Everything was great except that I don’t think you should have to pay for a shuttle to go to the airport. You can get a shuttle free from the airport to the hotel but have to pay six or seven euro to get back to the airport.

This is an ok hotel for a quick overnight airport stay. The front reception staff were extremely busy and I think this is reflected with the cost being quite a bit cheaper than other more up market hotels in the area. It’s handy that there’s a car park below but again parking wasn’t easy due to being busy. The rooms are ok, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower clean and decent. Bar closed at 11pm and limited food late on so it’s not a 24 hour service if that’s something needed.

This is a great nearby airport hotel should you need to stay overnight nearby for a flight etc. it’s not the most lavish but the rooms are modern and clean and comfortable and the desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is not free but at 6 euros for the short journey very reasonable considering my taxi to the hotel from the airport was €12. The bus leaves ever half hour from 6am. There’s also a really good Rewe supermarket store just opposite for handy snacks, beers, wine etc 👍

Booked a room for 3 peopl3 two adults and 1 6 year old boy and there was only 1 bed in the room. Room was clean enough. Personnel was OK though ee arrived cery late at night / early morning. Parking was average and we had to pay for it but thats ok. Even though there were two EV chargers in the parking 1 was occupied by a nin EV vehicle and the other one was not working.

Stayed at Park Inn Frankfurt Airport for 1 night because I had a long layover. Hotel was very convenient for this purpose -- located 1 stop from Airport on the S Train -- and 5 minute walk from Train Station. Restaurant was open until 10pm and food was very good. Had early flight so didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Guest room was clean, comfortable and had all standard amenities. Would highly recommend if you're staying by airport.

Sauber und ordentlich. Leider ein wenig “in die Jahre” gekommen. Gut für eine Nacht wenn man am nächsten Morgen schon wieder am Airport sein muss. Gute S-Bahn Anbindung aber leider kein Shuttle Service mehr.

Well located when you are transiting through Frankfurt. While not easily walkable from the airport, it's only a very short taxi ride away. It's close to the 'Gateway Gardens' station, making it very convenient for a quick trip into the city should you have the time. We'd hear some air traffic noise from dawn, but it wasn't too loud. The room was minimally equipped, but there is a 24-hour self-service 'mini store' in the lobby stocking some essentials.

Lovely clean hotel right next to a quiet, peaceful park area. Very short walk to the nearest S-Bahn station just one stop from the airport and about 4 stops to the city Breakfast was continental but with a good range of choices for our 4 night stay. The restaurant had a small menu but again, very tasty. Our host (unfirtuntely I didnt get her name) on the 2 nights we ate in was very friendly and chatty. Was interested to hear about out day and always had a ready, genuine smile. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Wish we'd asked for a second pillow though as one was a little low and a kettle in the room would have been nice to sit with a cup of tea in the evenings. Overall a fabtastic stay and location and will definitely be looking to book here agian when we next visit Frankfurt

The front desk staff was very welcoming. I booked this hotel because it was walkable to FRA, and because it had a gym so I could exercise before my very long travel day. I tried the gym after I had dinner, and found it to be locked; however, I was able to get in the following morning and do a solid cardio/strength workout, an excellent start to my day! What impressed me most was the restaurant. The online reviews were not great, so I explored all of the other dining options in nearby hotels and was very underwhelmed with their offerings. I decided to check RBG, and they had the best options by far! I had the beet falafel and hummus plate, 2 incredibly delicious Weizens, and the sweetest wait staff on the planet. Both gals working the bar/restaurant that evening were attentive, engaging, and an absolute delight. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. There is a bus which shortens the walk somewhat (61), and there is a bus X17 which has a stop right in the Gardens area where the hotel is, but we couldn't figure out the bus schedule for it. Morning breakfast was very worthwhile before our flight. The property could probably use some TLC as there were some visible markings and stains on the white walls and the cushions in the chair, but the rooms and linens were otherwise clean.

It had bed bugs. I stayed two nights. The second night i got bit. You need to wash your sheets in heat to get rid of them not cold water. International tourists especially from the tropical regions or Indian regions should be throroughly cleaned afterward to prevent foreign bugs or colds from surviving. It was also the most basic hotel ive ever been in. No microwave, no coffee or tea or water in the room. The shower was the best I've ever used in a hotel, full pressure with beautiful showerhead and rainfall shower add on. One stop from airport via train. It was cheap and close to the airport. If there was no bed bug my second night I would give this place a 4/5 for price and location. But for Gods sake, add some water or coffee to the room. At 70 euros a night an extra 2 dollars wouldnt hurt you for customer satisfaction

Tolles Zimmer. Sehr ruhig, was die Flugzeuge angeht. Leider hat man in unserer Suite ab 3 Uhr nachts die Nachbarn laut diskutieren können. Da muss die Schallisolierung besser werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht übersichtlich, aber hochwertig.

The rooms were very basic, no telephone, no coffee kit, no amenities. Definitely lacks a car off loading luggage area in front of the hotel. This was very confusing; we received a traffic fine within minutes of stopping to unload the luggage.

Very comfortable bed, firm like we like it. Great location, close to the airport, grocery store and park. Perfect for a rest during a long trip. It would be beneficial to have a fridge in the room or kettle to prepare coffee. We will be back for sure

We booked this hotel specifically because they had a shuttle to the airport and were informed at the hotel that no service was available. It was extremely difficult to get into the hotel because of roadwork. The air conditioning was poor and we had to keep our rental cars for an additional day due no shuttle. Some of the front staff weee rude, rolling their eyes at us when we showed our concern about getting to the airport with three young children.

I chose the Park Inn Frankfurt Airport for its location and price. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was clean. I would highly recommend staying anywhere else in the area instead of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing. When I checked in at 22:15 on a Saturday, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me, let alone greet me. To make matters worse, there were zero food options available at that hour—unacceptable for an airport hotel where travelers often arrive late. The breakfast situation was even more frustrating. I gave my room number, and suddenly, the receptionist ran up to me, insisting that breakfast wasn’t included—as if I was trying to sneak in a free meal. I calmly told her I was aware and planned to pay, but instead of handling it professionally, she demanded I pay immediately after eating. When I later asked if it wasn’t standard to settle the bill at checkout, she admitted it was—but couldn’t even look me in the eye anymore. I can’t help but feel that my treatment was different because of the color of my skin. And if that wasn’t enough, a cleaner barged into my room at 11:30, asking when I was leaving—despite checkout clearly being at 12:00! To top it off, the hotel itself is nothing special—basically just a slightly larger version of an Ibis. Not worth the price, the attitude, or the hassle. Stay somewhere else!

Der Check-In ging quälend langsam voran, rund 40 Minuten Wartezeit in der Kälte. Die Schlange ging bis auf den Bürgersteig. An den beiden Mitarbeiterinnen lag es wohl nicht. Das Beste am Zimmer waren die Betten. 2 Gläser, aber weder Wasser, noch die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, wie es in solchen Hotels üblich ist . Besonders unangenehm fiel mir auf, dass die Nachricht des Hotels in englischer Sprache verfasst war. Wir sind in Deutschland, sind deutsche Gäste, da erwarte ich auch Nachrichten in der Landessprache. Ich verstehe englisch durchaus, empfinde es aber als grob unhöflich, sich nicht der deutschen Sprache zu bedienen. Wir werden das Park Inn nicht mehr buchen, wenn wir demnächst wieder fliegen werden.

Parked out front of the hotel to check in and got a parking ticket when the sign said I could park there for up to 90 minutes. Hotel staff was no help at all and told me to call the Frankfurt police and would not even give me the number to call leaving me to fumble through German language websites with no English to figure out what to do..

Very clean and close to the airport. It's possible to walk to terminal 2, but it's not an easy walk if you have luggage with wheels. Also, it's a 30 min walk to terminal 1. But you can easily take the train.

Zum Glas Wein am Abend hatte ich erwartet, dass ein paar Nüsse oder anderes Knabbergebäck gereicht werden. Von der Bedienung an der Bar wurde ich informiert, dass sie so etwas nicht hat, aber an der Rezeption Erdnüsse zum Kauf angeboten werden. Eine kleine Tüte sollte mehr als 5 Euro kosten. Die Preise für Snacks und Getränke an der Rezeption sind eindeutig zu hoch.

Good value for money for a quick stay close to the airport. Note shuttle service is 6euros and is in addition to the room charge. There was a Rewe grocery store nearby that serves prepared sandwiches etc. if you want to avoid paying the outrageous prices for water, wine and snacks at the hotel.
