Super 8 by Wyndham Eau Claire I-94

I was happy that they were pet friendly. Staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating . My room was clean. The only thing lacking was the breakfast bar. Freshly made coffee and maybe some pastries would have been nice. I would stay here again.

There was no laundry. We had to turn in the heat. The towels were scratchy. The toilet was dripping all night. Comfy bed.

Upgraded room since no breakfast was available. Heater/AC was about 8’ high - had to stand on chair to get it going (my problem was I have “MS”). Toilet water tank ran all night. Room was “updated” but hallway was not. We may have been the only one staying there (?). Not comfortable staying there.

Got stuck on the road and had to lodge here,.it was a welcome surprise. Surprising clean, welcoming staff.

Advertised having breakfast on Hotels.com. Also had a large sign in lobby that breakfast was 6-9. Came down to breakfast and there was none plus nobody at the desk. We were directed to call a number which a woman picked up and just repeated no refund. They are running a scam through your company. They reflect badly on Hotels.com.
