The location is perfect because is in the middle of the most popular beaches. The rooms were good, considering the price being paid. The breakfast was really good and tasty. The only problem is the pool: it really needs to be cleaned, since it is quite dirty and full of mold inside. That's the only downside to this hotel. Everything else was very good.

With deep regret, I had to report: no hot showers in the room. only semi warm water for two days in a row. In room safe : broken. Asking for ice for drinks is too way much of ask. No ice machine with on-site restaurant who is supposed to provide ice unwilling to share their ice. First night, asking for pool towels, same guy at the restaurant unwilling to give us ice cubes said no pool towel available and just use your room towel (which we need for shower and bath)

It’s a nice, decent and affordable place to stay. Close to all of the surrounding beach areas. A very tasty typical costarrican breakfast is included! Really nice pool with a wet bar. And for the price you can’t ask for anything else. Definitely coming back and I’ll recommend it to family and friends.

The property was in terrible condition. All rooms facing the big pool that was under construction. The pool was their main attraction. The hotel never informed about their situation and expected us to stay when not even a yellow tape was place around it. Very unsafe considering how dark it gets and you need to go around it to get to the lobby. They changed the full stay and haven’t respond to our complaint.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool setting was ideal to unwind and visit with other guests. Breakfast was absolute perfection. Highly recommend this property!

Having all the suites on one level was nice. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds and pool could be cleaner.

Great location to explore all the beaches in this area. It is truly a little oasis to relax at their beautiful pool. they have bougainvilleas all around the pool which make it looks beautifull and pintoresque.

As I was traveling in Costa Rica, I arrived at the facility at 11 o’clock and was told that I need to pay them additional $30 per room if I want to check in early the unit was empty. Bathrooms were dirty old. Outside the unit was full of tree leaves, and was not maintained where the dining area is was full of dirt, napkins, and needed cleaning trash was all over the complex around the pool and around the units. The amount that they are charging is definitely not worth at least keep your property clean.

It was a beautiful property about 20 minutes outside of Tamarindo. The place was spotless and the service was great.

Fiz duas reservas e só havia uma. Apesar de bom atendimento no restaurante para o café da manhã, os produtos oferecidos deixou muito a desejar, precisa melhorar muito. As roupas de cama eram muito encardidas, pareciam sujas. O frigobar era cobrado a parte. Não nos deixaram usar o da recepção nem para refrefrescar a água

Very nice property - a good value. Big pool in centre of property is gorgeous. Breakfast which was included was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and even have a combination safe. Things that need improvement: cleanliness. We found quite a bit of hair and it was clear that underneath the bed was not cleaned for some time. Also a lack of a mini-fridge hurt. Finally the WIFI was very weak - slow speeds and constant signal loss were annoying. If these things are adressed this place would be 5 star and would be an ultimate value.

Parking privé devant l’hôtel. Très bon accueil. Bon petit déjeuner local. Wifi dans la chambre et à la piscine. Produits et serviette de douche fournies. A 5 min en voiture du centre-ville avec beaucoup de choix de restaurant. C’est un bel hôtel (chambres autour d’une grande piscine + restaurant avec toit style chaumière), mais il se dégrade et manque d’entretien : feuilles pas ramassées dans la piscine et sur les terrasses privées, pas mal d’insect mort dans les coins de la chambre, cheveux sous les meubles qui ne doivent pas être déplacés lors du ménage, cintre cassé, porte partiellement repeinte, carrelage de douche cassé, quelques coulures de produit non nettoyé dans la douche, mais surtout le pommeau de douche qui est très très sale (calcaire et trace marron). Donc bien car le cadre est sympa, chambre et salle de douche spacieuse mais beaucoup trop cher (106€) pour le manque d’entretien.

Dining options were also limited, as the restaurant closed early (around 7, 7:30, or 8, depending on the day), so a vehicle is necessary if you plan to eat out. The staff, however, were excellent. Alex was very helpful, assisting us with ordering pizza and even driving us to a pickup location for an excursion. Micaela made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We didn’t require housekeeping and only requested towel changes as needed, which was handled efficiently. Overall, while the staff was great, the limited dining options and the need for a car made the location less convenient for us.

Easy to find. Breakfast was great. A little noisy in the pool area , but it was a weekend. I would recommend to family and friends.

Fuimos por trabajo, cómodo habitaciones un poco básicas y muy pequeñas, no hay una pequeña refrigeradora, piscina enorme

This property is quiet and close to beaches and the downtown party core of Tamarindo. You need a car to stay here but it's a more affordable option than the downtown core. The staff are kind and speak English. There is a night security guard. Breakfast is included in the restaurant and has a decent selection. If you want water the restaurant has a cooler to fill up your water bottle with. The rooms are clean and the water pressure is decent. The rooms do not have fridges so you can't keep leftovers or drinks cold. Overall affordable, safe and the best bang for your buck. Also - WiFi is strong.

I was placed in a room at the very back of the property where the air-conditioning was minimal at best, and then proceeded to fail in the middle of the night. The fan made a very loud noise from 3 AM until I woke with minimal air conditioning. The choice was no air-conditioning or no noise.

Beautiful property, villas are clean, modern. Pool is quiet with good food/drink service available to the pool, dining area or to your villa. Staff were friendly. 15 mins out of Tamirindo, we had a car so made it easy to go into for the day. Lots of parking. The only thing they could improve is having a fridge in the rooms.

El personal, es terrible desde los host hasta el gerente, desde 26 horas antes de ingresar al hotel pedí factura, a mi check in no me la dieron, dijeron q podía pedirla luego, a mi salida la volví a pedir, y tuve la sorpresa que no quisieron darla, el propio gerente dijo q no. Esto es un acto de evasión fiscal. Además para mí desayuno, pedí un extra y lo pagué, pero tampoco obtuve factura, ya que la chica dijo q lo podía agregar a la factura total, pero nunca pude obtener una factura, le di seguimiento para ver q solución me brindaban pero realmente, es una pésima hospitalidad y experiencia. El desayuno, fatal sin sabor, la salchicha casi una piedra, no saben hacer ni huevos revueltos, hacen huevos picados o torta picada de huevo. La bañera tiraba el agua por todo el baño. Una experiencia fatal. Cero recomendaciones

Beautiful hotel with 30 rooms. Staff were amazing. Food was excellent. Would stay there again and again!

Sauberkeit, Personal, Zimmergross, Service sind TipTop, super. Menu-Auswahl beim Frühstück kann verbesser sein. Falls man länger bleibt, wäre es nicht so langweilig. Die Lage ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Such a great end to our two weeks in CR. Small little hotel with beautiful surroundings and the pool is awesome. We had 3 meals at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. PM was very friendly. Benefits of staying in a small hotel. Will be back 💖

The staff was amazing. Anything we needed they made sure to provide even if they didn't have. Upgraded our TV upon request, helped us find a reputable baby sitter service for a night out and catered special requests to the on site restaurant. A+++++ We even extended our trip, best bang for your buck!

The whole crew is absolutely amazing, professional and friendly, Diego who checked us in was very helpful and always taking care of our needs. The included breakfast is delicious!! The food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable, you don’t have to worry about looking for a place to eat lunch/dinner. The only thing is that they advertised that they have a shuttle service, but they don’t, so we recommend you to rent a car upon your arrival. The pool is beautiful, the property is nice and clean, but consider that is a tropical paradise and there are bugs here and there we had a big spider in the room and a few ants. Make sure to ask for the housekeeper service every day, otherwise they won’t clean your room. The hotel is close to a lot of tourists areas and beaches (driving distances) we recommend to rent a car, Uber service takes .30 minutes to get to you and some days (weekends) rates are higher. We definitely recommend this hotel.

ve staff were very nice and kind and friendly food was very nice and fresh nice pool area hotel was quiet other guests were friendly and nice -ve -Beware you need a car to get around as it is in the middle of the motorway so it is not walkable to anything. this is not clear in the hotel description and it is so expensive to hire a taxi - if you are British and have pounds in cash change it at the airport. no one in Tamarindo takes pounds - everything is so expensive due to majority US tourists - we were stuck in the hotel for 2 days due to lack of transport no reliable buses - room is very vary basic. too basic for me. only a bed and a table and a lamp. no kettle or tea and coffee incase you want a drink at night or early in the morning like I do. no fridge incase you buy some drinks to keep them cool or to keep baby milk cool. they have a hot and cold water urn in the main building in the kitchen when I asked repeatedly for a kettle I was tole to use that. I dont think this is practical a 1 am in the morning. . the first night there was a dressing gown which they took and never brought it back despite us asking repeatedly. the swimming pool had too many dead flies and petals in it. whilst they did try to clean the pool i think it needed proper sanitation. to avoid insects eggs . No wardrobe to store clothes just a cut out section in the bathroom so if someone is using the bathroom you have to wait poor TV channels

Très bel hotel, avec une piscine incroyable! L'équipe était très aimable, c'est l'endroit parfait pour venir se reposer quelques jours au calme! Le restaurant est pratique le soir si vous ne voulez pas ressortir, et les plages sont à 15 min en voiture.

The staff was attentive, especially David. The rooms are okay. The location is great and easily accessible by local transportation and Uber is a tap away.

This is a beautiful property with a great big swimming pool suitable for training. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also serve a good buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. The only drawback is the distance to the beaches and it is located on a rather narrow road with a lot of traffic, not suitable for walks. However it was quiet on the grounds.

Very enjoyable stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the hotel was a bit far from the beaches and transportation was a challenge for us until we rented a car. This was our first time in Costa Rica and we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel bem aconchegante na área externa da piscina, porém deixa a desejar no conforto dos quartos que são minúsculos, no máximo para 1 casal. Não possui nem um frigobar para refrigerar algum alimento ou bebida. No café da manhã que só fui uma vez pq é ruim, só tem uma térmica de café e leite, o resto vc tem q pedir, que são 3 opções, e se pedir frutas é cobrado à parte. Não te deixam repetir um simples omelete por exemplo que foi o q aconteceu comigo. Resumo do que achei: cobra muito e entrega pouco. Tem fotos até de festa, mas o hotel morre de noite, não tem nada de interatividade, muito menos à noite.

The swimming pool is huge, can easily accommodate scores of people. Rooms basic, but entirely sufficient for overnight stay. If staying longer, one might like to have a small fridge in the room, especially as no lunch services in the facility. (The two of us had a portable cooler that proved sufficent for out purposes during our one-week stay). Breakfast, dinner entirely satisfactory, the latter served 7-8 PM only. -- Price-to-room ration favourable

Being that it was pretty cheap we wasn’t expecting too much but it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very nice and we loved how convenient it is with a restaurant inside right next to the pool. The staff is really friendly , they would serve you directly at pool your food or drinks , the service was amazing. The hotel is beautiful inside the pool is very big and I loved the beautiful flowers and plants surrounding it. It’s a perfect place to stay at if you want too save money, be safe and expect too be out most of the day. We had tours plan out so taking a dip in the pool after a long day was rewarding. I must mention they have the best breakfast, especially el desayuno tipico ( typical breakfast ) included in the price was just good. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, with a pool and friendly staff. Towels and bedding were lovely and soft, and the breakfast in the morning was nice, while limited in options. The property is a little out the way, but if you have a car is fine to drive into Tamarindo and local shops and restaurants. Without a car the location is a little in the middle of nowhere. All in all, good value hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks
