Had a great stay. Rooms were big and clear. Only negative part is not parking for larger van as limited parking spots outside. Most parking is underground. And pool and hot tub closed.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. First time personal and this time is for business. This time, I was given a room that the phone did not work. It took 2 days before they changed the room. The phone in the new room works. But when my client called the hotel to ask to connect to my room, the front desk gentleman questioned my client what is his reason for calling me. This is none of the hotel's business. My client was very upset. I complain to the manager and she did not response to my concern. I believe I missed many important phone calls due to this poor management. I wish 4points hotel manager would response to my concern and apologize for their staff's behaviour. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable and clean.
