The place was clean and walkable and it felt safe. The access to the hotel can be a little difficult at night, because it’s not easily visible. It looks like an apartment building. It has the door bell outside but they are available 24/7. You need to be able to move your suitcases a few flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The bathroom was really small.

Foi recebida pela Tânia! Ótima anfitriã. Local muito bem localizado próx a praça Marques de Pombal. Perto do passeio de ônibus para vários locais , vale tudo muito a pena. Hospedagem com elevador, porta com senha, muito limpa e aconchegante. Só deixo uma sugestão q logo na entrada tem uns 5 degraus, q poderia colocar corrimão de um lado para ajudar os portadores de assistência especial, pois lá deve receber pessoas do mundo a fora. Mas digo q foi maravilhosa! Camareiras de bem com a vida! Gratidão

Most enjoyable stay. Room was well done and clean. Reception staff were very good and helpful. Facilities could be better by providing means for making tea/coffee or warming up food. A second chair in the room would be nice

Seniors beware! There are 5-6 marble stairs at the entrance before you get to the elevator with no handrails which makes it difficult/dangerous to maneuver with suitcases. The mattress is spring and coils and unbearably uncomfortable. The bathroom is large and well equipped but we saw a silverfish, and the last night the A/C developed a noise that made it impossible to sleep. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a very clean and comfortable basic accommodation with friendly and helpful front desk and thank goodness they have an elevator. My only suggestion is to put tea and cofee makers in the rooms or have a common kitchen with basic kitchen tools as most budget travelers appreciate being able to make their own drinks and basic food, but overall it was great!

They upgraded my room to the one with a modern bathtub. Though there was no airconditioner , the fan was strong enough to compensate for the coolness on the room . They even kept my luggage in storage as my flight was still in the evening . Location was excellent .

O quarto era otimo, grande e confortável, limpo também, o aquecedor funcionava bem, e por mais que fosse um apartamento de frente para a rua as janelas vedavam muito bem o barulho e a luz, recepção muito cordial, localização muito boa também, tanto para caminhar quanto para o uso de transportes públicos.

Hotellet har en bra lokasjon, og i alt var det OK. Rommet var nokså smått, men søt. Det ble støvsuget daglig, men det virket som det ikke hadde fått en grundig vask på lenge. På veggene var det flekker der maling manglet. På badet var det et par ting som var løse, slik som dusjhodeholder og toalettpapir holderen. Vi hadde balkong på tommet som var fint men forkledningen til gelenderet var laget av tre, og begynte å falle fra hverandre. Hotellet ligger sentralt, og derfor kan man også høre all trafikken rundt. Hørte også godt når folk pratet i korridoren Om du bare ser etter et overnattingssted med en sentral lokasjon, og alt dette ikke plager deg, så er det perfekt!

L'hôtel était bien placé à 20/25min du centre. Nous avions réservé une chambre triple, chambre très spacieuse ! Grande salle de bain également. A l'arrivée et au départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et profiter d'une salle de bain pour un brin de toilette ce qui était très agréable. Si je dois indiquer un bémol ca serait les matelas un peu dur à notre goût. Nous avons été ravi de l'hôtel et nous recommandons à 100 %

We were lucky to be placed in a spacious room with two big windows and a balcony! The hotel was very close to a metro station and bus stops. Also close to cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores. We were also told by our tour guide that the location is a good neighbourhood. The room was very clean too. Shower room was very small and the shower made a very loud noise every time we used it. We struggled to connect to the wifi during our entire stay and had to rely on our mobile data. The walls are very thin that I was woken up by the next door’s morning alarm. You can also hear people walking up and down the hallway. We were also very tired and usually we don’t mind the noise but the noise woke me up multiple times. Also, no coffee/ tea making facilities. If you need iron and ironing board, make sure you ask for it early on when the housekeeper is in because we had to wait until the next morning to borrow one. But overall, comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, very good location, has a lift, and 24/7 reception.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du métro qui vous emmène directement vers les points emblématique de la ville. En revanche l’hôtel est très bruyant, vous entendrez la douche du voisin et les discussions dans le couloir à toute heure de la nuit comme ci les personnes étaient dans votre chambre. Dommage.. La literie est correct dans son ensemble et les chambres propre.

L'endroit est bien et c'est propre. Par contre, le matelas était très dur et nous avons dû payer le double de la location, car la réservation était faite pour une personne. Cet hôtel charge à la personne et non à la chambre. Faite bien attention au nombre de personne inscrit lors de la réservation!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Little balcony with small table and chairs to enjoy the evening cool. Mattress was on the very soft side. Bathroom was clean but could benefit from towel bars and better mirror lighting.

Gostei e não gostei. Minha primeira recepção não foi muito amável, porém staff dos outros períodos foram mais simpáticos. Me deram um quarto com um banheiro horrível, chuveiros molhava o quarto todo, porém me colocaram em outro melhor. Café da manhã ok, as moças que servem foram muito simpáticas. Não usei a piscina do hotel mas fui dar uma olhada, não pode entrar descalço, tem que usar a sandália deles. Gostei que tudo no frigobar já é incluso na diária, então não tem custo. Não voltaria ao hotel. Nota 5

The actual room was okay clean but hard to get to room feels unsafe we were robbed by taxi driver that brought us from cruise terminal so be very careful . The front seat person Joao or something like that was very rude not accommodating at all . I would not stay there again.

Nossa experiência começou com o atendimento extremamente gentil do Fábio no nosso check in. A localização é ótima, perto do metrô, supermercado e um parque lindo. O quarto é espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom. Tudo muito limpo. Recomendo!

Det var lite förvirrande att ta sig in och att hitta till rummet. Men när det väl var avklarad var mitt rum mycket bra! Mycket hjälpsam personal i reception. Skulle inte tveka att bo här igen!

Enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Walking distance to the river Tagus. The hotel is in a shopping area that has higher end stores, but convenient to get around on foot. We found we really didn't need public transport. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet hotel. My only comment is that the front sign is quite subtle and if you didn't know what you were looking for you could walk by.

Foi recebida pela Tânia! Ótima anfitriã. Local muito bem localizado próx a praça Marques de Pombal. Perto do passeio de ônibus para vários locais , vale tudo muito a pena. Hospedagem com elevador, porta com senha, muito limpa e aconchegante. Só deixo uma sugestão q logo na entrada tem uns 5 degraus, q poderia colocar corrimão de um lado para ajudar os portadores de assistência especial, pois lá deve receber pessoas do mundo a fora. Mas digo q foi maravilhosa! Camareiras de bem com a vida! Gratidão

O quarto era otimo, grande e confortável, limpo também, o aquecedor funcionava bem, e por mais que fosse um apartamento de frente para a rua as janelas vedavam muito bem o barulho e a luz, recepção muito cordial, localização muito boa também, tanto para caminhar quanto para o uso de transportes públicos.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Nice view of the street. Near the park and the main shopping area of Avenida da Liberdade and very walkable all around. No frills but a good spot.

Buona sotto tutti i punti di vista, la fermata metro abbastanza vicino all'hotel, per chi non prendesse come me la colazione compresa nel prezzo, sotto l'albergo vi è una comoda e buona pasticceria (con i famosi pasteis de nata) anche a portar via! Pulizia della struttura ottima, alla reception ho anche beccato una ragazza che parlava un po' l'italiano e non è cosa da poco per me! Insomma tutto ok!

Gostei e não gostei. Minha primeira recepção não foi muito amável, porém staff dos outros períodos foram mais simpáticos. Me deram um quarto com um banheiro horrível, chuveiros molhava o quarto todo, porém me colocaram em outro melhor. Café da manhã ok, as moças que servem foram muito simpáticas. Não usei a piscina do hotel mas fui dar uma olhada, não pode entrar descalço, tem que usar a sandália deles. Gostei que tudo no frigobar já é incluso na diária, então não tem custo. Não voltaria ao hotel. Nota 5

Vi var nöjda, bra läge och man skötte sig själv så det kändes mer som en lägenhet men receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt. Bra bemötande av personal och städning varje dag. Viss störande trafik men det får man räkna med om man ska bo centralt. Bra boende till ett vettigt pris om man inte måste ha frukost inkluderat.

It was a very clean and comfortable basic accommodation with friendly and helpful front desk and thank goodness they have an elevator. My only suggestion is to put tea and cofee makers in the rooms or have a common kitchen with basic kitchen tools as most budget travelers appreciate being able to make their own drinks and basic food, but overall it was great!

Okay place to stay for one or two nights. I booked superior room, so it was okay. But the personal care products were terrible, had very strong and unpleasant smell, so I thought twice before using them. The guesthouse was generally smelly. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Very clean room with air conditioning. Bed was very uncomfortable as really hard, apart from that room was good and position of guest house excellent as Metro nearby and close to shops and places to eat.
