There's only one elevator and it broke during my stay. I was on crutches on the 3rd floor and had to hop down 3 flights of stairs on one foot. Wasn't happy about this otherwise I have no complaints. There was gym equipment that I noticed was out of order. Just overall maintenance of the building was lacking. My room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's in a nice area there's food near by. Only advice is if you have any mobility issues or a lot of stuff try to get a ground level room bc there elevator is not reliable at this time.

I understand if the Outdoor pool has to be closed for Winter, but it was listed as an amenity, and its not if its Closed. Fitness Room also listed, and was closed(for well over a week per Staff) as well, no ETA on when it would be open. Laundry service also listed, and was stated as unavailable. Paid almost $100/night 3 nights, and was charged extra for Fri and Sat. Pretty lame in my opinion with all that was missing.

The property was nice and the room as well. The gym left much to be desired. The entry door lock was broke, treadmill kept blowing a fuse, the exercise was missing a pedal and there was missing weights. My kids and I like to go to property's with a gym. Not sure if I would return.

Hotel was just ok. A little run down. My biggest complaint was the treadmill. It would just dead stop after 5 min. Had to unplug and reset 2 times before I just gave up. I informed front desk but didn’t seemed concerned. I guess they will care when someone get hurts

Property was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would book a room in the future should I return to the area. Pros: Clean room and common areas Well serviced and stocked Quick response times to mechanical issue (elevator broke but was fixed within 24 hrs.) Close enough to the highway to be convenient but not so close that you hear traffic Parking lot security Cons: No hangers or places to hang clothes No iron (bring your wrinkle release spray) Low water pressure Really small shower (metal bar always touching some part of me) Door to room was difficult to open/close

The People were very nice. Breakfast was ok. But could be better. We were there 10 days and it was the same every day. The pool was not available the last couple of days, that was disappointing. Also the gym equipment wasn't working.

Check in was very smooth front desk ppl are very nice both shifts. Be prepared to have 50 taken off card as hold chsrge but they will make sure ur money is refunded after the stay. Breakfast was a plus room was clean safe parking matters time great food selection n stores nearby target and Walmart. I will stay again if in Austin. Clean all the way around like i love it. I must add there was a Hispanic maid that cleaned she didn't spesk English but it didn't stop her from assisting me she got her ph n communicated w me through a language app made me feel special she was the cherry on top sorry didn't catch her name but worth acknowledging ty all.

Staff and guests were smoking cigarettes inside the building and directly in front of the entrance. The ENITRE building smells like a wet cigarette. Breakfast bar was so dirty i just bought food every morning.

Pictures showed vs what it truly looks like it’s a complete scam / catfished. We walked in and there was no lights just 2 lamps. Everything was stained sheets looked like they had blood on them same as the curtains. Everything was dusty. We took off the pillowcases due to how dirty they were. Then we noticed roaches crawling on the walls and on the cabinets. We checked in and within 8 minutes we checked out !

Everything was nice and clean. Room is starting to show some minor signs of aging, such as broken trim on cabinet, small hole in curtain, door doesn’t close all the way unless you pull/push it. Staff was friendly, breakfast was hearty and always stocked. Exterior was clean, well lit and made me feel safe.

Do NOT stay here. Looks nothing like the pictures. The place is falling apart and I had visible black mold in my room. The curtains were shredded?? And there were marks all over the wall. Not to mention the bed was SO uncomfortable.

Our room was nice and spacious. A/C couldn’t keep up so room was cool but not cold. NO plugs in our bathroom whatsoever and make sure you have the usb blocks for chargers because you can’t charge anything without them

The facility itself is nice, modern and clean, but they only have local TV channels in a lot of the rooms, no cable TV at all. I haven't seen or heard of that in years, certainly not in a better hotel like this! We were told we just happened to be in one of the rooms that didn't have cable, but they are trying to update all the TV's. I would suggest asking for a room with cable if that is important to you.

The curtains are too short or too narrow to actually block the lights shining from the parking lot. You can’t get a dark room, so no restful sleep. All of the pillows are massive down pillows - a nice movie aesthetic, but terrible for sleeping without causing spine and neck issues. I’ve also slept in La Quintas at a $50/night price point that had better mattresses. This location is abysmal.

check-in experience was terrible. The young man at the front seem to have no clue what was going on. Had to wait at the counter five mill minutes while he texted on his phone. We were finally checking in. We were supposed to have a room with a tub and he did not know which ones they were once he gave us our key we went into the room. It only had a shower, went down to another room and they didn’t know if they had any tubs available and may not be able to have one I explained to him I had already paid for a tub. He finally found one and give us the key for those in the room, the remote control for the TV did not work , and as we just let down to take a rest after our trip housekeeping knocked on the door and disturbed us and said that they had this room ready for check out, and I totally just checked in not a real great experience will not be

Tabby is by far the best. She goes far and beyond to provide the best customer service. Along side, Eric and Gage. The entire staff alone is reason to stay here. The property is Amazing. The rooms are perfect.

The receptionist (night shift) was not professional. He called our room at 10pm and was just asking "What's your last name?" And when I really didn't answer that question without even knowing who's calling he hung up the phone and soon there was a knock on my door Friday night after 10pm (and I didn't know that it was the reception, they let me know that late next day). Luckily I wasn't alone while that really was kinda spooky these days. The next morning the house keeping were knocking on our door at 8am even though we had the do not disturb sign hanging.. so please don't wake us up. They knocked again at 9:30am and I asked them to come a bit later while we were about to leave, they never cleaned our room during the stay. So some hiccups here and there, sadly.

Check in was a easy and quick. However, she didn't give us any information about breakfast or check out times. The property needs some upgrades. The bathroom has rust stains in the shower. The room door has damages and a wooden block attached to the top safety lock. It was good for one night. The cleaning staff went above and beyond by providing chocolates with a note. They also have microwavable popcorn, coffee/tea in the room. The dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also great touches. The hotel is next to Texas Children's Hospital which is great for us because we were here for an appointment. The snacks and drinks sold in the lobby were also a great convenience.

If you happen to need to stay in Far North Austin/Roundrock area. Good, basic, clean, comfortable hotel, room, and bed. Breakfast buffet was OK. Well-stocked “market” in the lobby. Helpful and friendly front desk. Convenient access to major highways. Good location near Lakeline Mall and restaurants and shopping.

No problems at all at this location. Some might say its a bit far but we think it’s perfect. There is a Target in a walkable distance, and a Walmart right across the highway. Extremely nice and friendly staff no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing location away from the freeways but still close by. Very comfortable and nice hotel. Close to shopping and dining as well as public transport. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of the breakfast, as well as coffee and tea all day and cookies in the afternoon are just great.

Booked this hotel because the pictures didn’t look bad but as soon as we arrived it was completely different especially inside. The elevator was extremely hot and smelly. The room had the absolute worst lighting, and it was very muggy even when we turned on the AC to the lowest setting it’s still felt nasty and had an odd smell. Breakfast was to be served at 6 AM, but didn’t come out till 6:20 AM on our first morning there. We were disappointed so we didn’t try it out the following days of our stay. We stayed there from Thursday to Sunday. The price was good and the employee at the front desk was also nice but in general for us at least, this is a three out of five stars.
