Takanoya is a wonderful traditional ryukan style onsen. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and well kept, the onsen is hot and private, and the proprietor is thoughtful and generous.

The large public bath is very nice, and amenities abound. Also, breakfast is heavenly especially rice, KOSHIHIKARI.
