They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful. He will try to help above and beyond any of manager. Breakfast was good. If on e item runs out, they replace it

The hotel is really cleam, very comfortable and facilities are new. Staff are very polite and they really try their best to help. The dinning area i clean and good are kept covered. Breakfast can have a bit more in terms of options The only issue I have is that we booked a room for 5. We had 4 beds and a sofa bed. I personally don't think a sofa bed with no mattress on it counts as a bed. The pool was also not very clean. Looks like it doesn't get used much . The hotel is located in a residential areas, so not much to do in the immediate area.

Super nice room. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Even Abdel-Rahman who helped me with my luggage was of great character. I definitely will return.
