Myself and my girlfriend loved our week at the resort. Very peaceful, lovely grounds which are well maintained and a selection of swimming pools. Staff very friendly and also provided a low cost taxi service.

Great selection and quality of food. the most helpful and pleasant stuff. fantastic pools. lovely rooms. free shuttle service to and from the main centre of Marrakech too which was great. lots of options for activities to be organised via the hotel as well which was good. the spa is awesome, would thoroughly recommend.

I stayed at L'Oliveraie de l'Atlas at the beginning of February and had a lovely, peaceful experience. This quiet hotel, located just outside Marrakesh, is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with several swimming pools. The water was a bit too cold for me at this time of year, but other guests were still enjoying a swim. The hotel is designed in the style of a traditional Moroccan riad, with large, clean, and comfortable rooms. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for calm, relaxation, and a break from the busy city. There’s a free shuttle service to Marrakesh, which is very convenient, and taxis were also reasonably priced — around 130 MAD one way to the Medina. The hotel also offers a nice choice of Moroccan wines and beers. As it was February, evenings were quite chilly, but the staff made it cosy with a fire in the fireplace and heating in the rooms, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat close to Marrakesh.

Un oasis de tranquillité à 30min du capharnaüm qu’est Marrakech! Un jardin exceptionnel avec oliviers, orangers, roses de toutes sortes et plusieurs arbustes à fleurs que je ne connaissais pas. Le cadre pour un souper au bord de la piscine est idéal. Les cours intérieures des Riad sont superbes. L’endroit est propre, mais comme nous étions hors saison, 2 des piscines n’étaient pas entretenues. Il faut aussi garder en tête qu’il est ouvert à la nature.

All the staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel was like a sancturary. Nooks and places to read a book or lay outside by the pool. The 3 pools are clean. The ambience is peaceful and the surroundings beautiful. Easy free transport to marakesh ment we could pop out for rhe hussle and bustle of the city but return for peace and tranquility. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and good quality. Id definately reccomemd this hotel if you are looking for peace ans quiet and time for reflection.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious in the middle of an olive plantation. It has two pools with breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly and front desk spoke English and Spanish. It is putside the city but for us was definitely worthwhile to relax, they offer a hammam experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a fridge. Unfortunately the swimming pool was very cold so did not use it. The dining room was dark and gloomy.

The hotel is old and musty. There was no hot water in my room for the full stay. One morning the staff was about 30 mins late in arriving to serve breakfast. The grounds are nice. However the place is old and the sofas, cushions, etc seem and feels dirty and old. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I left a day early despite it already being paid for.

L’endroit est joli, les suites spacieuses cependant le mobilier un peu abimé (toilettes qui bougent) et pas super propre si on regarde dans les détails (toiles d’araignées dans le salon sur le meuble tele etc ) Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très agréables Néanmoins Je suis tombée malade pendant le séjour suite à un dîner à l’hôtel , à priori c’était une intoxication alimentaire et en discutant avec d’autres clients, il semble que je n’ai pas été la seule. Ça m’a gâché une partie de mes vacances malheureusement.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . However very Good quality food at lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Quality of towels and linen poor, thin torn and grey . Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

Lovely hotel spread out on a large plot but with a relatively low number if guests. The vibe of the hotel was friendly, personable and fairly luxurious, but very quiet, so avoid if you want to be noisy as this would not go down well at all. The main pool area was superb, with crystal clear water. We were only staying one night after spending time in the old city, and opted for the all inclusive package. The standard of food and drink was very good with lunch a particular highlight. The smoked salmon starter followed by the beef tagine with caramelised onions were superb. Ive dropped from a 5 to a 4 rating purely because there were 3 cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. The suite we were in and the entire riad were spotlessly clean (and huge), so perhaps the remote/farmland environment means this cannot be avoided?

Lovely kind staff. Property was very clean and quiet. Only issue is this you need to factor in taxi costs to get in and out of the city. The hotel only use one firm to call taxis and many of the taxis that came did not have seatbelts which was problematic.

Au top . Des années que je viens à l’oliveraie, lieu hyper reposant, personnel au top (tous) . Transport 2 fois par jour pour le centre de Marrakech (avec retour). Chambre très spacieuse très bonne literie, très grande salle de bain, 2 grandes piscine +1. Petit dej très copieux. 1ere fois que je prenais la 1/2 pension, très bonne carte et très bon. Au top . Des années que je viens à l’oliveraie, lieu hyper reposant, personnel au top (tous) . Transport 2 fois par jour pour le centre de Marrakech (avec retour). I stayed at L'Oliveraie de l'Atlas at the beginning of February and had a lovely, peaceful experience. This quiet hotel, located just outside Marrakesh, is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with several swimming pools. The water was a bit too cold for me at this time of year, but other guests were still enjoying a swim. The hotel is designed in the style of a traditional Moroccan riad, with large, clean, and comfortable rooms. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for calm, relaxation, and a break from the busy city. There’s a free shuttle service to Marrakesh, which is very convenient, and taxis were also reasonably priced — around 130 MAD one way to the Medina. The hotel also offers a nice choice of Moroccan wines and beers. As it was February, evenings were quite chilly, but the staff made it cosy with a fire in the fireplace and heating in the rooms, which I really appreciated. BEWARE! Their security guard attempted to stop us from checking in with the front desk staff (he wanted to do it all himself for a small fee). After I insisted on checking in at the front desk, the security guard then followed us to our room and attempted to enter!!! The next day, I found three deep scratches on the passenger side of my rental car. I wonder how that happened???? This location is very remote and my family felt very unsafe here. Beware!!!!

The room was tidy and operable, though there was a dead moth in the closet. We didn’t mind so much. The bed itself was comfortable for us. WiFi reception in our room was not good but was great in the common spaces. The outdoor sections were pretty. We drink a lot of water, though, and were in Marrakesh to attend special events so would get back late. It was extremely difficult to get water at night as the desk staff weren’t always at the front desk to assist us in buying water. The mobile number was not very responsive late at night although the listing for the hotel described a 24/7 front desk. Taxis take 30 minutes to arrive to the hotel, just because it’s further away. The taxis charge guests tourist prices, just so you’re aware. If you just want to relax by a pool and get away from the hustle and bustle, this place is great.

Lovely kind staff. Property was very clean and quiet. Only issue is this you need to factor in taxi costs to get in and out of the city. The hotel only use one firm to call taxis and many of the taxis that came did not have seatbelts which was problematic.

We stayed for 3 nights, we took the all inclusive option and mostly stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed the tranquility and the food options were fine but would be have been limited had we stayed longer. The service was good but for lunch the waiting time was a bit long due to being understaffed, during diner food came way too quickly. Overall we had a great stay at a clean and beautiful place with easy access to the city if needed.

Our stay has been absolutely amazing! We were well-looked after by the staff throughout our stay! Although it was a 30-minute drive from the Medina, it was still worth the stay as it provides the peace and quiet that we need after hours of exploring the old town and the desert. The Riads were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing as it’s surrounded by well-maintained garden of olives and orange trees. The rooms were spacious and the pools were very clean. It felt like a home away from home! The taxi drivers arranged by the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Every single hotel staff we met were also very hospitable! They were very responsive on the expedia app especially when we had to change the time for our taxi pick-up. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back if I were to return to Marrakech. Thank you for accommodating our family of 5 on our 3-night stay!

It’s an amazingly beautiful property, BUT the service was terrible. The shower had no water pressure so it was impossible to take a shower. After complaining they did something and got better for a bit and then water pressure became non existent after 5 mins. Asked for some tea and took them an hour. At the checkout they try to charge more than what I was owed! Such a shame that they have a such a beautiful property and they can’t take care of the guests with basic needs.

Ligt in een oase van groen en rust, heeft een eigen Spa en het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar het hotel ligt zeer afgelegen waardoor je enkel met een taxi naar het centrum of ergens anders naartoe kan, wat de kosten doet oplopen. Het hotel heeft een gratis shuttle service maar die gaat maar tussen bepaalde uren naar het centrum en terug. Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar dat is natuurlijk een optie. In het algemeen was het een heel aangenaam verblijf in een charme hotel met heel veel rust.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . However very Good quality food at lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Quality of towels and linen poor, thin torn and grey . Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

Lovely hotel spread out on a large plot but with a relatively low number if guests. The vibe of the hotel was friendly, personable and fairly luxurious, but very quiet, so avoid if you want to be noisy as this would not go down well at all. The main pool area was superb, with crystal clear water. We were only staying one night after spending time in the old city, and opted for the all inclusive package. The standard of food and drink was very good with lunch a particular highlight. The smoked salmon starter followed by the beef tagine with caramelised onions were superb. Ive dropped from a 5 to a 4 rating purely because there were 3 cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. The suite we were in and the entire riad were spotlessly clean (and huge), so perhaps the remote/farmland environment means this cannot be avoided?

Hotel provides transportation twice a day but very odd timings u have to back at 4:30 or 6:30 pm and leave early morning 9:30 or 10:30 am. The breakfast options were not that good mostly cold subs dinning cold patties cold bread cold cupcakes cold beef products and cold hard boiled eggs same thing for every day …. Dinning option prices were expensive too .

Food in the restaurant was the worst I’ve had in Morocco or any hotel. Salads at lunch inedible. Breakfasts - terrible choice - hot foods served cold so there was just a microwave there for everyone to share to heat their food up. Next to this for the entire hotel to share was one 2 slice toaster with the handle broken off so you had to use the metal screw to push it down to toast the bread. Drinks were ok when they had stock in, mint tea lovely when ordered outside of breakfast time. Cocktails to be avoided. Suites were beautiful and massive. We had a family suite and it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge area. A little dated which we expected from other reviews but the cleaners did an amazing job every day. Bathrooms past point of acceptable and in dire need of investment. Toilets run all night and showers not useable other than as a hand shower. We’d booked 4 days here with the plan to go to the spa 2 of days but when I went to book I was told it was closed for the next 2 days. I therefore booked my family and myself day passes to Oaseria instead. When I mentioned this to the manager the following day he was confused as he hadn’t known the spa was closed. When we asked the front desk for anything, unless the manager was there they said they couldn’t help. Minimal view of Atlas Mountains. Not a safe area to walk outside the hotel grounds. Dog on site friendly but occasionally nips when licking hand Honestly we were shocked as the reviews had been so good.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. After a few hectic days in the city it was the perfect place to relax and digest all we had seen.Wonderful staff, lovely food and multiple pools to enjoy. I would compare it to stays we had in Oberoi Hotels, for the feeling of slow luxury, almost like staying at a friends home. Highly recommend 💕

Lovely hotel with lovely reception staff. Too many flies around outside and on the breakfast food. That of course is not the hotels fault I think it’s due to the trees in the area but there were flies all over us constantly. Nice room and nice shower. The pool area and restaurant are lovely

Lovely hotel 👍 This is a much better option than a central Riad. Daily shuttles go from the hotel so you can still visit the Medina
