Poppy was very helpful at checkin. The pillows were very thick so I asked for a flatter one which was done without hesitation. Lovely breakfast & they had oat milk which was great. Very quiet surroundings.

Beautifully clean room, easy to access and very helpful staff. Perfect location if you’re attending the M&S arena, literally over the road. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but that was the only negative. I will definitely be using this hotel again, worth every penny.

Rooms and hotel were clean. Great location for what we needed - M&S bank arena and Liverpool One were a short walk away. Parking on site was very useful. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was rather chaotic. We stayed on Easter Sunday and Breakfast in the morning was only served between 7:30 and 9:30 (this may have been due to the bank holiday). The volume of people at the buffet breakfast meant that there were queues and not enough glasses, cutlery etc. overall we had a great stay and would book again.

Breakfast was average with long queues for waffles
