Such a friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. It had a large supermarket next doors which was very nice and close to the church and the railway station. I had an excellent stay

Stayed 1 night

My teenage daughter and I really liked this place. We got in late, about 8pm, and checked in quickly, plus they have big bottles of very, very good beer for just 5 euro. It's in a diverse neighborhood with a lot of grocery options and cafes, and a short walk (15 minutes) from the historic district, cathedral, etc. Friendly, cheap, clean, no-nonsense hotel that is deceptively charming. Good spot if you don't have the dough to stay right in the historic district.

clean room i didn’t include breakfast in my stay there were 2 guys in the reception, one of them wasn’t nice at all. but the other one who was there when i checked out was extra nice so that i can’t say their staff is bad, though it wasn’t a pleasant experience when I checked in

Stayed 4 nights

I booked 4 nights in this hotel for my family. We had to leave after one night because the rooms were filthy. The surrounding upon entrance had trash all over. When we got to the hotel they told us they only had one room when in fact my booking was for 2 rooms. They told us to go to one room while they were sorting out the reservation with Expedia. They put us in a room that reeks of cigarettes. Then my husband complained cause my kids have asthma and cigarette smoke triggers it. so they transferred us to another room that can only accommodate two people. They told us to put the two beds together so 3 people can sleep on it. They brought in a foldable bed that can sleep one person so my husband has to sleep on the floor. They gave us 3 towels, 3 pillows and 3 blankets knowing that there were 5 of us. The toilet reeks of piss and we couldnt wait to get out of there. Unfortunately it was 12 midnight so we had to stay for one hell of a night.the curtains were falling off, the room was cold, the mirror was broken and the floors were filthy. The next day I informed the receptionist that we were checking out coz the accommodations they provided was not what I paid for and he said that we should have told him so they attended to our needs but the previous night he wasn’t to accommodating because he was insisting that we only had one room reservation. I asked for a receipt that we checked out and he said he would email us but we are leaving Munich and no email received. Worst hotel !
