I’m not too happy about the bathroom. I would have preferred a separate shower area instead of showering in the bath tub. It was hard getting in and out of the bathtub to shower each time. I cannot imagine children or the elderly climbing in to shower. It’s hazardous and it’s an accident waiting to happen. The drainage in the bathtub is also poor. Water takes a long time to get drained out. Shower head also keeps dropping and finally I had to tell the staff about it to get it fixed. The TV in the room is too small in comparison to the room size. It’s perhaps only 38 inch. My home TV is larger. The reception of tv programmes was also poor and full of static. They do not provide face towels. Pillows and bed are too soft. Lifts are old and dark. Close-door button is not working. Swimming pool is miserable. Small and it is like a child’s pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at the DusitD2 in Chiang Mai and had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in the center of everything, making it convenient to visit all the must-see places in the city. The hotel is beautiful from the inside out, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and we had all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Fint og stort hotell. Greit utvalg på treningsstudio, kanskje litt for mye fokus på kondisjonsapparater. Men bra, noe slitt apparater. Bra at de har garderobe og dusjer rett ved treningsstudio med steamrom. Bassengområdet ligger i 2 etasje, noe lite basseng. Stor lobby og resepsjon. Hyggelige ansatte. Frokostsalen og utvalget var veldig stort. Rommet var stort og fint. Litt upraktisk med lysbryter som blir litt gjemt av den store sengen. Dusjen som er i badekaret var noe lav. Jeg er ikke så høy, 1.70, og måtte stå bøyd for å dusje. Kunne med fordel vært høyre oppe på veggen. Sentralt og bra beliggenhet hotell ift. sentrum.

The location of this hotel is prime. Its very walkable to tons of shopping and night market. However, the rooms had that dirty musk carpet smell. Even in the hallways it smelled like that. The hotel definitely needs a remodel. Ive stayed at other dusit hotels before, I think this definitely is my least favorite. The bed was very uncomfortable and had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat. Its a good for 2 nights stay at max. However, the staff as always makes the stay better.

ベットも良く、枕も多く、よく眠れました。友人の階に行く際、行く階のカード番号でないとエレベーターが受け付ない仕組みでしたが、セキュリティを考えると安心できるやり方と思いました。朝食も種類も多く、ナイトバザールも近く、ロケーションも良く、すごく満足しました。次回も使いたいと思っています。

4 of us with 2 kids booked a suite and hotel is kind enough to covert the 2 sofas to a bed for my 2 kids. Rooms and toilet are huge we enjoyed staying there very much . Hotel is not at the main road and is quiet when u walk back to hotel. So try to grab back to hotel . But is walking distance to the night bazaar and massage place everywhere

We were visiting for a 3 day holiday. Great location and wonderful friendly staff. Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident and broke my shoulder and punctured my lung. We were able to make it back to the hotel. An hour later I realized my injuries required a hospital. The hotel provided us a transport back and forth to hospital. They were very helpful and concerned about my well being. This is the top notch service and friendliness that make me write a review 🙏🙏

Hotel is situated in a nook, so it’s quiet, even though the main Street a few feet away comes to life with the night market. But somehow once you’re in the hotel you don’t hear anything. There’s all kinds of shopping (you can find all kinds of souvenirs here, jewelry, purses, clothing, luggage, you name it), restaurants, bars/pubs, massage spas, everything. Staff is very nice, helpful, and pleasant; breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Perfect location.
