Abendessen für zwei Personen auf Kosten des Hauses erhalten. Wir waren für vier Nächte im Haus. Zimmer wurde leider nicht einmal gereinigt. Nur auf Nachfrage haben wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier bekommen. Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön und auch die Dachterrasse ist super eingerichtet, aber mit Gästereklamationen sollte man anders umgehen. P.S. Die Angestellten des Restaurants waren alle super freundlich und das Essen war mega lecker.

Die Küche war nicht optimal ausgestattet. Gemüsemesser und Brotmesser fehlten. Trotz Anfrage, die Fernsehprogramme richtig einzustellen und nach einer Auflage für die Matratze wurde dies nicht weiter verfolgt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sehr sauber man hat sich wohlgefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder! 😊 Das einzige was verbessert werden müsste habe über Expedia gebucht und am Wochenende ist niemand an der Rezeption es gibt ein Schlüsselautomat wozu ein Code benötigt wird. Mir aber leider keiner zugeschickt wurde, die Servicemitarbeiter am Telefon waren sehr nett und haben mir den Code durch gesagt. Das müsste man verbessern das alles einfach abläuft.

Perfect little apartment for what we needed. Excellent food choices near by. Right next to a bus stop was a plus. However, one of the night staff members (Karam) offered to make us food one evening after our return from downtown (where we ended up staying late due to demonstrations over the war) instead of making food he poured us a beer then began groping my wife. We immediately left on a bus and stayed away until the shift change. Completely unacceptable and disgusting

Super gelgendes und vor allem günstiges Apartment. Gerade für Stadionbesuche wirklich super empfehlenswert. Auch mit den öffentlichen super zu erreichen die Stationen sind 50m entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert
