Amazing location! Right in the heart of Luxor, with the restaurant having the most amazing views of the Luxor temple and avenue of the sphinxes. The hotel is also situated in the city center, which was a joy to explore and walk around. Exceptional staff, Our housekeeper, Alaa, definitely put a smile on our face! Finally, the rooftop with swimming pool was an excellent added bonus to our stay

Perfect area! Right next to shops and restaurants, and next to the Luxor temple and our room had a lovely view of it! Also could see across to the valley of Kings lit up at night. Great breakfast in morning and rooftop pool (didn't use too cold). Staff was lovely and helpful and the room was clean! It was old however the carpet could use replacement but that's so minor.

Well i like people the most. Everybody was super helpful. I would like to thank Wael from the reception especially. He did the best for me. i wanted to do a late check out, thankfully they gave us more time. Also the sunset over the Luxor temple and Nile was spectacular. room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good and nice swimming pool on the rooftop.

The staff is excellent and very friendly, check-in was very easy, they’re happy to help with anything. The breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. They’ll make you an omelette or cappuccino if you want. They serve beer on the roof deck. My room was right on the street so it was noisy from early morning till late at night. Only one electrical outlet worked, and it was in the bathroom. The shower is tiny, it’s just a corner in the bathroom with a curtain around it. The air conditioner was very tricky and it took room service a couple visits to get it working. It’s very close to Luxor Temple and to the big market. they let me extend when my flight got canceled, which was very accommodating.

Excellent option to stay in Luxor.. The view from the room and the balcony. The restaurant and the pool. This room offers extra space. Breakfast is due. The air conditioning is excellent. The showers with hot water and good bathroom space. Clean and well-maintained facilities.

This is a central, very basic but affordable hotel with fabulous views over the Luxor Temple and the Nile. Nice reception staff, housekeeping staff very sweet. Boring unchanging breakfast (but very clean and always covered), tiny roof pool. They don't serve other meals but the Nefertiti Hotel around the corner serves great food. Very noisy from early morning till very late at night with men constantly yelling and having loud conversations. There are always men waiting outside the hotel trying to sell things, or waiting you to take their taxi or caleche. If you are going to take a taxi, ask/look for Soury (car #005). He is kind, informed and safe to be with, super for going to the West Bank. Another reliable taxi driver who is usually around is Tito: ask outside.

No tuve que poner ninguna pega a la llegada y eso es decir mucho. Un hotel limpio y con el personal agradable. Totalmente recomendable la habitación con vistas al río. Servicio de limpieza en la habitación todos los días. Y todo un detalle el tema de los muñequitos en la cama con las toallas todos los día y diferentes.

Room recently renovated. Always clean. Towels were great. Body wash and hand soap available for use. Hair dyer, electric kettle to make your own coffee/tea. A/C awesome! Blankets/bedding comfortable. Staff were very nice and tried to help as much as possible. We requested laundry service and it was done quickly. 50 cents a piece for just laundry. If you want ironing, then 50 more cents (usd). We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our time there. Just prepare yourself to face all the vendors once you step out of the hotel…. But that is Egypt NOT the hotel.

シャワーの水量が少ないのと、タオルがタバコ臭かったこと以外は快適でした。 夜中の２時に外で大声を出す人たちがいたのは、便利で人通りの多い場所柄でしょうか。スタッフは皆親切で感じがよく、服のクリーニングも安くて長旅には助かりました。 ルクソール神殿やお土産物の通りと近く、レストランも選べて、過ごしやすかったです。 早朝の気球のツアーを予約してそのまま観光したため、夕方まで荷物を預かってもらいましたが、対応は親切で、本当に助かりました。

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms & Terrible Service I booked 4 nights (March 16–20, 2025) but had to leave after one due to filthy conditions—bed bugs, hair, trash, and a broken AC. Despite requesting cleaning and repairs, nothing was done. The manager refused to meet me, and the hotel refused to refund the three unused nights. I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Avoid this place—there are much better options in Luxor!

It is across the street from where the tour buses and horse drawn carriages converge so it can get noisy at nights when the buses get into traffic jams all trying to leave at thevsame time. Could be considered part of its charm depending on how late you like staying up.

Older building, friendly staff, breakfast was below expectation (rolls, Jam and instant coffee - breakfast option not really worth it), room was clean but furnishings were dated, fridge was appreciated and wifi was good. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool. Location was good although youll have to walk for 30mins or get a cab to the majority of ancient Egyptian museums and sites. Easy to pick up necessities. So the price of £47 for a triple 3x single bed room, friendly staff, fridge and air conditioning (old but worked) and location as a base camp was worth it. The optional +£7 for breakfast wasn't

Great place at great price with awesome unobstructed view of anime and Luxor Temple. Only down sides are: hot water (let it run for 10-15 minutes to get to your room. We were on 3; getting back to hotel is difficult by taxi due to temple and one way streets. It’s convoluted but won’t cost more but goes through some sketchy areas (but safe). But the view from the restaurant (breakfast only?) was superb.

Well i like people the most. Everybody was super helpful. I would like to thank Wael from the reception especially. He did the best for me. i wanted to do a late check out, thankfully they gave us more time. Also the sunset over the Luxor temple and Nile was spectacular. room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good and nice swimming pool on the rooftop.

They’ll make you an omelette or cappuccino if you want. They serve beer on the roof deck. My room was right on the street so it was noisy from early morning till late at night. Only one electrical outlet worked, and it was in the bathroom. The shower is tiny, it’s just a corner in the bathroom with a curtain around it. The air conditioner was very tricky and it took room service a couple visits to get it working. It’s very close to Luxor Temple and to the big market. they let me extend when my flight got canceled, which was very accommodating.

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms & Terrible Service I booked 4 nights (March 16–20, 2025) but had to leave after one due to filthy conditions—bed bugs, hair, trash, and a broken AC. Despite requesting cleaning and repairs, nothing was done. The manager refused to meet me, and the hotel refused to refund the three unused nights. I had to book another hotel at my own expense. This is a central, very basic but affordable hotel with fabulous views over the Luxor Temple and the Nile. Nice reception staff, housekeeping staff very sweet. Boring unchanging breakfast (but very clean and always covered), tiny roof pool. They don't serve other meals but the Nefertiti Hotel around the corner serves great food. Very noisy from early morning till very late at night with men constantly yelling and having loud conversations. There are always men waiting outside the hotel trying to sell things, or waiting you to take their taxi or caleche. If you are going to take a taxi, ask/look for Soury (car #005). He is kind, informed and safe to be with, super for going to the West Bank. Another reliable taxi driver who is usually around is Tito: ask outside.

Very well located, walking distance from Luxor Temple. The bus station and train station are a few hundred meters away. The Luxor Temple and the Nile can be seen directly from the room's balcony. The view is very nice. The room was clean, the bathroom was also very clean and equipped (shampoo, shower). The room service is excellent, the breakfast is very delicious. Mohamed at the restaurant d and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for an affordable good hotel in the center.

The Susanna has a good location. It'a clean enough, serves a purpose .The bed was comfortable and has a great view from the roof top. They also serve a good breakfast there in the morning. The staff were very accommodating. It definitely serves a purpose.

Checked in, saw the room, checked out. It was a cheap booking for one night but even so we were pretty disappointed. At best 2 star based on Western standards. The pictures looked ok but it was a very tired hotel. The location is central to the Luxor temple but step outside the door and you have to dodge the broken glass and needle in the street, also permanent hassle from the locals. Not great.

The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the room service was amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well.
