Stayed 1 night

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First the staff was rude! The guy who checked us in acted like we were bothering him to have to do it. The room had a large wet spot on the floor so we had to wear our shoes as we didn't know what it was. There was hair in the shower and on the floor that was not ours. I had my husband go buy disinfectant wipes to clean the bathroom myself. The next morning we went down to breakfast and it was pathetic. Just some sad cereal that was stale and vanilla yogurt and stale store bought pastries. Told the desk clerk the next morning that our key was not working to our room, she just gave us another card without speaking to us. We then discovered that we still could not get back into our room, so we went to tell her again. Again, she acted like we were the problem! She said that she texted her manager and we would just have to wait to see what he said, when he finally got back to her, she told us he would be there at 9am, it was 7:15! I have cancer and needed to take my meds in the room so when my husband explained that 9am was not acceptable, she got an even worse attitude. She said "I don't know what you want me to do?" my husband said "you need to have some sense of urgency about this and call maintenance and get someone here now" to which she replied that "you can't talk to me that way". It finally took my husband saying he was going to call the fire dept or police to get action! Don't stay here no matter what!

My party arrived at different times staying in 3 different rooms. Each time, upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to help and assign rooms. My wife and i arrived at 5 in the morning, exhausted, and waited for almost 30 minutes before the front desk attendant appeared. Then, the attendant wasn’t even apologetic. The room was decent but the lobby and front reception area was run down. Last but not least, breakfast was minimal. No eggs, sausage or bacon. The only option for protein was tiny unflavored Danon yogurts. Would not stay here again.

The air didn’t work well so it was a warm night . The carpet needs cleaning bad but other than that, we had a good stay. Conveniently located near pretty much everything

This hotel was not the worst. However, we had to pay $25 just to check in 30 minutes early. Only to find the property seemed dirty. From the lobby to the room where there was a huge stain on the carpet as soon as we arrived. Didn't feel comfortable putting my bare feet on the floor. There was residual trash on the floor by the bed and window. There was also not enough towels or washcloths. The main issue is when we went to check out there was no one at the front desk for an hour. There was no bell or way to reach the front desk attendant so we had to wait to check out. Which could be a problem if your time is sensitive.
