Stayed 2 nights

The room itself is decent as a budget stay option, but the building is old and you will see things in the room that reflect this. (The finishing of the walls, accumulated wear/tear at the corners of the bathroom, etc.) But overall the room decor is good, so if you're not a fussy person on how clean and tidy the room details are, it's decent. The free wifi seemed to work well and the room TV has some smart options so it's possible to watch things such as Youtube on it. The shower only has a combined body/hair wash for use, if that matters. That said, we found that a number of the other occupants of the building seem to be doing drugs, so I would not recommend this for families with young children or those who loathe the presence of such things. (The smell of weed would be evident at times and some of the people coming and going had tell tale signs of drug use such as very bloodshot eyes, etc. We never witnessed anything violent but others may prefer not to have this aort of environment for their stay.) This is also not a manned hotel so there are no facilities for luggage storage, if you require that flexibility. (You can rent lockers at the main station for a fee.)

Stayed 5 nights

Had to call the police. To have them get my luggage. There is no one on site to help you with anything. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though its a non smoking room. The tv was broken and they want to blame us it was cracked and hanging down from wall( see picture). The bathroom has mold. The shower door is broken (see picture) there is something on the wall that i can‘t identify. ( see picture) The bedding had stains see (picture)and my husband was bitten by something In the night (see picture ) we slept with closed windows. The one window is broken and cannot be opened and the entry door has damage. We stayed one night. After texting for an hour the first night, I called in the morning to cancel the rest of the 5 day reservation. They did return 4 days but we were locked out of the room with our belongings still inside because the entry code was canceled. I Called the service line again and this time they were rude. I called the police because this is now theft. They told the police there was nothing they could do, first because of data privacy. I gave permission to speak then they said i forgot my belongings ( medicine luggage bathroom items and clothing everything i brought ) then they said there is no manager available and he is unreachable and i have to wait until the next day. Then i have to fill out a form that i never received—i have screen shots of all the texted conversations and pictures of everything Trip typeBusiness. Good price but not worth the ag

Stayed 1 night

There were no on site staff. Room was too hot and air conditioner blowing hot air. There was no way to talk to someone. On the day of check out, someone an hour before our check out showed up and rudely knocked the door several times and once opened the door without our permission. It is a terrible place.
