Room is a bit small, not much space to walk after opening the luggage. Bathtub drainage is full of hair. There are black spots on the roof not sure if it is mold or something else.

The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the main Myeongdong shopping area. It is close to subway and airport bus stop. Even it is just opened in 2026, there are signs showing wear and tear in the room.

Nice big rooms newly renovated but lacking amenities. The hotel does not have a gym/fitness center or a laundry room. I was told to go across the street to do laundry. It cost 4,000 krw for a washer and 5,000 krw for the dryer. Detergent is another 1,000 krw. Room cleaning is once every 4 days and bottled water is only provided on the first day. I was told to refill the bottles with the water in the hallway by the front desk staff. Location of the hotel is great, near walking distance to everything. We tried the Korean BBQ across the street which was top quality, highly recommended. Overall the experience was ok at best compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in near the area. Lackluster staff and below average housekeeping put a bad taste in my mouth. There are other options if you look around. I liked the room but the view was terrible and my window was too close to exhaust vents from nearby buildings. I really didn’t get more than 3 hours of sleep each night since there was a lot of noise coming from the hallways. I was woken up at least 4 times each night from banging and other noises. I wonder if my stay would have been different if I had a room on a higher floor away from the elevators as requested but it’s too late. I’m sure next time, I would skip this hotel for one with an attentive staff and more amenities.

Pros: Staff excellent and friendly and we were able to check in slightly early, location excellent👍😊. Cons: Room is basic and worn, needs another mirror in room (only one in bathroom), no milk or sugar for tea/coffee. Aircon blows straight onto bed and temp control does nothing. Needs hair conditioner in bathroom. Luggage storage is in the hotel entrance and is not very secure at all ad anyone can move or access your bags. Electrical sockets in room terrible, hotels appliances such as kettle and lamp (2 pin) plugged into a 3 pin socket, housekeeping only every 4 days! 👎😕
