The hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly and amazing. We loved our room (1535) and we had an early check in which was appreciated. We ate in the hotel and although expensive the food was perfect. Our only complaint was that an event was held on the Thursday evening, the pool was closed at 8pm (usually open till 10) and we felt that the residents were not given the attention we had previously received. We ordered room service and the food was below standard, we left half of it. We had no notice of the event and the loud music went on until 1am keeping us awake. The only other touches we would have liked is a heated towel rail for drying swimwear. In checkout we checked our bill and found charges that weren't ours on it, they were removed straight away but make sure you check as ours totalled $200 for breakfasts for a family. There is also building works over the road which we weren't informed of. Overall it's a lovely hotel but let down by communication and when they have events on.

Flott hotell selv om ganske stort/ upersonlig. Supert bassengområde. Enkelt å komme seg rundt og gåavstand til det meste, inkl de berømte hagene, Marina Bay Sands (begge ca 20 min)++. Veldig fine rom og supergod seng! Hadde kun en overnatting, så rakk ikke prøve restaurant, SPA++, men så veldig flott ut!! Eksepsjonelt bra frokost!!

Fantastic hotel. Very much 5 star, with excellent service by the staff. Breakfast was plentiful, great variety and very relaxed. The rooms are beautiful, with great views over the Bay (we stayed on 19th floor and definitely had some of the best views of the Bay Area!). The pool area is fabulous with great views over the Bay. Definitely recommend.

レストランが素晴らしかった。 2204号室から見たカウントダウンの花火は圧巻でした。朝食、アフタヌーンティー、ディナー付き、ポルシェで何度でも2キロ以内の送り付き、室内のミニバーは全て無料と、値段は高かったけれど、大満足でした。

In our experience many hotels listed by Hotels.Com as 5 Star are really 4 or 4.5 Stars. The Mandarin Oriental is a true 5 Star world class hotel. We stayed on the Club floor. The food and drink and accompanying service was excellent. The gym was well equipped, air conditioned and clean! We used the Hotels Porsche Taycan to get to Chinatown.

This is really a business hotel suited for people coming in and out of Singapore for meetings or breakfast/lunch meetings. The hotel is generally fine but hasn’t been fully upgraded throughout and certainly parts of it feel dated or worn out. There was a damp smell coming from the area outside our room which needed to be dehumidified, and our room constantly felt “wet” while our kids room was much dryer. Service is good and there are 2-3 restaurants in the hotel which were generally empty (and we stayed while Taylor Swift was in town) but with decent food. Rooms are small but adequate. Hotel is located close to the Marina Bay Sands and the SunTec mall. There was a lot of construction going on outside and the immediate area is otherwise empty. About a 10-15 min drive to the malls in Orchard and anywhere else in the main southern part of Singapore you might want to go which is convenient. Overall the hotel is functional with good service but lacks energy and character, and I left feeling there was nothing memorable about my stay.

This hotel has unique location on the waterfront promenade overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Our room was very comfortable with many amenities and in room dining were prompt with our order requests. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . So unless you travel to those destinations difficult To accumulate points

객실도 깨끗했고 공간도 너무 아름다웠습니다. 직원들의 친절함이 더욱 빛이 났던 호텔이었던거 같아요!! 다만, 건물 바로 앞 대형 공사장이 있어 바다 뷰를 선택한 것이 조금 많이 아쉽긴 했었어요. 공사 소음도 밤까지 들리더라구요.

We had the most amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental, a hotel that thinks of everything and anticipates your needs. Front desk staff were very helpful, offering to collect and store our luggage for 3 days before our check in. Amazing service around the pool. Breakfast buffet the best I’ve had, 5 stars all round! 文句なしで素晴らしいホテルです。ただエスプラネード駅からすぐだと思っていたら広いマリーナスクエアを通ってスーツケースを持って階段を降りて行くのがしんどいです。またプールは夜入りましたが夜景と花火が最高でした。ただ床が汚くて臭い匂いがしました。マリーナベイビューではなかったですがベイサンズとガーデンバイザウェイは綺麗に見えました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. This was my second visit, and once again, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent - easily accessible from the airport, and if you’re comfortable using public transportation, you can walk through the shopping malls and convention centre behind the hotel to reach a subway station. One of the highlights for me was the pool—having an evening swim while enjoying the stunning view over the Marina was incredibly relaxing.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und sehr Zentral gelegen. Wirklich problematisch war der Umstand das es also Hotelgast nicht möglich war einen Platz in einem der Restaurants für den Abend zu reservieren. Begründung war das man sehr viele externe Gäste hätte und somit keine freien PLätze verfügbar sind. Das war für mich eine neue Erfahrung, das es für mich in einem fünf Sterne Hotel eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist für Hausgäste zur üblichen Anreisezeit noch Pläte für den Abend vorzuhalten.

昔のマンダリンのほうがいろんな面良かった。まずインテリアが普通になり昔の重厚感が無くなった。しかし、もっと問題はembuだと思う。兎に角美味しくなかった。蒸物は縁が固くなってるし、ベーコンはカリカリを通り越して超固いし、フルーツは西瓜以外は全くジューシーじゃなく固くて味もしなかった。全てにおいて昔のマンダリンでは無かった事でした。

ラウンジが素晴らしかったです。　ホテルによってはラウンジの食事は種類が少なかったり、それほどの品質ではなかったりしますが、こちらのホテルの食事はどのタイミングでも素晴らしいものでした。朝食はオーダー出来るメニューが種類豊富で品質も最高でした。シャンパンと共にゆったりと楽しむことが出来ます。　アフタヌーンティーもスィーツやスコーンは勿論、セイボリーがとても美味しくて驚きでした。　お酒を飲む方でしたら充分追加価格に見合うサービスが受けられるので満足できると思います。

Service was spectacular. The staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and welcoming. Hotel location was perfect for all the tourist sites and shopping. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again!

An excellent and wonderful hotel! This was my second stay, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I return to Singapore. However, I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to two minor issues. First, despite letting them know in advance that we would be arriving early, one of our two rooms wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 PM), and we didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM. Second, the pillows provided are only available in a standard size and softness. While the firmness happened to be perfect for me, they weren't suitable for my wife. We requested an alternative, and while the staff were very cooperative and provided another one, it still didn't work out. The hotel would benefit greatly from offering a pillow menu with different options.
