The hotel is really quite nicely updated and well kept. It’s beside the airport, but we didn’t hear any plane noise from our room at all, which was a welcome surprise. The room was equipped with a capsule coffee maker, but the capsules are not included. You need to go down to the lobby and purchase. That is the first time I have experienced this and it’s certainly off putting. We actually live in Paris but came to the hotel to stay the night so we could have use of the pool for my daughter. We used it the day we checked in and it is really quite nice. It’s small, but warm and was not busy while we were there. Unfortunately, when we went down the next morning to use it again, it was closed for maintenance, even though it was scheduled to be open. It would have been nice to have been alerted to this, since the pool was the entire reason we stayed here. We also got two pools towels the first day and both had long dark hairs on them. Overall the hotel was nice, but a few things left us disappointed with our stay.

Room was clean but there is no water bottle in room. Hair conditioner was almost empty in our room. We asked to front desk but they didn’t bring new one. Location was okey, 10 - 15 mins away from Hotel to airport. You need to book a shuttle bus by online and €5 each person

Check in is 3 pm. Apparently no exceptions. I am used to hotels releasing available rooms if you arrive early. Not here. They suggest you go to their restaurant and wait. My room was OK. The restaurant was OK. The shuttle service was OK—it only goes to terminal 3. You need to take the internal shuttle to other terminals. Might be better to use Uber. This is an OK hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the airport. A shuttle service was available at a cost of €5 per person. The collection point at the airport was a little difficult as it was in a small area with taxis coming and going, and some of the people carriers didn’t have the hotel they were servicing. Luckily Hyatt place was on the carrier we caught. The hotel was light and airy, check in staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was tasty and service good. We parked our car there for the duration of our holiday and the cost was very reasonable.

We were given a room that was never cleaned. Then our silverware at dinner had old dried food still on it. The AC wouldn’t work and our room was 85F. Really an awful stay.

Nous sommes arrivés, on nous a donné la clé pour la chambre ! Mais en arrivant, celle-ci n’était pas faite… Nous sommes redescendus, pour avoir une autre chambre… Le matin au petit déjeuner, je trouve que les sièges sont sales les canapés aussi sont sales. The door in our room had half of the frame broken and the toilet could use some extra cleaning. We booked the hotel as a closer option to the airport as the next day we had a long international trip. Furniture in lobby could definetly use some cleaning. Only good review is they had a pretty good breakfast.

There was only one thing I hated, but that actually ruined our stay: The bathrooms are very clean, but there is an incredibly bad smell hanging in it. Really terrible. We had two rooms, and both had the same problem, making us think it's a problem in the entire hotel.

Room was very noisy. There was construction and landscaping everyday during my stay most days starting at 7am. There were multiple flying insects in my room on numerous days. Hotel staff was not as patient as needed. Recommend finding different hotel to stay at. I will AVOID HYATT properties.

Window locking mechanism was broken so window would not completely close. Was locked and safe but because it wasn’t fully closed air conditioning wouldn’t work because sensor at window tells the unit it’s open so it disables the A/C. Brought it up with front desk but wasn’t fixed. Offered a free breakfast- luckily the outside temperature wasn’t too cold.

Dès la première nuit, j’ai constaté qu’il manquait des oreillers sur le lit prévu pour deux personnes, ainsi qu’un second kit de serviettes. J’ai contacté le service de chambre vers 23h et l’on m’a assuré qu’une intervention rapide aurait lieu. Toutefois, après de multiples tentatives infructueuses pour joindre la réception et le service de chambre, j’ai dû me rendre moi-même à la réception vers 00h30. Les articles manquants ne m’ont finalement été remis qu’aux alentours de 00h50. À la réception, l’équipe de nuit semblait dépassée par la situation. Par ailleurs, un client anglophone rencontrait des difficultés à se faire comprendre, et j’ai dû intervenir afin de faciliter la communication, ce qui témoigne d’un manque de prise en charge adéquate des clients internationaux. Lors de la seconde nuit, j’ai de nouveau dû me déplacer à la réception afin d’obtenir un second kit de serviettes, alors que la chambre était occupée par deux personnes. Ces dysfonctionnements répétés ont eu un impact significatif sur la qualité de mon séjour, notamment en raison des délais d’intervention, du manque de réactivité et de l’absence de suivi.

Transport to this hotel is provided by a third party. The minibus driver drove past me twice at CDG without stopping - so it took 1.5h to get the “hotel transport” to the hotel. The driver told me I couldn’t board the bus at CDG without a QR code (tickets need to be purchased in advance on a website - not always easy when you’re traveling and don’t know your exact arrival time. Hotel front desk staff were not helpful regarding transport. They were good in allowing my travelling companion to check in when the room was booked under my name. Two restaurant staff were less than helpful. I even had to go and request cutlery after my meal was delivered. One restaurant staff member was very helpful and obliging - given my arrival at closing time due to the terrible airport transport. This is not up to Hyatt standard. I would definitely recommend booking with another hotel near CDG.

Wo und wie man den Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel nehmen kann, fand ich als Erstbesucherin undurchsichtig. Wir haben uns deshalb an Taxi/Öffentliche gehalten. Die Lage ist flughafennah und doch recht abgeschieden. Die Lobby ist schön; das Zimmer war großzügig, Bett und TV groß. Zum Zimmerservice: Alles in allem okay, aber die Dusche voller Haare und benutzte Tassen/Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt, die benutzten Handtücher über die Halterung geworfen (mehrmals benutzen ist okay, aber eines lag vorher auf dem Boden, naja). Personal war sonst okay, ohne Besonderheiten.

Stayed for a trade show for 7 nights. Great hotel and location. Lovely restaurant, however not great food choices for vegetarians/vegans. Only one choice on the menu which was virtually dry sauceless spaghetti without much taste. It's a shame because I really liked every other aspect of the hotel.

Hotel soulless, rooms very basic and unwelcoming. Breakfast was awful, hot food was unattractive to look at on the buffet so didn’t even try but bread was good. Chipped mugs used and stains on the bench seats. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in!
