Luggage drop off/ entrance/ parking all very unclear. No internet for entire stay. Staff did not know how to open parking garage door for our exit on a Sunday morning. Shower was moldy, towels were torn. Staff knew little of environs and could not guide us to places for dinner. Perpignan is a sketchy place. I would not recommend an overnight stay.

Les chambres sont confortables et propres, il n’y a rien à redire sur cela. Par contre, le petit déjeuner et vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé, ce n’est pas digne d’un 4etoiles (18,50€) Machine à glaçons en panne depuis au moins deux ans….il serait temps de la remplacer! Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.

Not a bad hotel. New, clean, good location. BUT: It is mentioned in the listing that they have parking available. And this is not the case. There is a parking right under the hotel but it doesn’t belong to them. They have sent me this information a few hours before I arrived, in the morning on the day of arrival. The hotel offers a discount - but it is available only if you arrive very late and leave very early. Otherwise you park at the price of the parking lot - a 24 hour (or less) parking is €27 if prepaid and more expensive if you pay by hour. I think that information like this should not be hidden and should be available at the time of booking.

Tout est très bien , hôtel propre , personnelles accueillantes ,souriantes, discrets ,et attentionnés je recommandes a 100%, seul inconvénient pas parking , mais bon , il y’a en 1 à côté ou au sous sol mais c est payant , en général tout s est bien passé, Merci 😊

Modern suite hotel well located for the historic quarter. Suite was very spacious and comfortable with excellent bathroom. Although there is kitchenette with kettle, microwave, sink and fridge, we were surprised that other than two paper cups, there were no utensils, plates or cutlery so there was nothing you could do. Possibly a hangover from covid but seems a waste. Note although garage parking is directly below the hotel there is no lift and no direct access to the hotel. Best to drop your luggage on the street or walk up the ramp.

We were greeted by friendly helpful reception staff who offered us the only room they had available at 11.30 in the morning. We declined and said we would wait as it was an accessible room. Our luggage was stored for us and our room was ready when we returned later in the day. It was a large, comfortable room with everything we could need for a nice stay. It was very clean and the bathroom was great with both a bath and a separate shower. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from lots of restaurants and bars and the local attractions are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Je connaissais déjà cet établissement donc je savais que je ne serai pas déçu. L'hôtel est très confortable et chaleureux, l'équipe est très sympa et très avenante. La chambre est un vrai cocon, agréable et pratique avec ses équipements : bouilloire pour café ou thé, frigo et micro ondes. Je recommande vivement.

This is an ok hotel, located at walking distance from Perpignan's centre. It is not easy to find, since the entrance is not well marked, but you get there eventually. Rooms were ok, although a bit small for the amount of furniture. Bathroom was good, and so were beds. So a good choice for a short stay, at reasonable price.

Les chambres sont confortables et propres, il n’y a rien à redire sur cela. Par contre, le petit déjeuner et vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé, ce n’est pas digne d’un 4etoiles (18,50€) Machine à glaçons en panne depuis au moins deux ans….il serait temps de la remplacer! Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.

Mai soggiornato in un hotel peggiore.il personale non sa cosa sia salutare,sia in reception che in sala e le signore di pulizia.saluti e non rispondono e guardano solo.stanze non pulite,posso garantire che si vede che gli ascougamani sono riutilizzati in quanto odorano e sono a righe sfatte.colazione misera e abbiamo dovuto fare 32 minuti di attesa per sederci in quanto la sala piccolissima e non in grado di accogliere gli ospiti.la signora bionda al ristorante chiaccherava con una sua amica anziche' pulire i tavoli e far sedere le altre persone.i vassoi vuoti e non li riempivano,quel poco che c'era vecchia e di basso qualita',formaggi ingialliti dalla vecchiaia.ascensore 16 minuti per poter salire ed 13 per scendere.per non dire del parcheggio,all'esterno e senza ascensore.pessima esperienza e la domanda e' che esiste un direttore qui'?e' una nave senza comandante!!!chiudete e fate piu' bella figura.una vera vergogna e perdita di soldi e tempo.peccato

Not a bad hotel. New, clean, good location. BUT: It is mentioned in the listing that they have parking available. And this is not the case. There is a parking right under the hotel but it doesn’t belong to them. They have sent me this information a few hours before I arrived, in the morning on the day of arrival. The hotel offers a discount - but it is available only if you arrive very late and leave very early. Otherwise you park at the price of the parking lot - a 24 hour (or less) parking is €27 if prepaid and more expensive if you pay by hour. I think that information like this should not be hidden and should be available at the time of booking.
