Pool water was cloudy. No sausage or bacon on breakfast buffet. We were locked out of room when the security bar malfunctioned. The grab bar in shower didn’t allow the water to be turned all the way to hot. The toilet ran. And, we only had three wash cloths.

Overall this was a clean, sufficient place to stay. The fitness room had two non-working treadmills, a non-working elliptical, and a non-working rowing machine. There were dumbbells and yoga mats. There was no sanitizing spray and no water. The front desk did not know how to help and did not offer to try, but she seemed really sweet while she played on her phone. The breakfast had several options, including eggs and biscuits with gravy.

We look forward to stay somewhere that is nice with a pool and breakfast for our basketball team the kids enjoy this time but This places started off terribly we spent all day at a basketball tournament when we got to our rooms at 320 pm even tho everyone had already paid none of my players rooms was ready wasn’t able to check in until almost 430pm Then we was put on the fourth floor went to go swim and the elevator was broke down walked all the way down stairs and the heater was out on the pool the water was so cold you couldn’t even bare and then the morning breakfast was terrible

reasonable pricing even at teh high deman times - the breakfast is pretty weak but the wifi is HORRIBLE. If you are planning to use good internet connection, run to another location. Other than that just to sleep at a safe place this one is ok.

Broken elevators, missing ice machines, loose bathroom floor tiles, no hot water day 1, no water pressure day 2, wrinkles carpet, carpet stained, missing bedding. Staff told a fellow travel party member if they don’t like something, they can pack up and leave. Strongly advise owner / management to investigate / improve.

The room was not what the pictures looked like. We were first greeted by very dirty and stained up floors. The beds had white stains down the side of the dark bottom bed frame sheets. The bathroom didn’t looked like it had been cleaned in multiple visit. There were tons of hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom. Dirt was on the corners on the floor in the bathroom. The air vent did not work so the bathroom would steam up and the mirror became useless. Between getting to the hotel late at night as well as them being booked according to staff, I couldn’t request a different room. Overall I felt as if my room was falsely advertised based on the pictures when booking. I liked the convenience of the property but the room was very dirty to be in.

Room reeked of smoke. Front desk claimed it must have been previous renter but it was extremely strong and hadn’t dissipated by morning. All they did was hand me some air freshener to use which was empty after two squirts. Cleanliness and customer service atrocious.

This place was disgusting in so many ways. Carpets were stained and gross the room had a bad smell. Beds were wrinkled. I asked for another room and they gave me one but, it was the same except the smell was better. If I had to stay for more then one night I would have walked out. These rooms are over $100 a night. You would get the same quality as a cheap hotel off the highway for a lot less. The place was so gross we didn’t even want the breakfast in the morning. Shame on you RADISSON!!!!!!!!!!!

our room was filthy bed sheets were old and gray the comforter had a huge twelve inch tear across top I did not notice until the next morning that there was a three inch blood spot on side of fitted sheet when I woke in morning there was small black looked like pepper sprinkled were I had slept I am worried about bugs carpets dirty and garbage under bed and dresser elevator filthy also hallway carpets dirty no ice machines on floor tv did not work for first two hours and we did not receive a receipt when we paid which bothered us because we could not verify the charge we were disgusted with our stay

I never leave bad reviews, but here I am. If you are considering staying here, just don't. The staff was very nice and checking in/out went perfectly fine. The lobby of the building has been remodeled and looks very nice. Once in our room things were drastically different. The floors were grimy and sticky, had holes in the carpet, and the cove base was falling off and laying on the ground. THE BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY AND USED!!!! There was food stains, hair, and even dried snot with blood in it on the sheets. The fold out couch bed had crumbs and dried pepperoni in it, tons of stains, and smelled like pee. There was absolutely no hot water. I thought maybe it was due to the time of night I tried it, but continued to try during the entire stay and never once had hot water. The a/c unit made a loud and extremely annoying knocking sound. We decided to unscrew the cover (could tell we weren't the first to try this) to see if we could fix the noise. I'm going to guess the filter has never once been changed. It was absolutely disgusting. There were weird red marks/smears all over everything, including the floor, furniture, and curtains. No idea what it was. Tons of dust, dirt, and crumbs everywhere. I am very understanding and never complain, but I will never stay here again as it was that bad. I have stayed in $70/night motels that were astronomically cleaner than this property. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to spend your money.

This hotel was very dirty. When we arrived the carpet was full of disgusting stains. Poor lighting. No sheets on the bed when we arrived. Broken lampshade. If we hadn’t shown up at midnight after driving 8 hrs we would have done just about anything to find another hotel. Do not stay here.

Property was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit hard to sleep in because the curtain rod was too short, which didn't allow the drapes to close over the entirety of the window. As a result, the outside lights around the property were allowed into shine into the room.

We stayed here one night while on a road trip. I decided on this hotel based on price, hours of the pool and reviews. Check in was quick and easy. When we got to the room my kids decided they were all tired. Room was spacious and a nice layout although you could tell furniture was a little beat up. One of my kids was going to sleep on the pull out sofa but there was no way i would let them sleep on that. It looked like it had not been cleaned, mattress was in horrendous condition. We ended up sleeping 3 sideways in the queen bed. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and sheets were soft. Cleaning in the room could have been more thorough. Had breakfast in the morning and it was good. Waffles werent cooking correctly. We thought the batter may be too thin. I used the gym in the morning and it was enough to get a quick workout in. Kids saw the pool and were happy they didnt swim as the water was murky. Hotel has a lot of potential but could use some updating in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The carpet was stained. The light fixture in the room had been swapped out to a smaller one and as a result there was discolored look to the ceiling around the light fixture. The bathroom tile had grout that had dried on the tile surface. The overall appearance of the room was that of one that had been hastily remodeled but not completed. The breakfast was good. The overall experience was good but not great.

The hotel overall was decent. The staff was super nice and helpful. They had coffee in the lobby which was nice. What I didn’t really like was the room wasn’t soundproof like it was advertised. We could still hear outside the room. The shower head was dirty which cause the bathroom floor to flood with water when taking a shower.

When we arrived we were notified that the elevators were out of service and that we would have to use the stairs during the duration of our stay. We then received a room on the forth floor (top floor) in the corner. I has to haul my luggage, my two young children, and my dog up four flights of stairs repeatedly in order to get required luggage into the room from the car. We were offered no discount for our inconvenience and we were told that refunds take up to two weeks, so we might as well just stay there. It was unprofessional and in our current age of communication, we should have been notified of the non working elevators. If we knew about the inconvenience, we would have booked elsewhere. We ended up staying the night, but the floors were stained and the bathroom was disgusting. I will never stay at this property again.

Night reception was lacking — when she did come out, she didn’t greet with a nice “hello” or other welcome and just asked if we were checking in. She was definitely more process-driven than customer-caring. The 4 I gave is because the morning staff made up for it — super friendly and helpful.

We arrived for check in and we’re not greeted right away but that’s okay. When the girl comes up maybe 5 mins later she doesn’t even greet us. I just look at her and say I’m checking in. Never not been greeted before. She pulled up info on a screen in front of me and just sits there. I said to I need to do something on the screen. She’s like yes. Seriously? It’s obviously a family run business as there was what looked like maybe her mother and grandmother there along with a dog behind the front desk. There was a very large spill in the lobby that I pointed out to this girl a little later and said I just wanted to warn you so no one falls and hurts themselves like my elderly parents. She barely acknowledged me. Came down for breakfast the next morning and it had not been cleaned up. It just dried up and left a sticky mess. Carpet in the hallways is not installed properly and my dad who walks with a cane was having trouble with it.

It was late and needed a place to sleep a few hours. I checked in around 1:00am. The young lady that checked me in was fantastic. She was so upbeat and full of personality even at 1:00am in the morning. I will stay there again when traveling through Bowling Green. Room was clean and quiet. Had a vehicle with a trailer. Plenty room to park and safe. She welcomed my service dog and asked if there was anything he needed. 5 star stay.

The property itself and the surrounding amenities were fine. However, the initial check in experience with CYNTHIA (I had to ask for her name specifically) was shocking! Cynthia was so busy on her phone she barely acknowledged me, was cold and impersonal and absolutely refused to change her behavior until the very end of the check-in process because my friend started videotaping her! Cynthia does not need to be working in any job requiring customer service!

Arrived to a 4th floor room with a broken elevator. Then climbed to our room and found it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest. One worker at the front desk was apologetic- but the other didn’t seem very bothered. We then had to climb down again to get keys to another room- which was a downgrade but all they had. Got to that room and had no linens or pillows for the sofa bed. They were “fully booked” so she said they didn’t have anything for us. Would NOT return.

The hotel was hard to find. It looked nice from the outside and the main entrance was clean. Check in process was easy and quick. The carpet in the hallway outside the rooms was loose and looked like a rushed job. The room was big with a pullout bed. The carpet in the room was filthy and full of stains. One of the doors looked like someone had punched a hole in it and they did a poor patch job. The ceiling near the bed looked like it had water damage and was repaired poorly. The bed sheets had stains on them and the bedspread looked like it had poop on it. The bathtub was old and the water pressure from the shower was almost non-existant. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower curtain was also too short and water got all over the floor when I showered. This hotel looked like it was poorly taken care of and someone tried to repair it, but failed. For almost $200 a night, I would have expected better. This was more like a stay at Motel 6. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. Hotel needs a lot of work and upgrades.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The room had a specific non-pleasing smell, our water pressure was the lowest we’ve ever had in any hotel, the beds were not comfortable and the TV had no local or national news or weather channels. The pool was warm, the basic exercise room and equipment worked well and the room thermostat worked well. Breakfast was a 1. We got there at 8:30am, an hour before they closed and 2 people were working. They were out of gravy for the biscuits for almost 30 minutes, then promptly ran out of biscuits, once the gravy was filled. They were very slow to restock all milk, yogurts and all bread or bagels. Best part of stay was watching people try to get their waffle balls out of the waffle makers. Every single waffle or set of mini waffles ended up coming out in balls because they would stick to the machine no matter how much butter spray was used and had to be torn out to avoid burning. They had a good taste and we got a good laugh about the waffle balls while we waited for the other foods to be refilled. Will not stay there again.

We chose to stay here on our through Kentucky from Florida to the MidWest...we chose this location in order to stay in the same place as family, it's a good location. We also chose this location because of the pool and included breakfast. We got up early to get on the road but not so early as to miss breakfast (which we were told opened at 6:00am). The breakfast was nowhere close to being ready at 6:00am; the room was dark with not one piece of food out. Another family apparently had the same plan but left disappointed. The clerk also refused to provide me with a receipt, citing that hotels.com would do that. Other hotels that I have booked through this site have always provided receipts...just overall not a great experience.

Good location. Room fairly clean and bed comfortable...but a few issues. 1. There was a broken used bar of soap on the nightstand....no big deal, but reflects on cleanliness...and kind of weird. 2. Zero water pressure in sink...barely a trickle and not enough to even wash hands. Shower ok. 3. Breakfast was non-existent almost...out of pancake batter, forks, bread, yogurt, juice, etc. Nobody there to help or restock. Lady at front desk went i back and tossed a few forks in holder when i asked and walked off. We had to leave and go eat....which was disappointing as we paid and planned for breakfast. ...a few other small issues. So close to being so good, but attention to detail lost...and small issues added up. They need to address all the small things or charge $100 instead of $150.
