Super freundlicher Empfang, Familienzimmer für 3 Personen sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Spabereich. Whirlpool, Sauna, Zirbentherme, Ruheräume mehrere Duschen. Alles extrem sauber. Das Frühstücks Buffet lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Hotel Service war super und zuvorkommend. Zustand des Hotel war auch sehr gut. Frühstück war ausreichend gut. Abendessen im Rastauant so lala fürs Geld. Hotelpreise halt. Netter Spielplatz und Platz im Garten für die Kinder um sich auszutoben. Wo es Punktabzug gibt: - Ladestationen für Elektroautos funktionierten nicht. Das war der Hauptgrund, warum wir das Hotel ausgesucht hatten - Zahlung mit American Express ging nicht, obwohl ein Aufkleber als akzeptiertes Zahlungsmittel an der Tür klebte. - Restaurantservice hat die Kinder am Abend noch mit Zucker versorgt, so dass sie aufgedreht einschlafen konnten

Staff kind and courteous. Free parking on site. Single occupancy room (309) for 2 nights, no balcony (although most other rooms did have balcony). Good Ger/Eng menu.Top floor room became a bit stuffy, with opening window as only temp cooling control. I chose this hotel over the more pricey ones in Fussen for my booked visit to Schloss Neuschwanstein, with about 14 mile (35 mins) drive to the Car Park area.

Wonderful hotel overall. Breakfast was lovely. Parking and driving was a bit of a challenge and the towels in the room were thin. Desk clerk did not speak English. Would stay here again if I was in the area!

Et rigtig hyggeligt sted, med hyggelig udsigt og fine senge. Dog virkede restaurant personalet lidt stresset/negative. De kludrede rundt i bestillingerne og det virkede til at maden ankom lidt tilfældigt til de forskellige borde. Drikkevarerne var ikke de bedste til børn, men fin øl. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet, med stort udvalg. Legepladsen matchede ikke billederne på hotels.com, hvilket var ærgerligt.

Very convenient for Neuschwanstein Castle and Alpsee area if you happen to be travelling on the Austrian side. Nice staff and food. Very dog friendly and has a garden for walking the dog.

Heel fijn hotel. Mooie kamer en alles prima. Bij welness was alleen sauna defect maar nog wel heerlijk stoombad infrarood en bubbelbad. Was wel even lekker. Diner was erg goed. Heerlijk gegeten en ontbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid. Motor kon onder afdak geparkeerd worden op eigen terrein. Heel goed

Hotel Moserhof to us was a very pleasant stay. Parking space, nice and clean rooms, a very extensive breakfast, kind personnel. For us the looks were great. Some people may find it outdated but we liked the old atmosphere in classic style and combined with neat and clean rooms it was a genuine nice experience to spend the night here.

Was ich gut fand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, recht gemütlich und groß genug. Bei den Preisen hätten wir uns bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel aber doch eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Für eine Minibar wäre zusätzlich auch ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig. Wer dort bucht möchte, sollte vorab fragen, zu welcher Seite hin das Zimmer ist. Straßenverkehr ist unfassbar laut. Fenster halten den Lärm gut weg aber im Sommer wird es dann sehr schnell zu heiß im Zimmer. Klimaanlage fehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Am nächsten Morgen kam ein tösender Elefantentrupp, um die Zimmer zu putzen. Unglaublich laut redete das Personal und versuchte um 8:30 in unser Zimmer zu kommen. Bei einem Abreisetag sollte das Personal aber informiert sein. Vor allem bei late check out. Das geht gar nicht! Beim Frühstück um 9 Uhr war der Frühstücksraum total überfüllt und es wurde einem auch kein Platz zugewiesen. Das Personal leicht überfordert. Wir haben dann mit zwei anderen Paaren den Tisch geteilt. Es war ok aber Privatsphäre gab es nicht. Es gab nur noch eine Sorte Schnittkäse. Der Rest wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Auf Nachfragen hin wurde gesagt, es sei nichts mehr da. Frühstück bis 10 Uhr. 4*?? Unfassbar bei den Zimmerpreisen. Restaurant am Abend vorher gut. Essen lecker und Personal sehr herzlich. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Moserhof. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön, groß und geräumig und vor allem gemütlich. Wir waren jetzt im Sommer hier und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es im Winter urgemütlich ist. Der Spa-Bereich war auch super und vor allem sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Beim Abendessen bestellten wir a La Carte und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr lecker war auch der Salat vom Buffet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Hotel. Das Mobiliar unseres Zimmers hatte zwei Beschädigungen, aber war okay. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es hatte eine schöne Käseauswahl und war insgesamt vielseitig.

This hotel was in the cutest little town and had a BEAUTIFUL view out the balcony. Loved the mountains. Ate at the restaurant which was pretty good. There was a castle and suspension bridge close by we didn't know about that we explored. For me the bed was stiff so I had a hard time sleeping at this hotel, but everything else was amazing!

Amazing view and location. Surrounded by mountains and nature. Every staff member was more than helpful and kind. Every room has a balcony with an amazing view! 10/10 recommend for the service and price. Nice complimentary breakfast bar and the restaurant is open from 5pm-10pm with a wonderful menu.

An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Am nächsten Morgen kam ein tösender Elefantentrupp, um die Zimmer zu putzen. Unglaublich laut redete das Personal und versuchte um 8:30 in unser Zimmer zu kommen. This hotel has great location. But service is not good. We made dinner reservation in advance through Hotel.com for the New Year’s Eve, but hotel staff didn’t mention it at all. Instead we were told we only can have dinner on the bar counter. We were largely forgotten during the meal service.

Hotel Moserhof to us was a very pleasant stay. Parking space, nice and clean rooms, a very extensive breakfast, kind personnel. For us the looks were great. Some people may find it outdated but we liked the old atmosphere in classic style and combined with neat and clean rooms it was a genuine nice experience to spend the night here.

This is one of my favorite places for relaxing and walking. Our train was late from France and they made sure we had dinner. Staff is so helpful, food is delicious, facilities our so nice. A wonderful place.

This hotel was in the cutest little town and had a BEAUTIFUL view out the balcony. Loved the mountains. Ate at the restaurant which was pretty good. There was a castle and suspension bridge close by we didn't know about that we explored. For me the bed was stiff so I had a hard time sleeping at this hotel, but everything else was amazing!

I chose this hotel over the more pricey ones in Fussen for my booked visit to Schloss Neuschwanstein, with about 14 mile (35 mins) drive to the Car Park area.

This is a hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great views, nice sized balcony, church bells ringing, wonderful breakfast and even a better dinner. Did not use the amenities but looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend. And only 10 minutes away from the Neuschwanstein Castle.
