Stayed 4 nights

We had a lovely stay at Domus Veneto Rome and felt so well looked after throughout. Our room was perfect, cleaned daily, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were so soft and comfortable and we slept really well, probably helped by all the walking! 😂 It was lovely to have a comfortable room to return to after a busy day. Communication was excellent. We were sent helpful WhatsApp videos showing us how to check ourselves in if nobody was available on arrival, which made everything really easy. We also felt secure, with keypad entry to the building, another keypad for the guest house and a physical key for our room. This gave us great peace of mind. The hotel also pre-booked our taxi back to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Just be aware that getting taxis directly from the hotel can be tricky. Uber cancelled on us several times, so we found it easier to walk to a nearby taxi rank. If using a taxi, make sure the meter is switched on and don’t accept a driver simply quoting you a price, as this can result in paying considerably more than the metered fare. The location is good, with lots of restaurants nearby, although it is a little further from the centre than we expected. Allow around 30 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain, and be prepared for an uphill walk back! These things didn’t take away from our experience at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Domus Veneto. We’d happily stay again if we return to Rome❤️

Stayed 4 nights

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Domus Veneto and would absolutely return. The building is located in a beautiful, aristocratic area of Rome, surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, bars, and even a shopping mall nearby. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk to Villa Borghese, and about 17–20 minutes on foot to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The property itself is very convenient, with an elevator that takes you up to the 4th floor and a secure place to store your luggage, which made everything much easier. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment after long days exploring the city. A special mention goes to Maurizio, who is a truly kind and welcoming host. He provided us with incredibly helpful recommendations about Rome and the surrounding area, which made our trip even better. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended. We will definitely choose Domus Veneto again on our next trip to Rome!

The property and Manager were excellent and exceeded our expectations. Our room was perfect and they went out of their way to make our stay in Rome very special. The location was really good with many restaurants and cafes nearby and attractions nearby. Our 4th floor room had very high ceilings and great a/c and the view was nice also. The bathroom was modern and everything went well. Marble steps up and or an elevator was also good. Thanks very much!!
