Der erste Eindruck war gut beim Betreten des Zimmers, allerdings mussten wir noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass bitte noch einmal Orden geputzt werden muss, der Boden sah sauber aus, was es aber nicht. Der Pool war kein Highlight, eher in ein Plantschbecken mit Beton und Kunstrasen drum herum. Die Umgebung war sicher und die Lage gut zwischen Innenstadt und dem tollen Park St. Martin. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut, der Balkon ging zur Hauptstraße. Das Frühstück war für argentinische Verhältnisse gut, es gab auch frisches Obst und Rührei. Allerdings musste man am Abend vorher einen 30 Minuten Frühstücksslot buchen und deshalb auch pünktlich da sein, da man nur 30 Minuten Zeit hatte. Den einen Morgen konnten wir unseren gewünschten Slot nicht buchen, weil eine Sportmannschaft dort schon frühstücken wollte. Man bot uns dann Boxen an, die wir am nächsten Morgen auf dem Zimmer essen könnten, das war definitiv keine Alternative. Und als wir dann am Frühstücksbereich vorbei gelaufen sind, war kein Mensch da. :-(

Llegué y no estaba lista la habitación, por lo que me tuve q retirar. La atención no es amable. Tuve que pagar estacionamiento aunque en la reserva estaba incluido, una estafa! No pagues el desayuno, no vale la pena... Hay q pedir turno ya q la capacidad ea para 20 personas solamente, sobrepasando largamente la capacidad del hotel. Y encima no t respetan el turno! NO DESAYUNES AHÍ! La habitación es cómoda, pero el baño es chico y la ducha es minúscula. Y el agua estaba fría! Me imagino q invierno es imposible bañarse. La pileta está a la sombra siempre y solamente entran 5 o 6 personas... Si bien está en la reserva, te cobran aparte el IVA, dato a tener en cuenta al comparar con la mayoría de los hoteles q no lo cobran. Está ubicado relativamente cerca pero no lo suficiente para el precio q cobran. Pedí agua en recepción y no me dieron. Si llavas valijas las tendrás q cargar 2 o 3 pisos xq no hay ascensor y nadie t ayuda a hacerlo. Una decepción! Relación precio-calidad muy mala.

The ropm was spacious and comfortable, they have a pool although small for the amount of rooms they have. Breakfast is good, but basic, not many fresh options. We had to beg almost for toulet paper as they didnt put a new one when they did the room. Staff was nice and hard working. The location is really good, close to shops and restaurants.

We loved staying at the Soltigua. Excellent location, very clean with modern design, and the staff was very helpful and friendly Good breakfast with great variety. The apartments were clean and spacious. Also has inside parking which is convenient if you rent a car.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro de Mendoza. O apartamento é um flat, com sala, cozinha, banheiro. Bem grande. Entretanto, a água quente acaba em 5 minutos de banho e você tem que esperar esquentar o reservatório novamente. A limpeza também estava a desejar, bastante poeira no quarto.

Atendimento muito bom, pegamos apartamento família, bem grande e espaçoso. Algumas coisas deixam a desejar, o box do banheiro deveria ser melhorado, vaza água por tudo, o chão fica todo molhado. Só tem um ar condicionado na sala, em um quarto tem um ventilador ruim e no outro quarto aberto tem um ar antigo barulhento e fedido que não gela, ninguém aguenta um calor de 40graus! O café da manhã é um assalto de caro, não vale a pena. Ficamos no último andar e cheio de malas pois fomos a trabalho, o carro fica lá embaixo na garagem, então são 5 andares de escada, ninguém merece. Avalie bem antes de reservar, tem lugares melhores em Mendoza. A internet é muito ruim, cai o tempo todo, não tem como usar.

Desayuno completo y variado Conocimos el Parque cercano al hotel y es muy lindo, la ubicación inmejorable, nos sentimos muy seguros Excelente calefacción, que es lo que buscábamos porque nos cambiamos de hotel porque en el anterior pasamos mucho frío. Volveremos seguramente

Llegué y no estaba lista la habitación, por lo que me tuve q retirar. La atención no es amable. Tuve que pagar estacionamiento aunque en la reserva estaba incluido, una estafa! No pagues el desayuno, no vale la pena... Hay q pedir turno ya q la capacidad ea para 20 personas solamente, sobrepasando largamente la capacidad del hotel. Y encima no t respetan el turno! NO DESAYUNES AHÍ! La habitación es cómoda, pero el baño es chico y la ducha es minúscula. Y el agua estaba fría! Me imagino q invierno es imposible bañarse. La pileta está a la sombra siempre y solamente entran 5 o 6 personas... Si bien está en la reserva, te cobran aparte el IVA, dato a tener en cuenta al comparar con la mayoría de los hoteles q no lo cobran. Está ubicado relativamente cerca pero no lo suficiente para el precio q cobran. Pedí agua en recepción y no me dieron. Si llavas valijas las tendrás q cargar 2 o 3 pisos xq no hay ascensor y nadie t ayuda a hacerlo. Una decepción! Relación precio-calidad muy mala.

The apartment was not at all as pictured. Most of the furniture was in bad shape, the (tiny) shower had rust spots all over, the toilet wasnt attached to the floor (made a huge noise every time someone sat on it), and the worst part: the heating system produced an intense gas smell that made it unbearable to breathe (had to open the sliding door overnight..we preferred to be cold than to get a headache or maybe something worse?)…we felt the gas smell as soon as we entered the apartment and when I brought it up the girl at the reception desk said “you’ll be ok, if there was a gas leak the detector would beep”…needles to say they were neither friendly nor helpful. Luckily we stayed there only two nights. I would not stay there again.

Good place to stay with family. Nice to have a kitchen although it´s basic but will do for a short stay. I don´t believe there is an elevator so getting in with bags may be a challenge for some. I have stayed here a couple of times and each time I see construction, although not too noisy. Nice to see they are always updating. It´s not in the city center but not far away. There are still nice cafés and restaurants around.

Der erste Eindruck war gut beim Betreten des Zimmers, allerdings mussten wir noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass bitte noch einmal Orden geputzt werden muss, der Boden sah sauber aus, was es aber nicht. Der Pool war kein Highlight, eher in ein Plantschbecken mit Beton und Kunstrasen drum herum. Die Umgebung war sicher und die Lage gut zwischen Innenstadt und dem tollen Park St. Martin. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut, der Balkon ging zur Hauptstraße. Das Frühstück war für argentinische Verhältnisse gut, es gab auch frisches Obst und Rührei. Allerdings musste man am Abend vorher einen 30 Minuten Frühstücksslot buchen und deshalb auch pünktlich da sein, da man nur 30 Minuten Zeit hatte. Den einen Morgen konnten wir unseren gewünschten Slot nicht buchen, weil eine Sportmannschaft dort schon frühstücken wollte. Man bot uns dann Boxen an, die wir am nächsten Morgen auf dem Zimmer essen könnten, das war definitiv keine Alternative. Und als wir dann am Frühstücksbereich vorbei gelaufen sind, war kein Mensch da. :-(

The ropm was spacious and comfortable, they have a pool although small for the amount of rooms they have. Breakfast is good, but basic, not many fresh options. We had to beg almost for toulet paper as they didnt put a new one when they did the room. Staff was nice and hard working. The location is really good, close to shops and restaurants.
