Im Stil einer Jugendherberge… schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, es wird zwar mit einer Tiefgarage beworben. Aber diese ist ein Witz, man muss vorher reservieren und es sind sage und schreibe 3 Parkplätze vorhanden.. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Aula. Wir persönlich buchen dieses Hotel nicht nochmal.

I had a room in the 6th floor. It was very calm. Coffee & and water for free. Breakfast included, and multiple choice and more than enough for me. I would come back. Parking house round about 800 m at the Kulturbrauerei for 17€/24 hours.

1. This hotel is located on a very very busy street, trams stopping every ten minutes ringing their bells, cars and lorries drive resk fast, ambulances have their sirens on. Also: its badly isolated to neighboring rooms, you hear housekeeping early in the nornung, slamming doors and moving furniture, and you hear neighbours partying late at night - morning. 2.The rooms get extremely hot because of the sun and no air conditioning and since the street is so noisy (and sometimes smelly) opening the windows is also annoying and you just cannot relax. Apart from that the location in Berlin is great, easy to get around, goid communications, goid supermarket, small shops and trendy restaurants nearby, also fast food, its a historically nteresting neighborhood just at the former Berlin war. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was ok, with a great sweet homemade cake every day - and easy to get a table, also friendly efficient staff. The staff overall was friendly and good. The elevator was sometimes strange but worked. But sorry to say, I would never recommend it.

Meine Aufenthalt war 3 Nächte. Es waren sehr gut besonders die Auswahl vom Frühstuck. Die Personals waren hilfreich aber einige Information hat es leider beim Ankommen gefehlt wie z.B. wo das Frühstuck befindet, musste selber fragen dann hat die Dame am Empfang meine Frage beantwortet, sie wirkt nicht total professionell bei der Kommunikation bspw. Lächeln und Freundlich, dies muss auf jeden Fall verbessert werden, da man nach Berlin zu Besuch ist und erwartet mindestens die Freundlichkeit. Nicht nur das muss mehrfach die Treppe benutzen da den Aufzug kaputt gegangen ist. Gott sei dank mein Zimmer ist nur in 1. OG und seit 3 Tage wurde leider nicht repariert bis ich ausgecheckt habe, finde ich sehr schade. Ansonsten insgesamt war super. Gerne mal wieder.

Small room with three single beds but that was all we needed as we only used the room for sleeping. Visited Berlin to go to two Marillion weekend concerts so we had a great time in Berlin! Exciting city! The bathroom was relatively big and nice. So was the breakfast which closed at 11 o’clock in the weekend. Very convenient as we came home late from the concerts. Very close to a tram and the city center! A little bokse from Bernauer Straße but that’s life when you live in a big city. No problem! Parking at the hotel is very expensive but we found a cheaper place for the car outside the city center. Used the public transport anyway.

Perfect place to hang your hat for a night or two. There are no frills. It basically a bed and a bathroom. But the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good! Not a ton of great options nearby for food but you can find something. Would stay again.

Perfekt für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen in Berlin. Direkte Anbindung über die Tram an den Hauptbahnhof. Einrichtung schon etwas abgewohnt, Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Frühstück überraschend gut, nur etwas wenig Sitzplätze. Alles in allem eher im Stil einer Jugendherberge, aber völlig in Ordnung.

Rent och fräscht rum med stora fönster och utsikt över en del av staden. Bra läge med flera små restauranger, barer och butiker i närheten. Lite svårt med parkeringsplats men personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och löste det på bästa sätt. Frukosten var ok men utrymmet för buffén var trång.

O Hotel é bem localizado, em frente tem uma parada do tram. O quarto estava bem limpo e é aconchegante. Os recepcionistas foram bem legais e a comida do café da manhã estava deliciosa!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und überraschend groß. Leider konnte man in der 6. Etage bei geschlossenen Fenstern das Signal der Fußgängerampel hören - wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte also definitiv "Ohrstöpsel" mitnehmen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

This is an amazing hotel. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. We had a shower in our room, which had bodywash/shampoo in a bottle as well as soap in a bottle by the sink. The room is cleaned on a daily basis. The lift is controlled by your room key, which means no unauthorized people can use it. The hotel is perfectly situated for public transport. The hotel has a room available to store luggage if your room is not ready,or if you are leaving later after checking out, which reception have access to and give you a baggage tag. Breakfast is very nice and has a good range of food. I thoroughly recommend staying here when you visit Berlin

Positiv: Die Lage: Straßenbahn vor der Tür (ca. 10 Min. zum Hbf.), viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Beachbar gegenüber vom Hotel, direkt bei der Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer Guter Check-In & netter Room-Service Negativ bis OK: Das Frühstück war max. OK (Kaffee & Saft waren gut), sehr unbequeme Stühle, Frühstücksraum zu klein für den Andrang Mobiliar schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit barrierefreier Dusche; das führte dazu, dass nach dem Duschen das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser stand :-( Handtücher mit Blutflecken, hier hat die QS nicht funktioniert (kann mal passieren, ist aber dennoch nicht schön)

good sized rooms but no air con, i could pen the window but a hot day in berlin made for a warm room overnight, struggled with the wifi working i could connect but couldnt actually use it, otherwise fairly good location, prices a bit steep as they had increased twofold for the uefa football final, would be a better hotel at a lower rate

Ich hatte das schlechteste Zimmer. Nach vorn raus, direkt am Aufzug. Das schlimmste war, das ab 6 Uhr früh im Nachbarzimmer zwei Damen an zu reden fingen und nicht mehr aufhörte und das so laut, dass selbst meine noise cancelling Kopfhörer nicht dagegen ankamen. Die Zimmer sind viel zu hellhörig. Der Mann, der mich eingecheckt hat, schien das zum ersten Mal zu machen. Löblich das inkludierte Frühstück und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Hotel.

La struttura è nuova, molto pulita, arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Finalmente cuscini abbastanza comodi, l'unico difetto, aggiungerei un grosso difetto, è che la nostra stanza aveva una porta in comune con quella affianco, ovviamente chiusa a chiave ma potete immaginare che c'era zero privacy. Sentivamo tutto e loro altrettanto!!! A mezzanotte schiamazzi,musica ad alto volume, inaccettabile secondo noi.
La struttura è nuova, molto pulita, arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Finalmente cuscini abbastanza comodi, l'unico difetto, aggiungerei un grosso difetto, è che la nostra stanza aveva una porta in comune con quella affianco, ovviamente chiusa a chiave ma potete immaginare che c'era zero privacy. Sentivamo tutto e loro altrettanto!!! A mezzanotte schiamazzi,musica ad alto volume, inaccettabile secondo noi.

Sauber aber ohne jeglichen Komfort, winziger Fernseher, keine Klimaanlage oder Minibar. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschgel oder Shampoo. Das Bett knatscht bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratze ist sehr weich. Die Vorhänge kann man sich sparen da lichtdurchlässig zudem ziemlich laut durch die Hauptstraße. Für das Geld bekommt man in anderen Städten deutlich mehr geboten! , wie es in anderen Hotels in Berlin ist kann ich allerdings nicht sagen

Also: its badly isolated to neighboring rooms, you hear housekeeping early in the nornung, slamming doors and moving furniture, and you hear neighbours partying late at night - morning. 2.The rooms get extremely hot because of the sun and no air conditioning and since the street is so noisy (and sometimes smelly) opening the windows is also annoying and you just cannot relax. Apart from that the location in Berlin is great, easy to get around, goid communications, goid supermarket, small shops and trendy restaurants nearby, also fast food, its a historically nteresting neighborhood just at the former Berlin war. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was ok, with a great sweet homemade cake every day - and easy to get a table, also friendly efficient staff. The staff overall was friendly and good. The elevator was sometimes strange but worked. But sorry to say, I would never recommend it.

This is an amazing hotel. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. We had a shower in our room, which had bodywash/shampoo in a bottle as well as soap in a bottle by the sink. The room is cleaned on a daily basis. The lift is controlled by your room key, which means no unauthorized people can use it. The hotel is perfectly situated for public transport. The hotel has a room available to store luggage if your room is not ready,or if you are leaving later after checking out, which reception have access to and give you a baggage tag. Breakfast is very nice and has a good range of food. I thoroughly recommend staying here when you visit Berlin

Perfect location to reach Max Schmelling Halle, really nice restaurants nearby. We'll be back.

Meine Aufenthalt war 3 Nächte. Es waren sehr gut besonders die Auswahl vom Frühstuck. Die Personals waren hilfreich aber einige Information hat es leider beim Ankommen gefehlt wie z.B. wo das Frühstuck befindet, musste selber fragen dann hat die Dame am Empfang meine Frage beantwortet, sie wirkt nicht total professionell bei der Kommunikation bspw. Lächeln und Freundlich, dies muss auf jeden Fall verbessert werden, da man nach Berlin zu Besuch ist und erwartet mindestens die Freundlichkeit. Nicht nur das muss mehrfach die Treppe benutzen da den Aufzug kaputt gegangen ist. Gott sei dank mein Zimmer ist nur in 1. OG und seit 3 Tage wurde leider nicht repariert bis ich ausgecheckt habe, finde ich sehr schade. Ansonsten insgesamt war super. Gerne mal wieder.

Everyone of the staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was super that fueled me all day long. They keep their place clean. The area is very walkable, near the tram, métro station, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. I would like to offer a suggestion to not let guests smoke outside within 20' from the entrance; however there's a table outside & an ashtray or container where people extinguish their cigarettes. I think, that area can be misconstrued as a smoking area. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend them.

Veldig bra opplevelse. Fin beliggenhet i Prenzlauer Berg, med Trikk og buss like utenfor, 400 m til Ubahn. Dokumetasjonssenter for Berlinmuren like i nærheten. Mange restauranter og barer i området. Hyggelig betjening med god service. Hotellet fremstår moderne, helt rent og i god stand. Lyse rom, støyisolerende vinduer- helt stille. Kan bli varmt når det er over 30 grader ute. God frokost som har det viktigste. Svært god verdi for pengene!

Small room with three single beds but that was all we needed as we only used the room for sleeping. Visited Berlin to go to two Marillion weekend concerts so we had a great time in Berlin! Exciting city! The bathroom was relatively big and nice. So was the breakfast which closed at 11 o’clock in the weekend. Very convenient as we came home late from the concerts. Very close to a tram and the city center! A little bokse from Bernauer Straße but that’s life when you live in a big city. No problem! Parking at the hotel is very expensive but we found a cheaper place for the car outside the city center. Used the public transport anyway.

Had huge discussions with the receptionist, bevares I was not allowed to bring my quite expensive road bicycle to the room for storage during our stay - when though it was even cleaner than their rooms! No AC, which is bad in +30 degrees. Ved sheets where not changed although there were stains on them. Design in the shower didn’t really work Breakfast ok, room size okay. Good lokation.

The location is excellent, right in a lively neighborhood (a park) with a tram stop directly outside the front door, making it super easy to get around. It's also very close to Eberswalder Straße station, where there are tons of great restaurants to choose from. We actually rented bikes at the Kulturbrauerei nearby, which was really convenient. The Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer (Mauerpark) is also just a short walk away. Getting into the city center from here is quick and completely hassle-free. Would definitely stay again.
