Was originally sent to an incorrect property. We had to be very persistent for host to understand our dilemma about being at incorrect location. Property was in need of repairs which we noted at time of departure what needed repairs. Some workmanship repairs were done prior to arrival but very sloppy. Mainly bathroom. We were told we had to check in daily about parking. We had booked for simultaneous. This was totally unnecessary for us to deal with this every day as we were on vacation.

Parking regulations were frustrating. Internet was poor.

Location had pluses & minuses. I won't stay here next time. Good: location is close to Austin airport; there are lots of stores nearby. The apartment complex has a gym. Lacking: - The ID request was an overall sign of how burdensome it'd be to rent the property. Most rentals ask for a picture of the ID and move along. This company requires following a link to fill in MULTIPLE fields of information, a front picture of the ID, a back picture of the ID, then a selfie. - The clerical work continued at the apartment because you must register your car EVERY 24 hours or risk your car getting towed. Owner also requested email proof of registration. That was nixed when registration didn't allow screenshots. So much work. - The clerical work continued with getting on WiFi. Most rentals give name of WiFi network and a password. Enter password and voila, Internet. This company requires you to first register EVERY device. So, multiple devices = several minutes of registering every one. We only registered one. All these combined just felt like too much homework & most work I've done just to stay at a property. I check in at most places and never hear from owner again until checkout; not so here. - There were mosquitos inside everyday despite the front door (that wasn't open for long) being the only obvious access point. - Shower is not for tall people. I'm 5'8" and I had to squat for shower to hit my head. If you're even taller than that, good luck.
