Upon arrival there’s was no one at the desk. Had to ring the bell twice before she arrived. Once she started to get me checked in there was an issue and she couldn’t process the deposit and payment. I noticed that I was double charged on my deposit. Hopefully you will refund the correct amount back to my card since this was an error on the hotels end. The hotel itself is under remodeling so was trying to give benefit of doubt. However once I arrived at my room, the towels were strained, bed sheets looked old and had stains along with pillow cases were still wet. The tub didn’t drain and backup along with the toilet making horrible noises when flushed. Hopefully once the remodeling is complete this issue will be resolved.

The tub was clogged so when you shower your standing in water the food isn’t the best but everything else was good the staff was amazing!

Beware. I booked here online. Showed up in the evening to check in. This is an establishment where people obviously live by renting by the week. It did not feel safe. The front desk clerk was being trained by somebody on a speaker cell phone. When I entered the lobby there was a loud argument going on between a guest checking in and the trainer on the cell phone that continued for about 20 minutes while I waited. During that time there were three groups of people that came through to get drinks and towels and were obviously short term rental residents. I’m not a fearful person in general but suffice it to say the environment did not safe. I went ahead and checked in and when we drove around to find our room there were groups of people drinking and partying on the balcony’s. People walking dogs and financial transactions seemed to be happening. We drove back to the front and I returned my room card and we found a property nearby that was much safer, even though we had to pay for a second room. I would like a refund but didn’t feel safe hanging around to discuss with the front desk as another conflict had broken out at the front desk.
