It was good. breakfast should have more options e.g. fried eggs. Hallway carpets shall be redone new. Room was great. Parking was totally empty and available therefore it should be free instead we had to pay. Staff was great.

The hotel is located near CDG Airport and offers an airport shuttle service. This is very convenient when traveling from CDG very early. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers underground parking for several days at a reasonable price. I will definitely use this hotel and its parking service the next time I travel from CDG. I recommend it 100%.

Séjour réservé pour un weekend chez Astérix. Accueil très sympathique, chambre très spacieuse et bien agencée, propre ( sauf une trace de chaussures entrée douche) . Bien insonorisé et calme pour proche aéroport par contre moquette pleine de tâches diverses pas très classe pour un 4 étoiles. Agréable petit coin cuisine avec café et eau offerts. Un peu cher de rajouter 16 euros de parking

Great place to relax. Hotel is quite close to the airport. Room was well insulated.Quite surprised couldn't hear the sound of flights while inside but could hear loud noise once stepped out of the hotel entrance. Our Room was quite spacious with nice bath and separate shower. Living room has coffee machine, microwave and tea/coffee supplies. Only paper cups were provided but would be better if they could provide tea cups and some cutlery. Picked up some from restaurant and that wasn't issue at all. Abdulla from Bar/restaurant was very friendly and helpful in providing me some local information. Definitely big thank you to Abdulla. Didn't try breakfast or dinner there so not sure about the food. Going in to Paris was easy enough from the hotel. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. 10 mins to Parc des expositions train station. Over all hotel is excellent but there are few things which can be upgraded. Carpet in the room and corridor is very old and faded. Didn't like the big pillows as they were lumpy and saggy! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. We arrived 45 minutes earlier than the check-in time & they took us in no problem. Parking is $16 whether its covered parking or not covered parking. Outside you can hear the planes but inside the room, you cannot hear anything. Our bathroom had a shower & a bathtub. Toilet is separate with a sink. Room remind me of a spacious room on a cruise ship. Happy with my stay & definitely recommend. Can not comment on shuttle service as I didn't need to use it.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and often times available before the check-in time, if you find yourself arriving too early. The staff is amazing, outstanding customer service, respectful of privacy. Front desk is staffed 24/7. The restaurant on site gets busy in the evenings, it often attracts guests of nearby hotels. Food and beverages are amazing. There is a hotel operated shuttle to CDG Terminal 2B and 2D.

Rooms were worn and carpets were dirty. Initial staff although friendly was not very helpful with the issue of the airport shuttle which we waited for, based on the instructions provided by the hotel, to take us from the airport to the hotel. We waited for over an hour before a third party van was tracked down through the help of another hotels driver. Hotel staff upon arrival said that there's no shuttle from the airport until 4pm. So if you're booking a hotel with a shuttle and looking for clean well maintained rooms and not false advertising then do not stay here.

First and last time to this hotel or motel. Smelly room (was not probably aired for a while). Stained carpet. Uncomfortable beds. Tiny toilet and shower. You can easily hit yourself in either. Tiny sinks. toilet flush was making noise all night. tub shower handle leaking. Disappointing breakfast offering with limited room to sit. We checked-in late. No restaurant open. They had a frisfe with some microwavable pasta boxed. They sell each one for 11 eurors. The box is big but the quantity of pasta is less than half. Very disappointing and expense for a bigger pasta box that cost less than a dollar in the USA. The story drama goes on with a shuttle that could not pick up up at 10:21pm. They said the last one is at 10:15pm. It took us like 45min to get an Uber. The shuttle is 5 eurors per person. We are 4. So each ride is 20 euros. A roundtrip is 40 euros. Uber turned out to be cheaper. We paid for the shuttle to go back to airport. When I asked him to drop us off at terminal 2E, he said he cannot. He has one drop off area far away so we have to walk a long distance. For aged people, this is not recommended at all. Stay away.

The air conditioning did not work in our room at all during our 5 night stay. The staff was not concerned and other than offering a fan did not even check the room’s A/C. We opened one window, without screens, to help with air circulation. There were at least 5 other rooms in our party without adequate air conditioning.

We could not fault our stay here. The room was extremely spacious for a family of four, beds were comfortable, shower was great, facilities in the room were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Parking was easy. And it was a very reasonable price. Would recommend.

Everyone at the hotel was so wonderful. We had a medical emergency and the staff was so helpful. They arranged ambulance service and stayed with us throughout the ordeal. We requested fresh towels and they offered us room servicing way after hours. The hotel personnel went way above beyond what would be expected!!

Allowed early check in. Friendly staff. Receptionists speak both English and French. Daily room service including coffee and bottled water. Access to shuttle service to/from CDG airport. The property was close to CDG Airport with a good bus service just outside the hotel. Aeroville shopping 10mins away by bus. RER B 7 mins away in the opposite direction by bus. Good large rooms. Really comfortable bed and a quiet AC system (compared to other hotels). You could also open the window for fresh air unlike some places. Bathroom area was a bit small but OK. Nothing much nearby except the Airport.

The hotel was nice and lived up to the ratings. The staff was helpful. The location was convenient I’d you want to be close to the hotel but you are not close to Paris the city. We had to take a bus to La Exposición Metro Station and from there the RER B to Paris. The commute wasn’t so bad but it will take you a bit to understand if you don’t educate yourself beforehand. There is a restaurant continently located next to the hotel that opens at 11:30 am and closes at 11:30 but after that there are only vending machines available at the hotel next door.

The hotel is quite ok. The staff at front desk are quite friendly. However, there are other things which needs improvement: 1. The hotel was full. So there were huge crowd for breakfast. First day, we went at 08:30 for breakfast and it was really crowded. So next 2 days, we went around 10am. But the staff starts removing the food at 10 am, although breakfast timing was until 10:30. Even when they see that there people coming to eat, they still keep removing the dishes. 2. Except for front desk, other staff are a bit distant. We kept sitting at bar but the lady didn't ask what we wanted to order. Only after we called her, she took the order. It was same with other staff 3. I had family members who couldn't speak English. The hotel gave them a fine of 60 Euros for some spots on carpet in their room. They didn't make the carper dirty, probably the spots were from earlier. However, the hotel found a nice opportunity to fine foreigner who couldn't speak English/French. I got to know it later when we had left the hotel otherwise I would have argued with the front desk. The guests should probably arrange a complete inspection of the hotel room before taking over the keys to avoid this kind of fines.

Hôtel bien situé, à prix raisonnable. Suite familiale spacieuse et bien équipée. Des points d'amélioration qui doivent absolument être travaillés pour un hôtel de gamme 4 étoiles/Novotel: - les alèses dans la chambre sur le lit deux place en plastique est très inconfortable : bruit de plastique à chaque mouvement et sensation désagréable de chaleur. - le petit déjeuner doit être amélioré : les deux jeunes femmes qui s'en occupent, bien que sympathiques, ne sont pas organisées (et régulièrement à papoter, ou sur leur téléphone); à 7h30 le matin, il manque toujours quelque chose : couteaux, beurre, tasses, clémentines, lait, seulement trois sachets de thé près des machines à café/thé ... La mise en place n'est pas organisée ce qui fait qu'elles sont "sous l'eau" et qu'il manque tjrs qqch. Réapprovisionnement des oeufs brouillés en vidant des barquettes plastiques sous vide à l'aspect gélatineux devant les clients (au moins je sais pourquoi ils n'étaient pas très bon, ce n'est pas fait maison) ce qui manque de soin dans un établissement 4 étoiles où on s'attend à un service de qualité.vref un séjour convenable mais les points cités ci-dessus sont vraiment à améliorer pour une meilleure expérience !

It had what we needed but they charged us twice for city taxes. It was in the Expedia total, but then they made us pay it again and we didn’t notice until we got home. Not impressed with that. Also the food in the dining area was passable, some items like the pizza and chicken teriyaki were alright but nachos were just tortilla chips with sprinkled shredded cheese. We decided to eat out at the shopping mall or at the restaurant across from the hotel as it was much better. But glad we had a place to stay, after our flight was cancelled.
