Pontos positivos: O staff é super atencioso e prestativo. Spa é excelente e tive uma boa experiência com a comida do jantar e café da manhã. Pontos negativos: O colchão do quarto é tão antigo que dá para sentir as molas enquanto está tentando dormir. Se uma pessoa se mexe de um lado a outra se mexe junto. Terrível. O hotel em si é muito bonito, mas falta manutenção em alguns pontos. Alguns azulejos quebrados na área da piscina interna, elevador não funcionava e ficamos dependendo de escadas.

We were pleasantly surprised with the landtrain service which was a handy way to get to and from Carvoeiro. Staff all very helpful. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Tudo maravilhoso, staff com bom atendimento, nos deram um upgrade e uma cortesia, porém um detalhe me deixou chateada, piscina aquecida que não era tao aquecida. Very nice hotel & spacey rooms. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious breakfast & dinner. House maids also did a good job. We got an apartment with mould not only on the frame of 1 window, but also on doors, other windows. The smell of mould was strong as we entered the appartment. As hotel on this level, one would expect an apartment at this state should not be given to a customer in the first place. We were, however, offered another apartment only 5 minutes after claiming. Indoor pool & spa facilities very indifferent in consideration of this hotel of 5 star. The surrounding areas of the hotel very nice.

A lovely little resort, great for a couple's getaway. We were upgraded to a family apartment from a single one (I mentioned it was my partners birthday) which have us a great amount of space and a full kitchen to cook our own meals which was great fun and a cheaper alternative to eating out all the time. It was off season (early Feb) so it was very very quite with hardly anyone around, I can imagin it being a much more lively place during the summer when you can use the pool and sit outside a lot more. I would say it is a little in the middle of nowhere. Great if your there to telex but if you are explorers like us you will need to be able to use Uber (the Uber service was also phenomenal with all the rides picking us up within 5 mins of me ordering them). Overall a beautiful and clean place with a great atmosphere, just more geared to relaxing then adventuring.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pool view, which was very comfortable and had lots of space. Beds could be better (very hard) and something which should prioritized higher for a 5 star place. Breakfast was magnifcent - dont miss out. Rental car is a must, as hotel is located out of town.

I would highly recommend staying here. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 15yrs, 11yrs & 10yrs) we had a 2 bed bungalow, hired a car, self catering. The accommodation is amazing, clean, spacious and very well kept. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much bother. Pool isn’t over crowded, plenty of sun beds and brollies no having to reserve at any point. Food was great and fair priced. I cannot fault it we had a lovely stay and we will definitely return. Thank you for giving us a lovely holiday 😊

Hotel is not at 5* by my standards. It is pleasant but I cannot understand the 5* status. We had to leave our bags with reception as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We were contacted by reception once we could pick up our key, only to be lumbered with our bags and pointed in the direction of our room so we could lug everything across the resort. The room we were in was basic and dated. The shower over the bath is dangerous! Its extremely precarious getting in and out. The gym is not worth visiting equipment is rusty and old and limited. We ate in the restaurant once and found it to be extremely salty. Breakfast was nice enough. Theres not really much to report, its a clean hotel with a pool, thats about it.

A beautiful hotel! Nice and relaxing break. The breakfast food and cocktails were Superb. This is more a rural location with golf courses nearby. You will a taxi to town if heading to beach or other restaurants. It’s fair to say a small bit of TLC was needed to painting etc but overall an 8/10 for me.

Surprised how disappointed we were by our stay here based on all the good reviews. I dare say both meals we had in the restaurant (supper and breakfast) were the worst of over a week in Portugal.
