Accueil agréable chambre propre et confortable mais pour les amateurs de café aucune disposition de caféine servi dans la chambre malgré la disposition d'une bouilloire en prétextant servir que de thé et pourtant yen avait que deux sachets. Et c'est un hôtel pas de service pour les nocturnes qui veulent boire une verre ou manger un morceau. C'est fait que pour dormir Pensez aux gens qui boivent de café.

Vänlig personal och bra badrum. Beläget i affärskvarter, utmärkt för konferenser, inte ett hotell för avkoppling. Bäst att boka högt upp i huset då ljudet från gatan kan vara störande. Heltäckningsmattor över allt. Finns inte rum utan tyvärr. OK frukost. Bra parkering.

Very good condition with all modern comforts, beautifully themed around antiquity with tasteful and well-done decoration. However, there were long hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, but that’s secondary compared to the impeccable quality of service. The breakfast was varied and generous. A very pleasant stay — I highly recommend it.”

The staff were friendly and excellent. The hotel was also very clean. The room was nice but there was a leak from the shower that meant water went under the flooring and made it spongy after use. Finally, I think the carpet had more 'give' in it than the matress on the bed. It was too firm!

Hôtel 3 étoiles mais tunisien. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut et plutôt bien mais bon, on est loin des standards européens Restaurant correct. C’est plus la chambre qui reflète la vétusté du bâtiment: très mauvaise isolation sonore côté rue, pas de prises électriques à proximité du lit, nuisance sonore du chauffage centrale…. Un 3 étoiles à l’ancienne ….

Ne pas se fier aux photos. Le mobilier est démodé et parfois en mauvais état. Porte fenêtre mal posée et fermant mal. Sifflement persistant en cas de vent, et bruits de rue gênants, surtout quand certains font tourner les moteurs dans les rues adjacentes. Petit déjeuner distribué au compte-gouttes. Des douches seraient appréciées en remplacement des baignoires. Ne vaut pas 4*. Heureusement la literie est bonne et le personnel souriant.

I used to stay at acropole and never faced this situation before , usually l i keep the money in the safe in case im going out , but yesterday I forget to do , so when I returned back to the hotel i found 1000$ was stolen from my suitcase ! It is totally my fault but never ever i will stay in this hotel again

La dernière fois que je prend cet hotel. Check out à midi, à 11h ils ont retiré les serviettes pour les laver et ils ont pas remis d’autres propres. Donc pas de douche avant mon départ. Les femmes de menages cognes les portes à partir de 11:30 pour savoir si tu quittes avant ou après midi. Pour rentrer nettoyer . C’est quasiment de l’harcèlement . Aucun respect . Il y a des heures de meénages, il ne faut jamais déranger les clients avant leurs depart. Et durant le séjour, si tu prends une serviette sale tu dois remettre une propre tout de suite. Autre chose soyez prudent car l’hotel n’assume aucune responsabilité en cas de vole. D’une chambre à l’autre le service est different, avec le meme prix, donc ça dépend ta chance et le personnel pendant le check in . Une chambre avec une vue sur le lac et d’autre sur la station d’épuration.

Nous avons été arnaqué par le réceptionniste lors du checkin. Nous avions réservé une chambre double, avec deux lits jumeaux. Le paiement avait déjà été fait en amont sur Expedia, mais pour récupérer la chambre, le réceptionniste nous a demandé... un supplément de 40 euros ! Et bien sûr, pas moyen d'annuler la réservation et de récupérer la somme déjà payée. Attention aux frais cachés de cet hôtel au personnel malhonnête.

Our flight got delay. We send someone to the hotel to keep the reservation and they said it’s ok. The next day when we arrived, the reservation was canceled and they didn’t provide a new room or solution for us.

L’hôtel est bien placé, sur le lac , j’ai été bien reçu, avec le sourire.. les chambres sont spacieuses et juste très peu insonorisé comme beaucoup d’hôtel en Tunisie. Cela ne m’a pas empêché de passé un bon moment dans cet hôtel.

The rooms are immaculate, and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. It's in the ideal location—close to everything. I do not recommend eating lunch or breakfast. The food is terrible and a complete waste of money.

The location and surroundings are amazing. The DOME of the jotel is wonderful... But infortunetly the reception is made in an awful corner This property needs a refreshment. It looks too old but not vintage.. The breakfast just o moyen BUT very very expensive.. By the way I don't understand the application of yours Expedia.. I asked for hotels with breakfast included AND THIS WASN'T THE CASE...
