Beautiful resort with large pools and great service everywhere we went - felt very welcomed. 2 minute walk to the beach with lots of options for food and shopping; obviously beautiful white sand and clear waters. Lots of people trying to sell things but some activities like paragliding and clear kayaking are worth looking into! Definitely coming back.

Analynn in restaurant was awesome. Staff were very friendly and service great. Only issue for me was extra charge for 3rd person just charge extra for breakfast property was clean and enjoyed swim up bar.

Beautiful property. Central station 2, right next to the beach. Very walkable to everything including d'mall. Nice rooms with spacious bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was crowded but short wait relatively speaking and had a wide variety of options available. Really good gym - lots of equipment - but also crowded.

This resort should be fabulous, it looks the part, but thats it. It fail to deliver on customer experience, hospitality or service. Food is disappointing, severely lacking in choice, with not even a cooked to order egg option. Dishes are left open for the flies to walk all over. Often you have to queue outside to get into breakfast. Limited fresh fruit on offer, no oodles etc. Our corridor to room overlooked loads of rubbish. Cocktails were weak and flavourless and God forbid you complain, they don't take constructive criticism, just demand payment. There are mildly threatening notices everywhere, pay for this, don't leave leftovers or we charge 300php, lose the towel card we'll charge you 900php. It was a horribly uncomfortable atmosphere here and there are better hotels for your money. They want you to email them your booking when you are standing in front of them with it open on your phone, when Expedia of course have already sent them your booking details and you've handed over your passports. Be warned they also want a 2000php deposit each day for incidentals. The nicest staff there are the maintenance and house keeping personnel. The rest need a lesson in hospitality.

디럭스 (2bed) 2room 을 선택 2박을 머물렀다. 해변가 나가는 입구가 바로 앞이여서 좋았다.하지만, 창문을 열지 못했다. 수영장이 앞이여서 지나가는 사람들이 계속 쳐다보는 상황.주위에 풀이 많아서 인지 방에 모기가 많았다. 청결 했고, 조식은 다른 호텔,리조트에 비해 부실했다. 헤난 가든 리조트 안에 한식당(front 앞)이 있는데..맛집이고, 적극 추천 한다. 삼겹살은 1인분 600페소 인데 맛있음,4인분 order 시 무제한 리필 샤브샤브, 해물전 , 냉면 을 권장 한다. 필리핀 부활절 연휴 인지라 평소 3배 정도의 인파. 비수기에 꼭 가는 명소로 추천, 까타끌란 공항을 추천. 헤난가든에서 공항에서 리조트 까지 가는 service를 예약 하는 것을 추천. 약 총1000페소 비싸다.하지만, 편하게 모든 service 를 받을 수 있다.

Location is good if you like the busy commercial beach area (we did, but had enough in 2 days) the problem is the staff and resort policies treat guests as suspects. Checking in they required my fiance's passport for photocopy and told me in front of her that I'm not allowed to switch guests later on! I should have left after they insinuated my fiance was some type of working girl. Staff was always super polite, but wow did they stick to any policy like a prison! An elderly guest asked the pool towel guard to use a towel briefly to dry off a chair next to the towel station and they said a towel card was required! When checking out, they made us wait in chairs while they checked the condition of our room (isn't that the point of the security deposit), when cleared, I left via the beach exit and the polite security guard that bowed to me every day and who I thought was keeping us safe saw I had a suitcase and detained me to check if I was cleared to leave! They mistakenly said no over the radio and he began to frog march me across the resort until it was reconfirmed. Never would we ever stay there again.

The room at Henan was lovely and an easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. I will consider staying there in the future. Make sure to look for Alexa from the Front Desk. She allowed us to check in early and have an upgrade of room without additional fees. She was really accommodating. I would definitely come back here in Hennan Garden for my next Boracay trip.

Location is good if you like the busy commercial beach area (we did, but had enough in 2 days) the problem is the staff and resort policies treat guests as suspects. Checking in they required my fiance's passport for photocopy and told me in front of her that I'm not allowed to switch guests later on! I should have left after they insinuated my fiance was some type of working girl. Staff was always super polite, but wow did they stick to any policy like a prison! An elderly guest asked the pool towel guard to use a towel briefly to dry off a chair next to the towel station and they said a towel card was required! When checking out, they made us wait in chairs while they checked the condition of our room (isn't that the point of the security deposit), when cleared, I left via the beach exit and the polite security guard that bowed to me every day and who I thought was keeping us safe saw I had a suitcase and detained me to check if I was cleared to leave! They mistakenly said no over the radio and he began to frog march me across the resort until it was reconfirmed. Never would we ever stay there again.

Heel dicht bij het strand en winkeltjes. Als je wat stiller wilt is de garden echt goed overigens aangezien het meer een binnenhof is. Er loopt een gang naar het strand aan de rand van het hotel. Genoeg vervoer is er voor alle hotels in de buurt in Boracay en er is genoeg te doen. Sommige kleine details zoals bepaalde afwerkingen merk je, maar ja je zit ook in de Filipijnen. Een hotel voor daar is dit heel goed. Met ook bufet opties etc etc. Fijne plek.

Beautiful resort with large pools and great service everywhere we went - felt very welcomed. 2 minute walk to the beach with lots of options for food and shopping; obviously beautiful white sand and clear waters. Lots of people trying to sell things but some activities like paragliding and clear kayaking are worth looking into! Definitely coming back.

The room at Henan was lovely and an easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. I will consider staying there in the future. The only downside was their insistence on checking the room on our departure. We were in town on business and were part of a group that had a scheduled appointment. Beautiful property. Central station 2, right next to the beach. Very walkable to everything including d'mall. Nice rooms with spacious bathrooms. I chose Henann Garden this time for my weekend get away with friends. I love that it was close to different shops and easy access to the beach. The staff were attentive and very helpful esp Marlyn at the dining area. Just wished that there were more options at breakfast buffet and refills for dishes a bit faster.

The hotel itself was fine nice pools very polite staff. The breakfast was awful but they are in the main catering for Asian people especially Koreans. Adding a wider variety of fruits yoghurt and things like bacon would help to improve things. I am However disgusted that they took an 8000 pesos about £130 deposit from me as cover for any expenses. I didn’t have any as paid as I went along and this has not been refunded to me.

This resort should be fabulous, it looks the part, but thats it. It fail to deliver on customer experience, hospitality or service. Food is disappointing, severely lacking in choice, with not even a cooked to order egg option. Dishes are left open for the flies to walk all over. Often you have to queue outside to get into breakfast. Limited fresh fruit on offer, no oodles etc. Our corridor to room overlooked loads of rubbish. Cocktails were weak and flavourless and God forbid you complain, they don't take constructive criticism, just demand payment. There are mildly threatening notices everywhere, pay for this, don't leave leftovers or we charge 300php, lose the towel card we'll charge you 900php. It was a horribly uncomfortable atmosphere here and there are better hotels for your money. They want you to email them your booking when you are standing in front of them with it open on your phone, when Expedia of course have already sent them your booking details and you've handed over your passports. Be warned they also want a 2000php deposit each day for incidentals. The nicest staff there are the maintenance and house keeping personnel. The rest need a lesson in hospitality.

We never use the big pool,i booked the room that with pool access and we didnt swim that much too cause there was a guest that swimming in front of our room ,and in the morning it was so noisy in the pool .I asked the staff they said anybody can swim in there.i thought we just the only one can accesss the pool.thsts why even it was more expensive i booked it.but the staff was all excellent
